Manufacturing Marketing Las Vegas

Marketing built for qualified RFQs

Manufacturing marketing in Las Vegas should bring in buyers who can write a specification and approve a purchase, not a flood of curious visitors. I build the site, the search pages and the RFQ path, and I report from qualified requests to orders.

How a manufacturer wins an order

A few buyers, large orders

A manufacturer often has a short list of customers, each buying in volume, with a long quote cycle. A buyer writes a specification, asks several shops for a quote, tests samples and only then places a purchase order. The value is in the order that repeats, not in the first inquiry.

That makes the first inquiry a qualification question. A request that names a part, a material, a tolerance and a quantity is worth a conversation. A request that asks only for a general price is a student project or a shop comparing suppliers for a different job.

GIOSTAR brand hub, a system I built

Consumer marketing for a buyer who reads specs

The wrong buyer, the wrong ad

Marketing built for consumers, with bright images and a short call to action, attracts visitors who will never write a purchase order. The engineer, the purchasing manager and the plant manager read differently. They want capabilities, process limits, certifications and a clear way to send drawings.

The owner's fear is simple: the marketing is working on paper and the sales team is buried in requests that go nowhere. The fix is a path that filters for the buyer who can order, before the sales team spends an afternoon on the call.

Certifications and what you may publish

Claims that need evidence

Certifications, quality system registrations, defense or export restrictions and customer non-disclosure agreements decide what a manufacturer can publish about a job. A claim that a part meets a standard needs the certificate or the test record behind it, and a customer's name cannot appear without permission.

I work on the marketing side. Whether a claim, a case study or a capability statement meets your certifications and contracts is a call for your quality lead and your counsel, and I will not tell you a page is compliant.

GIOSTAR homepage, a website I built

The RFQ-to-order path

From a search to a purchase order

Search or referral

A buyer searches for a capability, a material or a process, or is referred by a current customer who already buys from you.

Capability check

They read the process list, the materials, the tolerances and the certifications, looking for a match to their part before they ask anything.

Request for quote

The request form asks for the drawing, the material, the quantity and the timeline. A form with those fields filters out most of the curious and shows the buyer which details matter.

Quote and order

The quote follows a written scope, and the purchase order is the event I measure. Everything earlier in the path exists to produce it.

Manufacturing marketing services

Three services, one RFQ report

Most manufacturers start with search or the website, and each of these pages opens the full service and what you get at the end. All of them report to the same qualified RFQ and order numbers.

  1. Step 01

    Manufacturing SEO

Search pages for the parts, processes and certifications buyers search for, each tied to the qualified requests it brings in.

  2. Step 02

    Manufacturing website design

A capabilities section, spec sheets and an RFQ form that delivers, with tracking from the visit to the request.

  3. Step 03

    B2B SEO for industrial buyers

Search work for buyers who research over several weeks and bring a committee into the decision.

  4. Step 04

    Industries I serve

The other trades and practices I build for, each with the same tracking approach and its own industry page.

GIOSTAR: the clinic website, booking and lead tracking

I built and run giostarwellness.com for a regenerative medicine and wellness clinic in Henderson: every service page, online booking, financing and a blog. A website lead is tracked end to end, from the form to a booked consult to an active patient, with no manual steps. I also built its live brand hub, so every page, post and print piece pulls the same colours, type and rules.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we ended up working with Justin for some AI consulting on how to structure our operations. He laid out a clear plan, didn't overcomplicate it, and we've been running smoother since. Good fit for a service business. He knows Las Vegas and he knows this stuff.

Justin joined our team a few months before opening to replace a marketing agency that wasn’t performing. He stepped up fast. Within weeks he launched a fully redesigned website with new brand guidelines, built and delivered our marketing plan and AI strategy, and helped implement our system architecture so we could open on time. Since then, he’s made several critical enhancements to the site that helped us generate revenue in our first month. His engagement was supposed to end at opening, but he became such an integral part of our leadership team that we kept him on to help evolve our marketing and tech strategy as we grow. He’s easy to work with, pushes back when it matters, and moves easily between strategy, delivery, and operations depending on what’s needed. If you’re looking for a deeply experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated marketing, AI, or technology consultant, I highly recommend Justin Harris AI Consulting.

Closest work and what it was not

Adjacent work, stated plainly

The closest work I have is the Mili Pharma brand, a mark and identity for an FDA-registered pharmaceutical manufacturer. That is brand work, finished, and it is not manufacturing marketing. I did not run its search, advertising or RFQ process, and I do not claim results for any manufacturer.

The method that carries over is the qualification path: a capability page a buyer can check against a part, a request form that filters, and a readout that stops at the order.

What a manufacturing marketing readout shows

One page in the sales terms

The readout reads from the RFQ to the order in the terms your sales team already uses. Each row says what it measures and where you can check it.

How I scope manufacturing marketing

A written scope before any spend

I quote a fixed price for a written scope after I have looked at your capability pages, your request form and the path your sales team follows. A shop with three processes and one customer type is a different job from a multi-site manufacturer with an engineering team that answers requests, and a price list would be wrong for both.

  • Whether the request form and its routing need rebuilding
  • How many channels the plan covers, and which buyers each one reaches

  • Whether the scope includes the monthly readout or a one-time audit
  • Certification and customer-approval steps for every published claim
