This includes business data, financial information, strategic plans, and technical specifications. Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any service agreement.

Disclaimer of Warranties

You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Clark County, Nevada for any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site.

Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any legal proceeding, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Clark County, Nevada.

Each party shall bear its own costs for arbitration. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
