Cleaning Company Advertising
Ads that sell the recurring plan
Cleaning company advertising I build around recurring plans rather than one-time jobs, with every quote request and plan sign-up tagged to the campaign that produced it. You keep the ad accounts.

Why Cleaning Ads Bring One-Time Cleans
Spend that buys a single clean
Many cleaning ads are written for the one-time job: a deep clean, a move-out, a single visit. Those jobs have a place, but a company that spends on ads for one-time work keeps buying customers who may never return.
The wound in this trade is the ad that brings a quote request with no plan behind it. The owner pays for the click, sends a quote, and cannot tell which campaign would have produced a weekly client.

What Cleaning Ads Should Do
Sell the plan, then the first clean
The most valuable customer for a cleaning company is usually the one on a recurring schedule. A weekly or biweekly plan keeps crews booked between one-time jobs and makes staffing easier to predict.
So the first job of an ad is to offer a recurring plan clearly, with a path to request a quote and sign up. The one-time job still has a page, but it is not the main offer.

Campaign Types for Cleaning Companies
Campaigns built around the plan
Each campaign names the service it sells, whether a recurring plan or a one-time job, and the page the customer lands on. The readout separates the two so the owner can see which one is growing.
Search campaigns for recurring cleaning
Paid search for weekly and biweekly cleaning terms, sent to a page built around the plan.
Local service ads and listings
Lead campaigns where the platform allows them, with each lead tagged to the service asked for.
Social campaigns for busy households
Paid social aimed at households and offices that have said they want regular cleaning.
Retargeting for quote starts
Follow-up for visitors who started a quote, not for everyone who read a page.
Offer tests with a named result
One offer at a time, tied to the plan sign-ups it should produce, and stopped if it does not.
Cleaning Ad Rules to Check
Platform and licensing limits first
Advertising platforms set rules for service ads and for the claims a business may make, and those rules change. Before a campaign runs I check the current policy, write the copy to fit it and keep a record of what was approved.
Licensing, insurance and bonding requirements vary by business and by place. Those are questions for your insurer and your attorney. I will not tell you that an ad or a claim is compliant.

- Current platform policy checked before every launch
- Claims in the copy match what the company can deliver
- Each ad reviewed by the owner before it runs
- A written record of approvals and changes
Closest Work and What It Is Not
No cleaning client claimed
I have not run paid advertising for a cleaning company, and I do not claim results in this trade. The closest work I have is a web build and lead tracking for a Henderson clinic. That is a healthcare practice, not a cleaning business, and I do not present it as cleaning ad results.
What carries over is the method: each campaign tied to a signed plan, with a readout the owner can check against their own books.

GIOSTAR: the clinic website, booking and lead tracking
I built and run giostarwellness.com for a regenerative medicine and wellness clinic in Henderson: every service page, online booking, financing and a blog. A website lead is tracked end to end, from the form to a booked consult to an active patient, with no manual steps. I also built its live brand hub, so every page, post and print piece pulls the same colours, type and rules.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we ended up working with Justin for some AI consulting on how to structure our operations. He laid out a clear plan, didn't overcomplicate it, and we've been running smoother since. Good fit for a service business. He knows Las Vegas and he knows this stuff.

Justin joined our team a few months before opening to replace a marketing agency that wasn’t performing. He stepped up fast. Within weeks he launched a fully redesigned website with new brand guidelines, built and delivered our marketing plan and AI strategy, and helped implement our system architecture so we could open on time. Since then, he’s made several critical enhancements to the site that helped us generate revenue in our first month. His engagement was supposed to end at opening, but he became such an integral part of our leadership team that we kept him on to help evolve our marketing and tech strategy as we grow. He’s easy to work with, pushes back when it matters, and moves easily between strategy, delivery, and operations depending on what’s needed. If you’re looking for a deeply experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated marketing, AI, or technology consultant, I highly recommend Justin Harris AI Consulting.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we reached out to Justin for some AI consulting advice on where our service business could actually use automation. He was straightforward about what made sense and what didn't. Ended up being a useful conversation. Las Vegas has no shortage of people claiming to be experts, and he's one of the few who could back it up.

Known Justin for a few years now. Guy knows the AI space better than most people I've come across, especially here in Las Vegas where there's no shortage of people claiming to be experts. He actually understands how AI automation works at a practical level, not just the theory. The kind of person who gives you a straight answer with kindness and patience

Knew Justin before he started building AI systems for businesses, and watching what he's put together is genuinely impressive. He built out an AI automation setup for my website in Las Vegas and it changed how we handle leads completely. The guy actually runs this stuff himself, so he knows what works.

How the Ad Work Runs
Four steps with a check at each
The work runs in four steps, and the owner approves the copy and the budget before anything goes live.
- Step 01
Review the current campaigns
I check what runs now, what it reaches and what it has signed, and write that down for the owner.
- Step 02
Set the sign-up tags
Every quote, call and plan sign-up gets a source and service tag before new spend starts.
- Step 03
Build and approve the campaigns
Each campaign is built around a service and approved by the owner in writing before it runs.
- Step 04
Hand over the accounts
You receive the ad accounts, tags and logins, plus notes on how to read the readout.
What Moves Cleaning Ad Scope
Scope set before any spend
I quote a fixed scope after a free look at the campaigns you run now. The drivers below change the work, and each one is written into the quote.

- How many service lines and locations the campaigns cover
- How many campaigns run and how often they change
- Quote and sign-up tracking the booking tool needs
- Landing pages to build for each service
- Monthly readout, and whether I run it or hand it over
