What a Video Production Company Does for North Las Vegas Industry

Showing the shop floor to the people who buy

Much of North Las Vegas business happens out of sight: a fabrication shop, a distribution yard, a repair bay. Buyers and job seekers cannot see inside, and a three-minute film can.

I plan the video around one reader of it, a procurement manager, a recruit or a homeowner, and I film the real place and the real crew, not stock footage that could belong to anyone.

Who Hires a Video Production Company in North Las Vegas

Four jobs a video does for a local operator

These are the briefs I get asked about most:

GIOSTAR homepage, a website I built
  • A capabilities video for a supplier or contractor bidding on larger accounts.
  • A hiring video that shows the shift, the equipment and the pay structure plainly.
  • A before-and-after film for a trade, such as flooring, paving or roofing.
  • A safety or process walkthrough for onboarding new staff.

What Changes a Shoot in North Las Vegas

Facts that shape the plan

North Las Vegas is an incorporated city with its own government and a large base of small businesses. Three facts from my area record change how I plan a shoot there:

A storefront street in the Valley
  • North Las Vegas has about 259,479 residents in the Census figure my area record uses, so a local video is watched by a city of its own, not by a neighborhood of Las Vegas.
  • The area record counts about 6,998 active business licenses, from an undated Review-Journal count. I use it as a size check, not as a current number.
  • North Las Vegas has its own city government, separate from the City of Las Vegas, so a shoot on city property is booked with North Las Vegas, not with Las Vegas.

Where Video Is Shot in North Las Vegas

Sites that need a plan before the camera comes

Industrial sites carry rules a storefront does not: protective gear, forklift traffic, noise and limits on who may appear on camera. I ask for the safety requirements first and put them in the shot list.

With Apex Industrial Park spanning about 18,000 acres in the city, many sites sit on long approach roads with little shade or cover, so I plan the light and the day around that, and I confirm access with the site manager in writing.

Why Industrial Video Often Goes Unwatched

The film is for the owner, not the buyer

The usual mistake is a ninety-second tour built to flatter the founder. A purchaser wants to see capacity, certifications, equipment and how orders move. A recruit wants the shift and the people.

I ask who will watch, what they must decide and what question they would ask on a call. The script answers that question in the first twenty seconds.

North Las Vegas Video Work

Work I built, live where you can check it

Every card opens a live build. Two are full websites I built and still run, and three are brand and content work, each labeled. None of the five is a video shoot, so none counts as North Las Vegas video proof, and none is in the city.

GIOSTAR: the clinic website, booking and lead tracking

I built and run giostarwellness.com for a regenerative medicine and wellness clinic in Henderson: every service page, online booking, financing and a blog. A website lead is tracked end to end, from the form to a booked consult to an active patient, with no manual steps. I also built its live brand hub, so every page, post and print piece pulls the same colours, type and rules.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we ended up working with Justin for some AI consulting on how to structure our operations. He laid out a clear plan, didn't overcomplicate it, and we've been running smoother since. Good fit for a service business. He knows Las Vegas and he knows this stuff.

Justin joined our team a few months before opening to replace a marketing agency that wasn’t performing. He stepped up fast. Within weeks he launched a fully redesigned website with new brand guidelines, built and delivered our marketing plan and AI strategy, and helped implement our system architecture so we could open on time. Since then, he’s made several critical enhancements to the site that helped us generate revenue in our first month. His engagement was supposed to end at opening, but he became such an integral part of our leadership team that we kept him on to help evolve our marketing and tech strategy as we grow. He’s easy to work with, pushes back when it matters, and moves easily between strategy, delivery, and operations depending on what’s needed. If you’re looking for a deeply experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated marketing, AI, or technology consultant, I highly recommend Justin Harris AI Consulting.

From what I've seen, Justin knows the AI automation space better than most people I've come across in Las Vegas. He's the kind of person who actually understands the technical side and can explain it without making you feel lost. Good guy, good reputation.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we reached out to Justin for some AI consulting advice on where our service business could actually use automation. He was straightforward about what made sense and what didn't. Ended up being a useful conversation. Las Vegas has no shortage of people claiming to be experts, and he's one of the few who could back it up.

Known Justin for a few years now. Guy knows the AI space better than most people I've come across, especially here in Las Vegas where there's no shortage of people claiming to be experts. He actually understands how AI automation works at a practical level, not just the theory. The kind of person who gives you a straight answer with kindness and patience

Knew Justin before he started building AI systems for businesses, and watching what he's put together is genuinely impressive. He built out an AI automation setup for my website in Las Vegas and it changed how we handle leads completely. The guy actually runs this stuff himself, so he knows what works.

How a North Las Vegas Industrial Shoot Is Planned

Five steps, safety before style

I run the same order every time so nothing is decided on the day.

  1. Step 01

    Walk the site

I visit, note hazards, power, light and quiet hours.

  2. Step 02

    Write the questions

The three questions the viewer needs answered, in order.

  3. Step 03

    Shot list

Each frame tied to one of those answers.

  4. Step 04

    Shoot day

A short, safe day with a named contact at the site.

  5. Step 05

    Edit and files

Two lengths, captions and the raw footage handed over.

Where a North Las Vegas Video Gets Used

Each cut has a job, a place and a length

A capabilities film belongs on the website and in the bid packet. A hiring video belongs on social and on the job page. I decide where each will run before filming, because placement sets the length, the captions and the opening seconds.

I also leave you with a thirty-second cut and a still frame for each film, so the video can go in an email, a text message or a trade show screen without extra work.

What I Have Not Filmed in North Las Vegas

Limits I state up front

I have no video project in North Las Vegas, and none of my five builds is a video shoot, so I show no film as local proof. The one local build I can show is the GIOSTAR website in Henderson.

I do not promise views, leads or contracts won from a film. I can promise a plan, a clear cut and files you own.

Who Plans and Edits the Film

One person from walk-through to files
