AI Consulting by Industry

Every industry has unique revenue leaks. Choose yours below to see how AI closes the gaps.

What changes by industry, and what does not

The plumbing is the same everywhere. A lead arrives. Someone has to answer it fast, work out whether it is worth your time, get it on the calendar, and keep following up until the person either buys or says no. Every business on this list loses money somewhere in that chain, and almost always at the same place: the gap between when the lead comes in and when a human finally responds.

What changes is the detail. A law firm needs intake that can tell one case type from another before it books anything. A dental practice needs the front desk handling insurance questions and reschedules without pulling someone off the floor. A real estate team lives or dies on response time, because the buyer who filled out your form filled out three others. A home services company needs the phone answered while the crew is on a roof.

So these are not different products. Each industry page describes the same infrastructure in the language of that business, with the tools it already runs and the rules it already has to follow.

If you want to see where local businesses actually stand on this, the Las Vegas small business AI benchmark measures local adoption against national data. If you are comparing consultants first, the overview of how I work covers what I build and how it gets installed.

Do not see your industry? The work is the same. Start with the free AI audit and it will name your leaks in the order they cost you money.
