Web Development Company Las Vegas

Custom code that only one person can touch

Owners rarely look for web development until a template stops being enough. The practice wants patients to book a provider and pay a deposit. The service company wants a quote form that checks the address against crew territories. The firm wants clients to upload documents without email. A plugin gets bolted on, then another, and eventually somebody hires a developer for the missing piece.

The developer delivers something that works on the day. The code lives on their machine, with no notes. A year later the form stops sending email, the developer has moved on, and the next person quotes a rebuild because reading someone else's work costs more. The owner paid real money and still cannot inspect what was built.

You own the code and the logins

I am Justin Harris. I have worked in Las Vegas digital marketing for fourteen years, built for more than 300 Valley businesses and I am rated five stars on Google. I write the code myself, so the person you brief is the person building.

The domain is registered to you. The hosting is in your name. The code lives in a repository your business owns, and I am added as a collaborator. Every third-party account is created under your business email, so removing my access is one click on your side. I also write down what each part does, in plain language.

Work I built, live where you can check it

The WebVegas site has a four-step booking form that hands each lead a free design walkthrough, and GIOSTAR has booking, financing and lead tracking behind it. Both are live. The other three builds are brand and content work, and each card says which. None of the five is a client portal or a custom application, and I would rather say that plainly than let a card imply it. Where a page here describes that kind of work, it describes how I would approach it and what you would receive, and it does not claim a past project that the portfolio cannot show.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we ended up working with Justin for some AI consulting on how to structure our operations. He laid out a clear plan, didn't overcomplicate it, and we've been running smoother since. Good fit for a service business. He knows Las Vegas and he knows this stuff.

Justin joined our team a few months before opening to replace a marketing agency that wasn’t performing. He stepped up fast. Within weeks he launched a fully redesigned website with new brand guidelines, built and delivered our marketing plan and AI strategy, and helped implement our system architecture so we could open on time. Since then, he’s made several critical enhancements to the site that helped us generate revenue in our first month. His engagement was supposed to end at opening, but he became such an integral part of our leadership team that we kept him on to help evolve our marketing and tech strategy as we grow. He’s easy to work with, pushes back when it matters, and moves easily between strategy, delivery, and operations depending on what’s needed. If you’re looking for a deeply experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated marketing, AI, or technology consultant, I highly recommend Justin Harris AI Consulting.

From what I've seen, Justin knows the AI automation space better than most people I've come across in Las Vegas. He's the kind of person who actually understands the technical side and can explain it without making you feel lost. Good guy, good reputation.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we reached out to Justin for some AI consulting advice on where our service business could actually use automation. He was straightforward about what made sense and what didn't. Ended up being a useful conversation. Las Vegas has no shortage of people claiming to be experts, and he's one of the few who could back it up.

Known Justin for a few years now. Guy knows the AI space better than most people I've come across, especially here in Las Vegas where there's no shortage of people claiming to be experts. He actually understands how AI automation works at a practical level, not just the theory. The kind of person who gives you a straight answer with kindness and patience

Knew Justin before he started building AI systems for businesses, and watching what he's put together is genuinely impressive. He built out an AI automation setup for my website in Las Vegas and it changed how we handle leads completely. The guy actually runs this stuff himself, so he knows what works.

Web Development Process

How a development project runs

The launch date is written into the scope before work starts. If the scope changes, the date changes on the same page.

  1. Step 01

    Read and ask

I read any existing code and ask what the feature must do and what happens when it fails. You get my understanding in writing.

  2. Step 02

    Written scope

One page: what is built, what is left out, what it connects to, how it is tested and when it launches.

  3. Step 03

    Build on staging

You get a private link and click through the work while it is still cheap to change.

  4. Step 04

    Test every path

Working and failing paths: empty forms, declined cards, poor connections. You get a test log.

  5. Step 05

    Launch and watch

The change goes live at an agreed time. I watch the live forms and roll back if something breaks.

  6. Step 06

    Hand over

Handover document, repository access and a walkthrough, then a plain monthly report.

Affordable Web Development Las Vegas

How to keep a build affordable

Affordable does not mean the lowest quote. A cheap build with no documentation costs more over three years than a clear one, because every later change becomes a rescue.

Start with the smallest version that does the job. Build one workflow completely before adding a second. Use a plugin or tool where one covers a standard need, and write custom code only where your process is specific. Keep the scope on one page and add to it deliberately.

Free Web Development Las Vegas

What I do for free

Some searches for free web development are from owners who want the work at no cost. I do not build for free, and I would be wary of anyone who does, since the cost turns up later in lock-in or an upsell.

What I do for free is look at the site you have: whether forms deliver, how it behaves on a phone and what search engines can read. I send a written note of the changes I would make first, and I say so when a plugin already covers what you need.

Web Development Cost

What moves the price

I quote a fixed price for a written scope after I have looked at what you need.

A storefront street in the Valley
  • How many distinct features or screens the build needs
  • Integrations: booking, payments, a CRM, email, accounting
  • User accounts, permissions and private information
  • Whether existing code must be read, repaired or replaced
  • Testing depth, including phones and failure cases
  • Documentation and training for your team

Web Development Near Me

Where I work

I am based in Las Vegas and meet clients across the Valley, in Henderson, North Las Vegas, Summerlin, Paradise, Spring Valley, Enterprise and Sunrise Manor, and out to Boulder City. Development is mostly remote work, so I also build for businesses elsewhere. If a decision is easier in person, I come to your office. For the design side of a site, see web design in Las Vegas.

Remote projects run on the same rules as local ones: a written scope, a staging link after each step, a shared task list you can read at any time and a plain report once the work is live, so distance changes nothing about what you can check.
