A Site That Books the Consult

What a Med Spa Website Must Do

Sell the treatment, then the consult

A med spa site has three jobs: explain the treatments, show the people who perform them and make the consult request easy to send. Many clients arrive on a treatment page from a search, skip the homepage and judge the practice in seconds.

Each treatment page therefore needs its own next step, not a shared button that sends everyone to the same form.

Why Med Spa Sites Fail to Book

Beautiful pages, no consults

Many med spa sites are built to look like a magazine and to book nothing. The consult link is buried, the booking tool is a separate login, and the form sends to an address nobody checks. The owner pays for a site that looks expensive and cannot show one booked client.

Med Spa Website Pages

The pages a client looks for

A med spa site is a small set of pages, each with one job. These are the six I build most often.

Treatment pages

One page per treatment, with what it is, who it suits and what the consult covers.

Provider pages

Each clinician's training, credentials and photo, confirmed by the practice before publication.

Membership page

What a membership includes and how to join, with the booking step on the same screen.

Consult request

A short request form or booking link that reaches the front desk and the booking system.

Location and hours

Address, parking, hours and a tap-to-call number on every page.

Reviews and proof

Reviews the practice may show, placed beside the consult step.

Consult Booking and Membership Flow

Each step is tracked

The flow below is the path I build and the event I track at each step.
StepWhat the client seesWhat I track

Mobile First for Med Spa Clients

Built for the phone first

Many clients research a treatment on a phone in the evening or on a lunch break. I design each page at phone width first, so the consult button, the phone number and the treatment summary sit where a thumb can reach.

I test on real phone sizes: readable text, tap targets, forms that bring up the right keyboard, and images that load on a weak signal.

A storefront street in the Valley

Before-and-After Galleries

Show results without a promise

Before-and-after photos are the strongest content on many med spa sites, and the most likely to draw a platform or regulatory question. I build the gallery so each image can be removed in one edit, captions describe the photo rather than a result, and nothing is published until the practice confirms it may show it.

Whether a gallery is compliant for the practice is a question for its counsel.

Med Spa Booking Software

Connect to the tool the front desk uses

Most med spas already run a booking or practice-management tool. The site has to send each request into that tool, not into a separate inbox. I check each connection with a test booking from a phone and a laptop, and confirm the front desk sees it. If a tool cannot connect, I say so before you pick a design.

The Closest Website Work I Have

The closest work, and what it was not

The closest work I have is GIOSTAR, a Henderson regenerative medicine clinic. I designed and built its site, including online booking, financing and a blog, and I track its leads from the form to a booked consult to an active patient.

It is a clinic, not a med spa. None of the five builds in my portfolio is a med spa.

Builds I made, live where you can check

Every build below is real and every link goes to the live work. Two of the five are full websites I built and still run. The other three are brand and content work, two of them for sites that are in build now, and each card says which.

GIOSTAR: the clinic website, booking and lead tracking

I built and run giostarwellness.com for a regenerative medicine and wellness clinic in Henderson: every service page, online booking, financing and a blog. A website lead is tracked end to end, from the form to a booked consult to an active patient, with no manual steps. I also built its live brand hub, so every page, post and print piece pulls the same colours, type and rules.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we ended up working with Justin for some AI consulting on how to structure our operations. He laid out a clear plan, didn't overcomplicate it, and we've been running smoother since. Good fit for a service business. He knows Las Vegas and he knows this stuff.

Justin joined our team a few months before opening to replace a marketing agency that wasn’t performing. He stepped up fast. Within weeks he launched a fully redesigned website with new brand guidelines, built and delivered our marketing plan and AI strategy, and helped implement our system architecture so we could open on time. Since then, he’s made several critical enhancements to the site that helped us generate revenue in our first month. His engagement was supposed to end at opening, but he became such an integral part of our leadership team that we kept him on to help evolve our marketing and tech strategy as we grow. He’s easy to work with, pushes back when it matters, and moves easily between strategy, delivery, and operations depending on what’s needed. If you’re looking for a deeply experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated marketing, AI, or technology consultant, I highly recommend Justin Harris AI Consulting.

He was always the first one in the office, setting the tone with his strong work ethic and commitment to excellence. What stood out most was how deeply he cared about every client. He approached each project with thoughtfulness, expertise, and a genuine drive to deliver meaningful results. He combines sharp technical knowledge with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset, which makes him especially effective in the AI space. From what I've seen, Justin knows the AI automation space better than most people I've come across in Las Vegas. He's the kind of person who actually understands the technical side and can explain it without making you feel lost. Good guy, good reputation.

I've Known Justin for a while now and he really knows his stuff when it comes to AI consulting. If people in Las Vegas were to ask me for recommendations in this space, he's the best guy for the job, hands down.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we reached out to Justin for some AI consulting advice on where our service business could actually use automation. He was straightforward about what made sense and what didn't. Ended up being a useful conversation. Las Vegas has no shortage of people claiming to be experts, and he's one of the few who could back it up.

Known Justin for a few years now. Guy knows the AI space better than most people I've come across, especially here in Las Vegas where there's no shortage of people claiming to be experts. He actually understands how AI automation works at a practical level, not just the theory. The kind of person who gives you a straight answer with kindness and patience

Knew Justin before he started building AI systems for businesses, and watching what he's put together is genuinely impressive. He built out an AI automation setup for my website in Las Vegas and it changed how we handle leads completely. The guy actually runs this stuff himself, so he knows what works.

Med Spa Site Launch Checklist

What I check before launch

Every launch runs the same list, and the practice gets the completed list with its logins.

  1. Step 01

    Every form delivers

Each form is submitted from a phone and a laptop, and the message is confirmed in the front desk's tool.

  2. Step 02

    Tap to call works

Every page has a tap-to-call number that dials the front desk.

  3. Step 03

    Old addresses redirect

Pages from an old site keep their search value through redirects.

  4. Step 04

    Photos and bios approved

Every provider photo and treatment claim is signed off by the practice before launch.

  5. Step 05

    Logins handed over

The domain, hosting and every login go to the practice on day one.

Med Spa Website Cost Drivers

Scope sets the cost

A quote follows the scope, not a page count. I quote a fixed price after I see the treatment list and the booking tool, so the practice knows the full cost before committing.
