Email Marketing in Las Vegas
Your customer list, finally bringing in repeat work.
I do email marketing in Las Vegas for businesses with a list of past customers and leads that never hears from them. I write the newsletters, build the automated email sequences and review requests in your CRM, and run cold email outreach on strict rails, so the follow-up happens while you work.

What I Build
Email marketing services for Las Vegas businesses, from one newsletter to a full sequence.
Most local businesses already own their best marketing asset: a spreadsheet or CRM full of people who bought once or asked for a quote. Those people never hear from the business again, so the next job goes to whoever emailed them last. These six pieces fix that.
Newsletters
A regular newsletter written from your own jobs, offers and customer questions, so past customers remember who to call the next time a pipe bursts.
Automated email sequences
Welcome, estimate follow-up and win-back sequences that run from your CRM the moment a contact gets tagged.
Review requests
A request after each finished job and two reminders, at three days and seven days, then it stops. It goes quiet the moment the customer submits one.
Cold email outreach
Outbound to a validated prospect list from a separate, warmed sending domain, with a one-click unsubscribe on every email.
List cleanup and segments
Your contacts sorted by service, last visit and neighborhood, with dead and duplicate addresses removed before they hurt your sender reputation.
Monthly reporting
Replies, clicks, bookings and unsubscribes for every send, read from the email platform itself and summed up on one page.
Email works best next to the channels that grow the list. Social media marketing Las Vegas work builds the audience, SEO Las Vegas work brings in people searching for you, and web design Las Vegas work builds the form that captures the address. The whole plan sits under my digital marketing agency Las Vegas work.
Sequences
Automated email sequences that follow up while you are on a job.
A quote that gets no follow-up is a quote you lose. An automated email sequence sends the next email on its own when a contact fills out a form, gets an estimate or finishes a job, and it stops when they reply or book. I build the sequences inside your CRM, so every email, reply and booking lands in the same record your team already works from.
The AI side drafts each email from your services and offers, sorts contacts into segments from your CRM data, and fills in details like the service they booked and the part of town they live in. I edit every draft before it goes live, and the sequences then run on their own, the same idea behind my AI automation in Las Vegas work.
Where Most Businesses Start
- Welcome: a short series that introduces you to a new lead and asks for the booking
- Estimate follow-up: a nudge after every quote, so the estimate does not die in an inbox
- Review request: sent after the job, while the customer still remembers your tech
- Win-back: a note to customers you have not seen in a year
- Seasonal: AC tune-ups before summer, pool openings in spring, holiday bookings before the rush
How It Runs
Four steps from a silent list to email that books work.
Step 1
Audit the list and setup
I check who is on your list, where the addresses came from, what your CRM already sends, and whether your domain has SPF, DKIM and DMARC in place.
Step 2
Write the sequences
I map the sequences to how you sell, then draft every email in your voice from your services, your offers and the questions customers ask.
Step 3
Set the rails
Unsubscribe links, your mailing address, suppression on opt-out and bounce, a reply that stops a sequence, and one switch that pauses every send.
Step 4
Send, read, adjust
Emails go out on schedule. Each month I read replies, clicks and bookings, then rewrite the emails that are not pulling their weight.
The scope is set on a free 30-minute call, and project and retainer rates are on my pricing page. Your email platform bills you directly, so the account and the list are always yours.
Cold Email Outreach
Cold email outreach that sends proof, not a pitch.
For WebVegas, a Las Vegas web company, I built a cold email campaign that asks for nothing in the first email. It pulled public Google Places data on local service businesses, checked every address with an MX record lookup, a syntax check and a disposable-domain blocklist, and built each prospect a real homepage from their own public details. That produced 838 validated prospects across five trades, from plumbers and electricians to pool cleaners, each emailed a link to a website already made for them.
Finding the prospects can run on its own too. My lead scouting system pulls from Google Maps, directories, LinkedIn and public registries every night, scores each prospect from 0 to 100, and a person approves every first message before it sends.
The Rails on Every Send
What an email marketing agency in Las Vegas should never skip.
- Cold outreach sends from a separate, warmed domain, never your main inbox
- Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe and your physical mailing address
- A reply stops the sequence, and an opt-out suppresses that contact for good
- Nothing sends until it is switched on, and one switch stops every send
- Your list, your copy and your sending accounts stay in your business name
Nobody can promise you an inbox or an open rate, and I do not. I spent 14 years building brands for UFC, Caesars Entertainment, the City of Las Vegas and Supercuts, and the lesson carries over: a brand is protected by the rules you hold to on every send, not by a number someone quoted you.
