North Las Vegas, Its Own Market

Marketing agency North Las Vegas owners can check, built for a separate city with its own permits, its own industrial park and its own neighborhoods. Its address says Las Vegas, but its customers buy differently. You keep the accounts, the domain and every login.

North Las Vegas Businesses

An incorporated city of 259,479 people

North Las Vegas is an incorporated city of 259,479 people at the 2020 Census, with its own city government, its own permits, utilities and business rules. It is a separate place from Las Vegas, and the confusion between the two is one of the first things a North Las Vegas owner has to fix in their marketing.

The Review-Journal reported about 6,998 active business licenses in the city, in an undated article. A license is not a customer, but it shows a market large enough that owners are searching for each other by name.

How North Las Vegas Owners Get Sold

A Strip rate for a generic template

What I hear from owners here is a specific frustration. They are quoted a Strip-side agency rate for a generic template, the site goes up, and a month later nobody can say what it did. The pitch seems to assume that a North Las Vegas business needs a premium look more than it needs a way to check the result.

The fix is a written scope, a launch date in it and a monthly note that ties each channel to the calls and forms it produced. That is the standard I hold my own work to.

Apex and the Logistics Economy

The industrial park that shapes the city

The fact that matters most for a North Las Vegas marketing plan is the Apex Industrial Park. It covers roughly 18,000 acres off Interstate 15 at U.S. Highway 93, and reporting in 2023 said about 7,000 acres were still open for development. Logistics and distribution lead the park, and the city and the Apex Industrial Park Owners Association handle permitting and utilities for new businesses.

The city's 2026 State of the City presentation described Apex as a major source of new industry and tax base. For a company selling to or servicing those businesses, a procurement or facilities manager has to find a service page, a service area and a person to call, quickly and on a phone.

Two Markets in One City

Industrial buyers and neighborhood customers

North Las Vegas is two markets, and one marketing plan rarely serves both. The industrial side buys by service area and by a named contact. The neighborhood side buys by where the customer lives and how easily they can book. I scope each separately, so the readout does not blur the two.

A business owner reviewing work on a phone
  • Industrial and logistics firms: service pages, a service area and a direct phone number on the first screen
  • Clinics, contractors and offices serving residents: neighborhood pages and a booking path that works on a phone
  • Residential growth: households who do not yet have a regular dentist, contractor or accountant

The services I run for North Las Vegas owners

Most owners start with search or the site and add the next channel once the first one is checkable. The North Las Vegas pages are listed first where they exist.

How I Work With North Las Vegas Owners

I come to you and report in plain terms

I come to your office in North Las Vegas or meet over a call, and I scope the work in writing before anything starts. Every month you get a one-page note that lists what was visited, which pages and ads produced calls and forms, and what I changed.

You own the domain, the hosting, the accounts and the logins from the first day. If you stop working with me, the site keeps running and the log stays with you.

North Las Vegas ZIP Codes

Every North Las Vegas ZIP code I serve

The Census 2020 relationship file puts seven ZIP codes mostly inside the City of North Las Vegas: 89030, 89031, 89032, 89081, 89084, 89085 and 89086. Three more overlap the city in part and are mainly elsewhere: 89115, 89130 and 89101.

I list them so you know where I will take a call. I do not claim an office in any of them.

Work I built, and where it is

Every build below is real and every link goes to the live work. None of the five is in North Las Vegas. GIOSTAR is a clinic in Henderson, the closest geography I have, and I built and still run its website. The other four are Las Vegas and national brand, content and web work, each named on its card.

GIOSTAR: the clinic website, booking and lead tracking

I built and run giostarwellness.com for a regenerative medicine and wellness clinic in Henderson: every service page, online booking, financing and a blog. A website lead is tracked end to end, from the form to a booked consult to an active patient, with no manual steps. I also built its live brand hub, so every page, post and print piece pulls the same colours, type and rules.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we ended up working with Justin for some AI consulting on how to structure our operations. He laid out a clear plan, didn't overcomplicate it, and we've been running smoother since. Good fit for a service business. He knows Las Vegas and he knows this stuff.

Justin joined our team a few months before opening to replace a marketing agency that wasn’t performing. He stepped up fast. Within weeks he launched a fully redesigned website with new brand guidelines, built and delivered our marketing plan and AI strategy, and helped implement our system architecture so we could open on time. Since then, he’s made several critical enhancements to the site that helped us generate revenue in our first month. His engagement was supposed to end at opening, but he became such an integral part of our leadership team that we kept him on to help evolve our marketing and tech strategy as we grow. He’s easy to work with, pushes back when it matters, and moves easily between strategy, delivery, and operations depending on what’s needed. If you’re looking for a deeply experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated marketing, AI, or technology consultant, I highly recommend Justin Harris AI Consulting.

He was always the first one in the office, setting the tone with his strong work ethic and commitment to excellence. What stood out most was how deeply he cared about every client. He approached each project with thoughtfulness, expertise, and a genuine drive to deliver meaningful results. From what I've seen, Justin knows the AI automation space better than most people I've come across in Las Vegas. He's the kind of person who actually understands the technical side and can explain it without making you feel lost. Good guy, good reputation.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we reached out to Justin for some AI consulting advice on where our service business could actually use automation. He was straightforward about what made sense and what didn't. Ended up being a useful conversation. Las Vegas has no shortage of people claiming to be experts, and he's one of the few who could back it up.

Known Justin for a few years now. Guy knows the AI space better than most people I've come across, especially here in Las Vegas where there's no shortage of people claiming to be experts. He actually understands how AI automation works at a practical level, not just the theory. The kind of person who gives you a straight answer with kindness and patience

Knew Justin before he started building AI systems for businesses, and watching what he's put together is genuinely impressive. He built out an AI automation setup for my website in Las Vegas and it changed how we handle leads completely. The guy actually runs this stuff himself, so he knows what works.

North Las Vegas Builds

No build in the city yet

I have not built a website, run a search campaign or designed a brand for a North Las Vegas business that I can show. The closest build is GIOSTAR, a clinic in Henderson. I say so here so that no one reads the portfolio as a North Las Vegas record.

If a North Las Vegas build is finished and documented, it will be named on this page with its date and the work that was actually done.

How a North Las Vegas Engagement Runs

The first month, step by step

Each step ends with something you can open. The launch date and the first deliverable are written into the scope before any work starts.

1. Look at what you have

I audit the site, the profile and the paid accounts, and send a written read before you pay anything.

2. Agree the scope

Services, pages and timeline on one page, with the changes that matter most first.

3. Build and launch

You review real pages and real ads in a browser before anything goes live.

4. Read the first month

The readout shows what each channel did and what I would change next.

What Moves a North Las Vegas Scope

The drivers, not a number

I quote a fixed scope after the free look. The scope changes with these drivers:

An owner at work in a modern office
  • How many services the business runs at once and how many accounts need setting up
  • Whether the business serves industrial buyers, neighborhoods or both
  • Whether a site, a profile or a paid account needs building or only upkeep
  • Integrations for call tracking, booking and reporting
  • How much reporting the owner wants in plain words each month
