We mark a task as a template with a recurrence rule, and a background job creates the new task on schedule, so the monthly content drop and the ranking report appear on the calendar without anyone rebuilding them. If one occurrence needs to change, we edit that single one without disturbing the rule. The full history stays in your portal as a record of everything done.
What keeps the system live and honest
Valhalla has a heartbeat. Scheduled jobs run on their own to sync the CRM, move work along, watch for anything that stalled, and check that the revenue you see matches the money that actually moved. If a job that should fire goes quiet, a watchdog catches it. Revenue is the strict example: the dollar figures in your portal are pulled from Stripe, the real payment record, not an ad platform's estimate, and a dedicated check flags any drift. Finalized deliverables are promoted to production before any link reaches you.
