Med Spa Marketing
Marketing That Fills the Consult Book
Med spa marketing starts with how your business makes money: the consult, the first treatment and the membership that keeps a client coming back. I build the chain that shows which channel filled each one.

How a Med Spa Makes Money
Consults and repeat visits pay
A med spa usually earns in two ways. The first is the new client, who arrives through a consult or a first treatment and whose value depends on whether they come back. The second is the repeat client, who books a series, a membership or a maintenance visit on a schedule the owner can plan around.
That makes the consult the event to protect. A consult that does not book a treatment is an expensive conversation, and a treatment that does not lead to a second visit leaves most of the value unclaimed.

Where Med Spa Marketing Loses Money
Spend nobody can trace
A lead arrives as a call, a text or a form. The front desk logs it unevenly, and by the end of the month there is an invoice and no answer about which channel booked the consult. Owners then switch channels every quarter, which resets the learning each time.
The fix is not a bigger budget. It is a chain from each channel to the consult, and from the consult to the second visit, so the next dollar goes where the booked client came from.

Rules Med Spa Marketing Has to Respect
Marketing limits, not legal advice
Ad platforms review health and beauty claims on their own rules, and a before-and-after image or a results promise can get an ad limited. Provider licensing, what a treatment may be called and how an offer is worded are questions for your attorney and your clinical team.
I treat these as marketing considerations. I write offers without promise language, keep treatment pages to what the practice confirms, and will not tell you an ad or page is compliant. That call belongs to your counsel.

Med Spa Customer Path
From search to second visit
| Step | What the client does | What the marketing should do |
|---|---|---|
| Search | Types a treatment and a city, or the med spa name | Show clear treatment pages and an accurate local profile |
| Compare | Reads reviews and a few provider bios | Keep reviews visible and bios accurate |
| Book | Requests a consult or a first visit | One booking step, tracked from its source |
| Visit | Attends the consult and the first treatment | Front desk logs the source and the outcome |
| Return | Books a series, a membership or a maintenance visit | Reminders and a clear next booking |

Each channel has its own page
Med Spa Membership Marketing
Repeat visits need a plan
Memberships and series turn one consult into a schedule. Marketing for existing clients is reminders, a clear next booking and an offer to join a plan, all tracked by source so the owner can see which campaign kept the chair full. This is a separate job from new-client acquisition and should be measured apart from it.

The Closest Med Spa Work I Have
The closest work, and what it was not
The closest work I have is GIOSTAR, a regenerative medicine and wellness clinic in Henderson. I built its website, its online booking and its lead tracking, and that chain sits close to a med spa's consult flow. It is a clinic, not a med spa.
None of the five builds in my portfolio is a med spa, so I make no med spa result claim. Use the GIOSTAR case as proof of the tracking chain only.

GIOSTAR: the clinic website, booking and lead tracking
I built and run giostarwellness.com for a regenerative medicine and wellness clinic in Henderson: every service page, online booking, financing and a blog. A website lead is tracked end to end, from the form to a booked consult to an active patient, with no manual steps. I also built its live brand hub, so every page, post and print piece pulls the same colours, type and rules.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we ended up working with Justin for some AI consulting on how to structure our operations. He laid out a clear plan, didn't overcomplicate it, and we've been running smoother since. Good fit for a service business. He knows Las Vegas and he knows this stuff.

Justin joined our team a few months before opening to replace a marketing agency that wasn’t performing. He stepped up fast. Within weeks he launched a fully redesigned website with new brand guidelines, built and delivered our marketing plan and AI strategy, and helped implement our system architecture so we could open on time. Since then, he’s made several critical enhancements to the site that helped us generate revenue in our first month. His engagement was supposed to end at opening, but he became such an integral part of our leadership team that we kept him on to help evolve our marketing and tech strategy as we grow. He’s easy to work with, pushes back when it matters, and moves easily between strategy, delivery, and operations depending on what’s needed. If you’re looking for a deeply experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated marketing, AI, or technology consultant, I highly recommend Justin Harris AI Consulting.

From what I've seen, Justin knows the AI automation space better than most people I've come across in Las Vegas. He's the kind of person who actually understands the technical side and can explain it without making you feel lost. Good guy, good reputation.

I've Known Justin for a while now and he really knows his stuff when it comes to AI consulting. If people in Las Vegas were to ask me for recommendations in this space, he's the best guy for the job, hands down.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we reached out to Justin for some AI consulting advice on where our service business could actually use automation. He was straightforward about what made sense and what didn't. Ended up being a useful conversation. Las Vegas has no shortage of people claiming to be experts, and he's one of the few who could back it up.

Known Justin for a few years now. Guy knows the AI space better than most people I've come across, especially here in Las Vegas where there's no shortage of people claiming to be experts. He actually understands how AI automation works at a practical level, not just the theory. The kind of person who gives you a straight answer with kindness and patience

Knew Justin before he started building AI systems for businesses, and watching what he's put together is genuinely impressive. He built out an AI automation setup for my website in Las Vegas and it changed how we handle leads completely. The guy actually runs this stuff himself, so he knows what works.

Who Med Spa Marketing Is For
Owners with a provider and a schedule
This fits a med spa with one or more providers, a booking system and a consult process. A new solo practice may need a simpler setup, and I will say so on the call. Groups with several locations need the same chain repeated per location, with reporting that rolls up to one view.

How Med Spa Marketing Starts
Five steps before new spend
The first month is for fixing the chain, not for spending more.
1. Read the numbers
Review the consult book, the channels and the reviews the practice already has.
2. Fix the chain
Tracked booking, call logging and a clear consult path before any new spend.
3. Test one channel
Start with the channel that already brings consults and measure it against the booked visit.
4. Report in your terms
A readout that matches the schedule, with the source of each number.
5. Hand it over
You own the accounts, the site and the logins, and can run the chain without me.
