Marketing Agency Paradise

Marketing for the Paradise Corridor

Marketing agency Paradise work covers the Strip, the airport and UNLV, and the neighborhood businesses that serve the homes around them. I plan for both, and I meet owners at their location or on a call.

Paradise Businesses

A resort corridor and a neighborhood economy

Paradise is an unincorporated town in Clark County, and it had 191,238 people at the 2020 census. Most of the Las Vegas Strip sits inside it, and so do Harry Reid International Airport and the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. The visitor economy is a large part of Paradise, but it is not the whole town.

The rest is the neighborhoods, where residents live and the businesses that serve homes do their work: contractors, dental and medical offices, salons, and family services. Those owners have different buyers and a smaller budget than a resort, so the marketing has to be built for them.

A storefront street in the Valley

Marketing Agency Strip Visitors

Why neighborhood owners get the wrong plan

The usual pattern is a plan built around the Strip. The agency reports impressions and clicks from visitors who will never call a plumber in Paradise, and the owner of a neighborhood business cannot tell which calls came from the streets they serve. The report looks busy, and the owner still cannot say what it did.

That is a visibility problem, and it is the one I start with. Before any spend, I ask which customers call you, from which part of the Valley, and what they searched for.

Paradise Marketing Plan

One person scopes, builds and reports

I come to you. I set up the Google Business Profile, the local pages and the call and form tracking myself, and I write the monthly report in plain terms. You can open each part and check it against your own numbers.

I also say where I have and have not worked. I have built for clients across the Valley, and I have not built a physical presence in Paradise, so I will not describe one.

Paradise Strip and Airport Businesses

Resort-adjacent and airport-corridor businesses

Hotels, restaurants, show vendors and service companies near the Strip sell to two kinds of buyer: visitors who search before they arrive, and locals who book the same week. Those two buyers use different words, and a page written for one rarely converts the other.

Businesses along the airport corridor serve travelers, crews and people in transit. Their customers search from a phone in a rental car, so the phone number, the directions and the hours have to be the first thing on the page. I plan these two tracks separately, because the buyers differ, not because the labels do.

Paradise Address and the Las Vegas Name

Paradise is not its own city

Paradise is unincorporated. It has no city hall and no city government of its own, and many addresses in it are mailed as Las Vegas. Some of your customers will say Paradise, and some will say Las Vegas, and both are true of the same street.

I set up your listings and local pages with the address your customers actually search, and I do not invent a city boundary or a Paradise city council that does not exist.

Builds I can show, with where they are

None of the five builds is located in Paradise, and I do not claim otherwise. GIOSTAR is a Henderson clinic, WebVegas is a Las Vegas brand, and the other three are brand and content work, each labeled for what it is.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we ended up working with Justin for some AI consulting on how to structure our operations. He laid out a clear plan, didn't overcomplicate it, and we've been running smoother since. Good fit for a service business. He knows Las Vegas and he knows this stuff.

Justin joined our team a few months before opening to replace a marketing agency that wasn’t performing. He stepped up fast. Within weeks he launched a fully redesigned website with new brand guidelines, built and delivered our marketing plan and AI strategy, and helped implement our system architecture so we could open on time. Since then, he’s made several critical enhancements to the site that helped us generate revenue in our first month. His engagement was supposed to end at opening, but he became such an integral part of our leadership team that we kept him on to help evolve our marketing and tech strategy as we grow. He’s easy to work with, pushes back when it matters, and moves easily between strategy, delivery, and operations depending on what’s needed. If you’re looking for a deeply experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated marketing, AI, or technology consultant, I highly recommend Justin Harris AI Consulting.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we reached out to Justin for some AI consulting advice on where our service business could actually use automation. He was straightforward about what made sense and what didn't. Ended up being a useful conversation. Las Vegas has no shortage of people claiming to be experts, and he's one of the few who could back it up.

Known Justin for a few years now. Guy knows the AI space better than most people I've come across, especially here in Las Vegas where there's no shortage of people claiming to be experts. He actually understands how AI automation works at a practical level, not just the theory. The kind of person who gives you a straight answer with kindness and patience

Knew Justin before he started building AI systems for businesses, and watching what he's put together is genuinely impressive. He built out an AI automation setup for my website in Las Vegas and it changed how we handle leads completely. The guy actually runs this stuff himself, so he knows what works.

How a Paradise Project Runs

Scope, build, report, in order

Each step ends with something you can open. The scope is written before any work starts, and the report starts the first month the work goes live.

  1. Step 01

    Look at what you have

I read your listing, your site and the calls you already get, and send a written read of what is working before you spend anything.

  2. Step 02

Agree the scope on one page

Services, pages, tracking and timeline, with the Paradise addresses named, so the scope cannot drift without you seeing it.

  3. Step 03

    Build and connect the tracking

Listings, pages and forms go live, and each call and form is traced to the page and search that produced it.

  4. Step 04

    Report in plain terms

Each month, a plain report shows which pages produced calls and forms in Paradise, and what I changed to earn them.

What Moves Marketing Cost in Paradise

What moves the scope

I quote a fixed price for a written scope, so the number you agree to is the number you pay. These are the drivers that move the scope, so you can judge any quote, mine included.
