Hair Salon Website Design Las Vegas

A booking page that reports

Hair salon website design in Las Vegas should turn a phone visit into a booked chair and show where that visit came from. I design and build the site, the booking page and the stylist portfolios, and I track each one to the appointment.

What a salon website has to do

Book the chair from a phone

Most clients who look up a salon do it on a phone, often in the car or on a break, and they are choosing between several tabs. The site has to show the services, the stylists and the prices in plain terms, then offer a booking that takes less time than the search did.

A beautiful site with a booking page that asks for an account, a password and four screens of questions loses the appointment. The job is a site that feels like the salon, makes the next step obvious and records where each booking came from.

GIOSTAR homepage, a website I built

The online booking page

The page where the appointment is made

One screen to choose

The service, the stylist and the date on the first screen, with the most common services at the top of the list.

No account first

A new client can book with a name, a phone number and a time. An account can be offered after the booking, not before it.

Clear cancellation rule

The cancellation and late-arrival policy sits next to the booking button, in the words your team uses at the desk.

Booking tracked

Each booking carries the page and source that produced it, so the appointment can be matched to the visit that started it.

Stylist portfolios on a salon site

Work shown with consent

Clients often choose a stylist from photos of their work before they choose a service. A portfolio page for each stylist shows real work, the specialties and the booking link for that stylist. Every photo is used with the stylist's written consent, and I keep that record with the page.

I build the portfolios to load quickly on a phone, with the images sized for a cell signal and the booking link above the fold. A portfolio with forty photos and no booking link is a gallery, not a sales page.

Each stylist page should name the services that stylist performs, the booking link for that stylist's calendar and the work photos that the stylist has approved for public use. A client choosing a stylist reads the services first and the photos second, so the page is built in that order.

Services and prices on a salon site

Services named in plain words

Each service has its own section that says what the appointment includes, how long it takes and who performs it. Where prices are shown, they match the menu at the desk and are updated when the menu changes. I do not add a price to a page that your team has not approved.

The menu is also the main structure for search. A service a client types into a search should have a section that answers it, which is why the menu and the site are built together.

WebVegas homepage, a website I built

Mobile first for salon clients

Built for a phone between errands

I design every salon page at phone width first. The phone number, the address and the booking button stay within reach, and the stylist photos load before a client loses patience.

I test the booking flow on real phone sizes before launch, with the form fields opening the right keyboard, the date picker working with a thumb and the confirmation message arriving where the client expects it.

An owner at work in a modern office

Tracking a salon website to a booking

From the first visit to the chair

Tracking is the part of a salon site the owner rarely sees. I connect each page to the bookings it produces and each booking to the stylist and service it became. The readout separates first visits from returning clients so the report reads in the terms the salon uses.

The cookie banner and analytics are set to collect what is needed for that report and nothing more. I write down what is collected, so the privacy setup can be checked by you or your advisers.

GIOSTAR brand hub, a system I built

Template or custom build for a salon

What to expect either way

A template can work for a salon with one stylist and a short menu. A custom build makes more sense when the salon has several stylists, a full menu, a booking calendar that opens every day or a retail section.

A business owner reviewing work on a phone
  • Your own domain, hosting and every login from day one
  • A booking page that works on a phone without an account
  • A portfolio page for each stylist who takes bookings
  • Redirects from the old site so search history carries over
  • Edits your front desk can make without a ticket
  • A written scope that names the pages before any work starts

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we ended up working with Justin for some AI consulting on how to structure our operations. He laid out a clear plan, didn't overcomplicate it, and we've been running smoother since. Good fit for a service business. He knows Las Vegas and he knows this stuff.

Justin joined our team a few months before opening to replace a marketing agency that wasn’t performing. He stepped up fast. Within weeks he launched a fully redesigned website with new brand guidelines, built and delivered our marketing plan and AI strategy, and helped implement our system architecture so we could open on time. Since then, he’s made several critical enhancements to the site that helped us generate revenue in our first month. His engagement was supposed to end at opening, but he became such an integral part of our leadership team that we kept him on to help evolve our marketing and tech strategy as we grow. He’s easy to work with, pushes back when it matters, and moves easily between strategy, delivery, and operations depending on what’s needed. If you’re looking for a deeply experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated marketing, AI, or technology consultant, I highly recommend Justin Harris AI Consulting.

From what I've seen, Justin knows the AI automation space better than most people I've come across in Las Vegas. He's the kind of person who actually understands the technical side and can explain it without making you feel lost. Good guy, good reputation.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we reached out to Justin for some AI consulting advice on where our service business could actually use automation. He was straightforward about what made sense and what didn't. Ended up being a useful conversation. Las Vegas has no shortage of people claiming to be experts, and he's one of the few who could back it up.

Knew Justin before he started building AI systems for businesses, and watching what he's put together is genuinely impressive. He built out an AI automation setup for my website in Las Vegas and it changed how we handle leads completely. The guy actually runs this stuff himself, so he knows what works.

Hair salon website cost

What moves the price

I quote a fixed price for a written scope after I have looked at your current site and your booking setup. A one-stylist salon with a simple menu is a different job from a multi-stylist salon that books through a calendar, and a price list would be wrong for both.

GIOSTAR homepage, a website I built
  • How many stylist portfolios the site needs
  • Booking calendar connections and staff schedules
  • How many services and menu pages need their own section
  • Who writes the copy and supplies the photos
  • Moving an existing site without losing its search history

Closest work and what it was not

Adjacent work, stated plainly

I have not built a website for a hair salon, so I do not claim one. The closest work I have is WebVegas, my own Las Vegas web design site with a four-step booking form, and GIOSTAR, a Henderson clinic site with online booking, financing and lead tracking that follows a form to a booked consult.

Neither is a salon. Both show the booking path, the mobile pages and the tracking I would bring to yours.

The part of that work that carries over is the booking path, where a phone visitor either finishes a booking or leaves. Every site I build for a salon is tested by booking a real appointment from a phone before launch.
