North Las Vegas SEO

A separate city with its own search market

North Las Vegas is an incorporated city of 259,479 people at the 2020 Census, with its own city government, its own permits and its own business rules. Its address says Las Vegas, and that is why search results often mix the two, but a North Las Vegas owner competes for a different set of customers.

The city's business license count is one measure of the market a search campaign has to win. The Review-Journal reported about 6,998 active North Las Vegas business licenses, in an undated article. A license is not a website, but it means owners are searching for each other by name.

What the Monthly SEO Report Leaves Out

A report that skips the customer

A typical North Las Vegas SEO report shows impressions, positions and a score. It rarely says which call or form came from which page, or whether the lead paid. In a city this size, one facilities contract or one new patient family is worth more than a chart that climbs.

The owner pays and still cannot say what the money bought. The remedy is a log that begins with the edit, carries the date and notes what the site did next, including quiet weeks.

How I Work on Search

One log for every edit

Each edit lands in a log you can open any time: the page, the date, the reason and the effect I expect. At the next review I add what the site actually showed. An edit that did not help gets marked as such.

The work sits in what search engines read, which means titles, headings, service wording, the local business profile and the links tying pages together. I do not buy links, and I do not stuff the city name into headings.

Two Search Markets in North Las Vegas

Industrial buyers and neighborhood customers

North Las Vegas has two search markets that need different pages. The first is the Apex Industrial Park, which covers roughly 18,000 acres off Interstate 15 at U.S. Highway 93, and reporting in 2023 said about 7,000 acres were still open for development. A procurement or facilities manager searching there needs a service page, a service area and a phone number, fast, on a phone.

The second is the neighborhood customer: a clinic, a contractor, a school or an office that serves the people who live nearby. Those searches are by neighborhood and by problem, and the pages have to name the streets and ZIP codes the business actually serves.

  • Apex: logistics and distribution lead the park, per the Apex Industrial Park reporting cited in this page's sources
  • The city's 2026 State of the City presentation described Apex as a major source of new industry and tax base
  • Residential growth means new households without a regular dentist, contractor or accountant yet

SEO Services North Las Vegas

What I do each month

Every task ends with a file you can open. No line item exists that you cannot check.

Site audit

A written review of pages, titles, speed and crawl errors, with the fixes ranked by effort.

Page edits

Each changed page is logged with old and new wording, so an edit can be reversed.

Business profile

Categories, service area, hours and photos kept correct, with a log line whenever one changes.

Listing check

Directory entries for name, address and phone compared and corrected one at a time.

Area pages

Pages for the neighborhoods and industrial districts you serve, built on local facts and not city names.

Monthly note

One page listing the calls and forms each page produced, plus the month's changes.

Local SEO North Las Vegas

Neighborhood pages without city-name stuffing

A page that repeats North Las Vegas in every heading reads as spam to a person and to a search engine. The neighborhood page is different: it says which streets, which ZIP codes and which kinds of customers the business serves, and it answers the question a local customer actually has.

The ZIP codes that sit mostly inside the city are 89030, 89031, 89032, 89081, 89084, 89085 and 89086, according to the Census 2020 ZCTA-to-place file. I use them to decide which neighborhoods get a page, not to fill a footer.

What Gets Reported

How I read each report line

The monthly note labels each line with what it measures and what it cannot. The layout is fixed, so month two reads against month one without relearning anything.
Report lineWhat it showsWhat it cannot show
Calls and forms by pageWhich page each lead came throughWhether the lead went on to pay
Edits madeDate and reason behind each fixWhether a fix caused a later change
Profile activityViews, calls and direction requestsHow many of those calls were booked
Search visibilityWhere the site appears for planned termsHow an unsearched term would do
Open itemsWhat remains undone and whyA date by which it will be done

North Las Vegas SEO Portfolio

Builds I can show, and where they are

These five builds are real, and each links to the live site. None is in North Las Vegas. GIOSTAR, a Henderson clinic whose site records every lead through to a booked consult, is the closest. No North Las Vegas search campaign appears in my record, and I do not hint at one.

GIOSTAR: the clinic website, booking and lead tracking

I built and run giostarwellness.com for a regenerative medicine and wellness clinic in Henderson: every service page, online booking, financing and a blog. A website lead is tracked end to end, from the form to a booked consult to an active patient, with no manual steps. I also built its live brand hub, so every page, post and print piece pulls the same colours, type and rules.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we ended up working with Justin for some AI consulting on how to structure our operations. He laid out a clear plan, didn't overcomplicate it, and we've been running smoother since. Good fit for a service business. He knows Las Vegas and he knows this stuff.

Justin joined our team a few months before opening to replace a marketing agency that wasn’t performing. He stepped up fast. Within weeks he launched a fully redesigned website with new brand guidelines, built and delivered our marketing plan and AI strategy, and helped implement our system architecture so we could open on time. Since then, he’s made several critical enhancements to the site that helped us generate revenue in our first month. His engagement was supposed to end at opening, but he became such an integral part of our leadership team that we kept him on to help evolve our marketing and tech strategy as we grow. He’s easy to work with, pushes back when it matters, and moves easily between strategy, delivery, and operations depending on what’s needed. If you’re looking for a deeply experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated marketing, AI, or technology consultant, I highly recommend Justin Harris AI Consulting.

How a North Las Vegas Audit Starts

Four steps in the first month

A written deliverable arrives before the month ends. Each step produces something readable.

  1. Step 01

    Review the site

A written audit covers the site, the profile and the listings. The summary reaches you before any scope exists.

  2. Step 02

    Approve the fixes

Each change waits for your written approval. Until then the site stays exactly as it is.

  3. Step 03

    Edit and log

Every edit is logged with its page, its date and the text as it read before and after.

  4. Step 04

    Read the month

The first note reports what drew visits, what brought contact and what I would adjust next.

SEO Company North Las Vegas Guarantees

What I will not guarantee

Nobody can guarantee a first-page spot. Search engines rewrite their rules, rivals rebuild their pages and a term can drift for reasons outside anyone's control. A firm that quotes a rank is quoting a number it cannot deliver.

What I offer in place of a rank is the log, the monthly note, a written scope and a straight list of unfinished items. If calls are flat, the note says so, and the owner and I decide whether to adjust the plan or end it.

Scoping SEO in North Las Vegas

What moves the scope

A fixed scope follows the free look; no retainer figure sits on a sales page. These drivers move it:

WebVegas homepage, a website I built
  • Number of pages, and how many need real rewriting
  • How many neighborhoods, districts or service areas the business covers
  • Profile and listing cleanup against routine upkeep
  • Call tracking and form reporting integrations
  • How much of the note you want written in plain words
