What Med Spa Ads Have to Book
A consult, then a second visit
For a med spa, an ad is judged by the consult it books and the treatment that follows. A click on a treatment ad is a start, not an outcome.
Offers differ. An introductory consult for a treatment new to the client is a different job from a membership offer to someone already in the chair.

Where Med Spa Ad Spend Disappears
Money with no line to a booking
The usual pattern is a monthly ad bill, a report of impressions and clicks, and a front desk that logs calls unevenly. The owner cannot match spend to a consult, so every channel looks like a guess. Ads that promise a result or lean on before-and-after photos add a second risk: the ad gets limited after the money is already spent.

Med Spa Channels Compared
Each channel books a different buyer
| Channel | Best for | What I track |
|---|---|---|
| Search ads | Clients searching for a treatment or a city now | Calls and consult requests tied to the keyword |
| Meta ads | Local audiences who have not searched yet | Lead forms and landing page visits tied to each offer |
| Retargeting | People who viewed a treatment and left | Return visits and the consult that followed |
| Introductory offers | First-time clients ready to book a consult | Consult booked and first treatment completed |
| Membership campaigns | Existing clients to renew or join | Membership started, by source |
| Video | Clients who want to see the treatment room first | Watch-to-page visits and booked consults |
Treatment and Membership Campaigns
Keep the offers apart
A new-client offer and a membership pitch should never share an ad group, a landing page or a report line. Each has a different buyer, a different question and a different value. Kept separate, each one can be judged against the booking it produces, and the budget goes where the consults come from.

Platform Rules for Med Spa Ads
Marketing limits, not legal advice
Google and Meta review health and beauty ads against their own policies, and the policies change. Results promises, before-and-after images and claims the platform reads as unproven can get an ad limited or disapproved.
Provider licensing and what a treatment may be called are questions for your attorney and clinical team. I write offers without promise language, and I will not tell you an ad is compliant.

Med Spa Landing Pages
Built to book, not to impress
Each ad sends the client to a page that matches the offer, with the consult step visible without scrolling.
One offer per page
A landing page for each ad, with the offer and the consult button above the fold.
Call tracking
A tracked number for each source, so the front desk can log where a caller came from.
Form to the schedule
The form sends to the booking tool or front desk inbox, and I test that it delivers.
Short forms
Only the fields needed to book, so the form does not stall at the last step.
Phone first
Most ad clicks come from a phone, so each page is built and tested at phone width.
Clear treatment detail
What the treatment is, who it suits and what the consult covers, in plain language.
Tracking Med Spa Ads to the Chair
From the click to the treatment
Every click is tied to a landing page, every call is tagged with its source, and every form is matched to the consult that followed. When the front desk logs the consult as booked, attended and converted to a treatment, the owner can see which ad paid for it.
On GIOSTAR, a Henderson clinic site I built and run, a website lead is followed from the form to a booked consult to an active patient with no manual steps.

The Closest Med Spa Ad Work I Have
The closest work, and what it was not
The closest work I have is GIOSTAR, a Henderson regenerative medicine clinic, where I built the site and its lead tracking. That is a clinic, and the tracking chain is the part that carries over to a med spa.
None of the five builds in my portfolio is a med spa or an ad account for one, so I claim no med spa ad result.

GIOSTAR: the clinic website, booking and lead tracking
I built and run giostarwellness.com for a regenerative medicine and wellness clinic in Henderson: every service page, online booking, financing and a blog. A website lead is tracked end to end, from the form to a booked consult to an active patient, with no manual steps. I also built its live brand hub, so every page, post and print piece pulls the same colours, type and rules.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we ended up working with Justin for some AI consulting on how to structure our operations. He laid out a clear plan, didn't overcomplicate it, and we've been running smoother since. Good fit for a service business. He knows Las Vegas and he knows this stuff.

Justin joined our team a few months before opening to replace a marketing agency that wasn’t performing. He stepped up fast. Within weeks he launched a fully redesigned website with new brand guidelines, built and delivered our marketing plan and AI strategy, and helped implement our system architecture so we could open on time. Since then, he’s made several critical enhancements to the site that helped us generate revenue in our first month. His engagement was supposed to end at opening, but he became such an integral part of our leadership team that we kept him on to help evolve our marketing and tech strategy as we grow. He’s easy to work with, pushes back when it matters, and moves easily between strategy, delivery, and operations depending on what’s needed. If you’re looking for a deeply experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated marketing, AI, or technology consultant, I highly recommend Justin Harris AI Consulting.

From what I've seen, Justin knows the AI automation space better than most people I've come across in Las Vegas. He's the kind of person who actually understands the technical side and can explain it without making you feel lost. Good guy, good reputation.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we reached out to Justin for some AI consulting advice on where our service business could actually use automation. He was straightforward about what made sense and what didn't. Ended up being a useful conversation. Las Vegas has no shortage of people claiming to be experts, and he's one of the few who could back it up.

Known Justin for a few years now. Guy knows the AI space better than most people I've come across, especially here in Las Vegas where there's no shortage of people claiming to be experts. He actually understands how AI automation works at a practical level, not just the theory. The kind of person who gives you a straight answer with kindness and patience

Knew Justin before he started building AI systems for businesses, and watching what he's put together is genuinely impressive. He built out an AI automation setup for my website in Las Vegas and it changed how we handle leads completely. The guy actually runs this stuff himself, so he knows what works.

Med Spa Ad Reporting
One readout in the owner's terms
The readout shows spend by offer, calls and forms by source, and booked consults and treatments per offer. Every number names where it comes from, so the owner can check it against the schedule rather than trust a dashboard.

- Spend by offer and channel
- Calls and forms by source
- Consults booked and kept, by offer
- Treatments and memberships started, by source
What Moves Med Spa Ad Costs
Spend follows the offers
The main drivers are how many offers run at once, how competitive the search terms are in your area, how many locations take calls, and how quickly the front desk logs each source. I set the budget after the tracking is live, so the first weeks are for learning which offer fills the book.
