A Summerlin Site That Reports Back

I do web design. Summerlin practices and firms hire me to build sites they can check, start to finish, by one person. You keep the site, the domain and every login.

A polished site with no reporting underneath

A Summerlin professional is a demanding buyer. The site has to look like the practice: composed, current and unhurried. Most agencies understand that part and sell it hard.

What they rarely sell is the part underneath. The owner pays for a handsome site, a monthly invoice follows, and nobody can say how many people found it or what they did. I hear that complaint more than any complaint about looks.

What I do differently

I design for the way you want to be seen and I report on what the site does. Every month you get a plain note: what was visited, which pages produced calls and forms, and what I changed.

You own the domain, hosting and every login from the first day, and the site keeps running if you and I stop working together.

Valley work I built, live where you can check it

None of these projects is in Summerlin, and I will not suggest otherwise. They are Valley work. GIOSTAR is a full clinic site, WebVegas is a full web design site, and the other three are brand and content work. Each card says which it is, and every link goes to the live work where one exists.

GIOSTAR: the clinic website, booking and lead tracking

I built and run giostarwellness.com for a regenerative medicine and wellness clinic in Henderson: every service page, online booking, financing and a blog. A website lead is tracked end to end, from the form to a booked consult to an active patient, with no manual steps. I also built its live brand hub, so every page, post and print piece pulls the same colours, type and rules.

What clients wrote on Google

Every written review on my Google Business Profile, word for word, including the one that gave four stars. Nothing is picked or paraphrased, and the link above opens the same reviews on Google. None of the reviewers is a Summerlin business that I know of, so I make no local claim about them. Also rated five stars by Cyndee M., Angela M., Dan H.. Read them on Google

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we ended up working with Justin for some AI consulting on how to structure our operations. He laid out a clear plan, didn't overcomplicate it, and we've been running smoother since. Good fit for a service business. He knows Las Vegas and he knows this stuff.

Justin joined our team a few months before opening to replace a marketing agency that wasn’t performing. He stepped up fast. Within weeks he launched a fully redesigned website with new brand guidelines, built and delivered our marketing plan and AI strategy, and helped implement our system architecture so we could open on time. Since then, he’s made several critical enhancements to the site that helped us generate revenue in our first month. His engagement was supposed to end at opening, but he became such an integral part of our leadership team that we kept him on to help evolve our marketing and tech strategy as we grow. He’s easy to work with, pushes back when it matters, and moves easily between strategy, delivery, and operations depending on what’s needed. If you’re looking for a deeply experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated marketing, AI, or technology consultant, I highly recommend Justin Harris AI Consulting.

He was always the first one in the office, setting the tone with his strong work ethic and commitment to excellence. What stood out most was how deeply he cared about every client. He approached each project with thoughtfulness, expertise, and a genuine drive to deliver meaningful results. He combines sharp technical knowledge with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset, which makes him especially effective in the AI space. From what I've seen, Justin knows the AI automation space better than most people I've come across in Las Vegas. He's the kind of person who actually understands the technical side and can explain it without making you feel lost. Good guy, good reputation.

I've Known Justin for a while now and he really knows his stuff when it comes to AI consulting. If people in Las Vegas were to ask me for recommendations in this space, he's the best guy for the job, hands down.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we reached out to Justin for some AI consulting advice on where our service business could actually use automation. He was straightforward about what made sense and what didn't. Ended up being a useful conversation. Las Vegas has no shortage of people claiming to be experts, and he's one of the few who could back it up.

Known Justin for a few years now. Guy knows the AI space better than most people I've come across, especially here in Las Vegas where there's no shortage of people claiming to be experts. He actually understands how AI automation works at a practical level, not just the theory. The kind of person who gives you a straight answer with kindness and patience

Knew Justin before he started building AI systems for businesses, and watching what he's put together is genuinely impressive. He built out an AI automation setup for my website in Las Vegas and it changed how we handle leads completely. The guy actually runs this stuff himself, so he knows what works.

What Is Summerlin

A master-planned community, not a city

Summerlin is not an incorporated city. It is a master-planned community of about 130,000 people, built by the Howard Hughes Corporation along the western edge of the valley, and it spans both the City of Las Vegas and unincorporated Clark County.

Summerlin describes itself as defined by boundaries and not by ZIP codes. That matters for a website: the people you want to reach say Summerlin, not a ZIP.

What shapes a Summerlin website

Each point is sourced on this page's record.

GIOSTAR homepage, a website I built
  • The community covers about 22,500 acres, so a Summerlin address can be miles from another one
  • Three master associations run it: Summerlin North, Summerlin South and Summerlin West
  • Downtown Summerlin, the community's urban core, opened its first phase on October 9, 2014
  • Because Summerlin is not a legal entity, your pages should name Summerlin and the neighborhoods you serve, not rely on a city name
  • Census data counts the Summerlin South area at only 30,744 people, well below the community's own figure, so I use the community's number

Web Design 89134

Summerlin ZIP codes I serve

Four ZIP codes are mostly Summerlin: 89134, 89135, 89138 and 89144. Four more overlap it: 89128, 89145, 89148 and 89161.

I list them because the community has no ZIP-defined boundary, and I do not claim an office in any of them.

What a Summerlin buyer checks first

This part is my own approach, not a sourced fact. A buyer in a community this size usually looks up a practice on a phone, often before booking.

So I make the first screen answer four things: who you are, where you are, how to reach you and why to trust you. Credentials, a real address and a working phone link come before any large image. Then I test it on actual phones, not only a desktop preview.

Web Design Summerlin Cost

What moves the price

I quote a fixed price for a written scope after a free look at what you need. A five-page practice site and a booking platform are different jobs, and a list would be wrong for both.

An owner at work in a modern office
  • How many unique page designs the site needs, more than how many pages it has
  • Who writes the copy, and whether photography has to be produced
  • Integrations: booking, payments, a CRM or a client portal
  • Moving an existing site without losing its search history
  • Accessibility work to a stated WCAG level, with a written record
  • How much reporting you want after launch

A free look at the site first

I do not build sites for free. I do grade yours: phone speed, whether the form and number work, whether the pages say Summerlin, and whether Google can read the site. You get it in writing, usually the same day, with the three changes I would make first.

GIOSTAR brand hub, a system I built

Web Design Summerlin Process

How a build runs

Every step ends with something you can open.

  1. Step 01

    A free read

I grade the current site and send a written read before you pay me anything.

  2. Step 02

    A written scope

Pages, features and timeline on one page. If anything changes, it changes there first.

  3. Step 03

    Real pages, in a browser

You review actual pages and mark changes on them, not static mockups.

  4. Step 04

    Test and connect

Forms, booking and tracking are submitted and checked, and every page is tested on phones.

  5. Step 05

    Launch and report

Redirects keep your search history, and you receive a plain monthly note.
