What I build in Summerlin

I build custom websites and web applications for Summerlin businesses. The work I see most often is a booking or intake flow for a medical or dental office, a client portal for a professional practice, and a site that connects to the scheduling and billing tools the office already runs.

The closest documented example of a full build is the GIOSTAR website in Henderson, which has online booking, financing information, a blog and lead tracking from the form to the booked consult. I build Summerlin sites in the same kind of code, and I do not claim a Summerlin project I have not done.

Code only one person can read

A Summerlin practice often inherits a custom site from a developer who has since moved on. The booking form works, but nobody on the staff can read the code, the hosting is in someone else's account, and every change waits for a ticket. The practice pays for a site it cannot see into.

I write code that a competent developer can pick up. The repository, the domain and the hosting are in your name, and every integration is listed on one page with what it does and where its login lives.

Web Development for Summerlin Businesses

What is different in Summerlin

Summerlin is a master-planned community, not a city, and its boundary crosses the Las Vegas city limits and unincorporated Clark County. A Google listing can show a Summerlin address while the site says Las Vegas, and a patient or client searching for the community notices the gap. The address and the service area have to be written the same way on the site, in the listing and in the booking form.

Summerlin also has a dense medical and office cluster. Summerlin Hospital Medical Center, a 485-bed private hospital, sits on a campus in The Crossings village, and the offices around it need booking flows that work on a phone between appointments. I test each booking path on phones before launch.

Work I built, none of it in Summerlin

Every build below is real and every link goes to the live work. None of the five is a Summerlin project, and I do not claim a client in the community. Two are full websites I built and still run, one is in Henderson, and the other three are brand and content work. Each card says what it is.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we ended up working with Justin for some AI consulting on how to structure our operations. He laid out a clear plan, didn't overcomplicate it, and we've been running smoother since. Good fit for a service business. He knows Las Vegas and he knows this stuff.

Justin joined our team a few months before opening to replace a marketing agency that wasn’t performing. He stepped up fast. Within weeks he launched a fully redesigned website with new brand guidelines, built and delivered our marketing plan and AI strategy, and helped implement our system architecture so we could open on time. Since then, he’s made several critical enhancements to the site that helped us generate revenue in our first month. His engagement was supposed to end at opening, but he became such an integral part of our leadership team that we kept him on to help evolve our marketing and tech strategy as we grow. He’s easy to work with, pushes back when it matters, and moves easily between strategy, delivery, and operations depending on what’s needed. If you’re looking for a deeply experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated marketing, AI, or technology consultant, I highly recommend Justin Harris AI Consulting.

From what I've seen, Justin knows the AI automation space better than most people I've come across in Las Vegas. He's the kind of person who actually understands the technical side and can explain it without making you feel lost. Good guy, good reputation.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we reached out to Justin for some AI consulting advice on where our service business could actually use automation. He was straightforward about what made sense and what didn't. Ended up being a useful conversation. Las Vegas has no shortage of people claiming to be experts, and he's one of the few who could back it up.

Known Justin for a few years now. Guy knows the AI space better than most people I've come across, especially here in Las Vegas where there's no shortage of people claiming to be experts. He actually understands how AI automation works at a practical level, not just the theory. The kind of person who gives you a straight answer with kindness and patience

Knew Justin before he started building AI systems for businesses, and watching what he's put together is genuinely impressive. He built out an AI automation setup for my website in Las Vegas and it changed how we handle leads completely. The guy actually runs this stuff himself, so he knows what works.

Best Web Development Summerlin

The code I can show you

Code is easy to describe and hard to check. These are the things you can look at in the repository and the handoff before you rely on any of it.

Readable code

Components are named for what they do, and comments are written where a future developer will need them.

A repository in your name

The code lives in a repository you own, and its access list shows your name first.

A handoff document

You get a plain page that lists each integration, each login and what each part of the site does.

Standard tools

I use common frameworks and hosting that any capable developer can run, so you are not locked to me.

Web Development Services Summerlin

What I build

A business owner reviewing work on a phone
  • Online booking and intake forms that write to the scheduling or billing tools you run
  • Client portals for professional practices, with logins and permissions you control
  • Service area and location pages that match the Google listing word for word
  • Integrations with a CRM, a payments provider or a practice system
  • Performance work on images, scripts and fonts, measured on a phone

Summerlin Web Development Cost

What moves the price

I quote a fixed price for a written scope after I have looked at what you need, so the number you agree to is the number you pay. A five-page site for a solo practice and a portal with booking for a multi-provider office are different jobs, so a price list would be wrong for both.

GIOSTAR homepage, a website I built
  • How many unique page designs the site needs, more than how many pages it has
  • Each integration: booking, payments, a CRM or a patient or client portal
  • Who writes the copy, and whether photography or video has to be produced
  • Moving an existing site without losing its search history
  • Accessibility work to a stated WCAG level, with a written record

Web Development Services Summerlin Process

How a build runs in Summerlin

Each step ends with something you can open. The launch date is written into the scope before any code is written.

  1. Step 01

    Look at what you have

I review your current site and code, and send a written read before you pay anything.

  2. Step 02

    Agree the scope in writing

Pages, features, integrations and the timeline go on one page. Changes land there first.

  3. Step 03

    Design and build

You review real pages in a browser, and each integration is built against a test account first.

  4. Step 04

    Test and measure

Booking, forms and calls are tested end to end, every page is checked on phones and speed is measured.

  5. Step 05

    Launch and hand over

The site goes live with redirects from the old one, and you get the handoff page and the logins.
