Ads That Book Projects You Can Price
Handyman advertising for operators with crews, built around the project sizes you take and tracked to the jobs that were booked. I run the campaigns, set the tracking and show you which spend brought the work.

Handyman Advertising Ideas
Spend with no line to scheduled work
A handyman operator often runs ads for a year without knowing what they bought. The campaign sends clicks, the clicks become calls, and the calls become jobs or nothing. Nobody links the calls to the schedule, so the owner keeps the campaign on instinct, and a few weak ads stay on the account for months.
The fix starts before the first ad is written. Every call and form gets a source tag at the moment it arrives, and every booked project carries that tag into the schedule. The report then shows spend against booked work, and that is the only number I use to decide what runs.

Social campaigns that name a project
Social campaigns reach homeowners who are not searching yet, which makes them useful for planning-stage projects like a bathroom refresh, a deck repair or a fence. The ad has to name the project and the rough size, or the homeowner clicks out of curiosity and the office spends the morning on calls it cannot price.
I build the audience from the neighborhoods you serve and the project types you take, and I cap the budget per area so no single neighborhood absorbs the spend. Each campaign has a written reason, a stop rule and a line in the monthly note.

Handyman Advertising Strategy
Filtering by job size before the click
Job size is the lever most handyman campaigns leave alone. A headline that says any repair attracts every caller, including the ones the crew cannot take. A headline that names the project range, such as a single fixture, a door, or a full room of trim, attracts callers the crew can price, and it costs less per booked job even when the click count is smaller.
The strategy is to set the project range first, then the audience and the keywords, then the copy. The search terms report is checked every week in the first month, and any term that brings the wrong size of job is excluded and listed in the note.

Handyman Advertising Companies
What to ask any ads partner
Ask any advertising partner three questions before you sign. Who owns the ad account and the audience data if the relationship ends? Which number does the report use to measure success, clicks or booked work? And who writes the copy, and can you approve it before it runs? A partner who answers all three in writing is easier to check.
I answer those questions in the written scope. You own the ad accounts, the domain and the tracking from day one, and the report counts booked projects, with clicks shown underneath as context.

GIOSTAR: the clinic website, booking and lead tracking
I built and run giostarwellness.com for a regenerative medicine and wellness clinic in Henderson: every service page, online booking, financing and a blog. A website lead is tracked end to end, from the form to a booked consult to an active patient, with no manual steps. I also built its live brand hub, so every page, post and print piece pulls the same colours, type and rules.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we ended up working with Justin for some AI consulting on how to structure our operations. He laid out a clear plan, didn't overcomplicate it, and we've been running smoother since. Good fit for a service business. He knows Las Vegas and he knows this stuff.

Justin joined our team a few months before opening to replace a marketing agency that wasn’t performing. He stepped up fast. Within weeks he launched a fully redesigned website with new brand guidelines, built and delivered our marketing plan and AI strategy, and helped implement our system architecture so we could open on time. Since then, he’s made several critical enhancements to the site that helped us generate revenue in our first month. His engagement was supposed to end at opening, but he became such an integral part of our leadership team that we kept him on to help evolve our marketing and tech strategy as we grow. He’s easy to work with, pushes back when it matters, and moves easily between strategy, delivery, and operations depending on what’s needed. If you’re looking for a deeply experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated marketing, AI, or technology consultant, I highly recommend Justin Harris AI Consulting.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we reached out to Justin for some AI consulting advice on where our service business could actually use automation. He was straightforward about what made sense and what didn't. Ended up being a useful conversation. Las Vegas has no shortage of people claiming to be experts, and he's one of the few who could back it up.

Known Justin for a few years now. Guy knows the AI space better than most people I've come across, especially here in Las Vegas where there's no shortage of people claiming to be experts. He actually understands how AI automation works at a practical level, not just the theory. The kind of person who gives you a straight answer with kindness and patience

Knew Justin before he started building AI systems for businesses, and watching what he's put together is genuinely impressive. He built out an AI automation setup for my website in Las Vegas and it changed how we handle leads completely. The guy actually runs this stuff himself, so he knows what works.

Handyman Ad Copy
Names that promise a project, not a feeling
A handyman ad does not need a clever slogan. It needs a headline a homeowner can act on in two seconds: the project type, the area and a clear next step. A name like Reliable Home Fixes tells the reader nothing about the work, and a headline like Bathroom Fan Replacement, Henderson tells the reader whether to call.
I write the copy from the project list you give me, and every headline names a project the crew actually takes. Anything you would not want to do on the day of the call stays out of the copy.

How to Advertise Handyman Services for Free
The free steps before any paid spend
Some of the most useful marketing for a handyman business costs nothing to run. A complete profile on the search and mapping platforms, with the right project types and service areas, gets seen by homeowners who are already searching. A review request sent after each closed project builds the record that every ad and every listing depends on.
I set those up first, because they show what a paid campaign has to beat. If the profile is incomplete, the ads send people to a page that does not answer their question, and the paid spend is wasted on a weak foundation.

Handyman Near Me Ads
Local intent, written as a project
A search for a handyman near me is a homeowner with a problem and a short list. The ad that wins is the one that matches the problem most closely and shows a local address or service area. The homeowner is not comparing brands. They are comparing who will answer and who can come soon.
The ad and its landing page carry the same project name, so the homeowner sees the match at each step. The service area is named in the headline, and the request form asks for the neighborhood so the office can confirm coverage before a visit is booked.

Handyman Advertising Process
What happens after I say yes
- Step 01
Audit the current spend
I review your running campaigns, search terms and tracking, and send a written read before any change is made.
- Step 02
Set the tracking first
Every call and form gets a source tag and the office confirms it at booking, so the baseline is real.
- Step 03
Build and approve the campaigns
Each campaign has a project range, an audience, a budget cap and a written stop rule, and you approve it.
- Step 04
Review the first month
The first month is judged on booked projects by source, and weak sources are cut or narrowed.
- Step 05
Report every month
A plain note with booked work by source, the spend behind each source and the next change I propose.
Handyman Advertising Budget
What moves the cost of the campaigns
I quote a fixed fee for setup and a written monthly scope for management, after a free look at your accounts. Ad spend is paid to the platforms and is set by you, and I do not quote a media budget before I see the market and the schedule.

- How many project ranges and neighborhoods the campaigns cover
- How many platforms run at once, and how much creative must be made
- Whether tracking connects to a scheduling tool or a shared sheet
- How much of the copy you write yourself versus what I write
- Whether call tracking and text tracking are both needed
