Does a Law Firm Website Bring Cases

A polished site with no intake count

Most people who look up a law firm have a specific problem and a few minutes. They read the practice page that matches the problem, check the attorney profile and look for a way to ask a question. A site that looks polished but hides the consultation form, or cannot say which page sent a call, leaves the firm unable to tell which pages earn their place.

The firm is right to care about design. The wound is that the site went live, the firm paid for it and nobody can show what it did for intake. The site should answer the question a partner asks each month: which page brought a matter.

Law Firm Website Design Services

A site built around intake

I build the site so each practice page answers one client problem in the client's words, then names the next step: a consultation form, a call number or a short intake question. Every route to contact is tagged to the page it started on.

The attorney profiles, the Google listing and the site all carry the same facts: bar admission, courts, practice areas and office details. When a detail changes, it changes in every place, and the change is logged.

Law Firm Website Pages I Build

Pages on the site

These are the pages I build for a firm. Each one ends on a recorded action, so the readout can count it.

Practice area pages

Each one opens on the client's problem, then covers the practice area, the courts or agencies involved and what happens at the consultation.

Attorney profiles

Bios with bar admission, courts and matter types, written to match the firm's Google listing wherever the facts overlap.

Consultation form

A short form with the questions intake needs, tagged to the page that sent the visitor, with a clear note on what not to send.

Call tracking

A unique number on the key pages, so each call is counted to the page that produced it, not to the whole site.

Office and area pages

Pages for the offices and the courts and neighborhoods the firm serves, with directions and hours that match the listing.

Accessibility and speed

Pages checked for phone speed, readable contrast and keyboard use, with each check written in the change log.

Work I built, live where you can check it

Every build below is real and every link goes to the live work. None of the five is a law firm, and I say so plainly. Two are full websites I built and still run, WebVegas among them. The other three are brand and content work, and each card says which.

Have You Built a Law Firm Site

The closest work I have

No law firm is in my portfolio, and I am not claiming one.

The closest work I have is WebVegas, a Las Vegas web design brand I designed and built. It has a four-step booking form that hands each lead a free design walkthrough. That is a web design business, not a law practice, but the same form and tracking pattern is what I would use for consultation requests.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we ended up working with Justin for some AI consulting on how to structure our operations. He laid out a clear plan, didn't overcomplicate it, and we've been running smoother since. Good fit for a service business. He knows Las Vegas and he knows this stuff.

Justin joined our team a few months before opening to replace a marketing agency that wasn’t performing. He stepped up fast. Within weeks he launched a fully redesigned website with new brand guidelines, built and delivered our marketing plan and AI strategy, and helped implement our system architecture so we could open on time. Since then, he’s made several critical enhancements to the site that helped us generate revenue in our first month. His engagement was supposed to end at opening, but he became such an integral part of our leadership team that we kept him on to help evolve our marketing and tech strategy as we grow. He’s easy to work with, pushes back when it matters, and moves easily between strategy, delivery, and operations depending on what’s needed. If you’re looking for a deeply experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated marketing, AI, or technology consultant, I highly recommend Justin Harris AI Consulting.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we reached out to Justin for some AI consulting advice on where our service business could actually use automation. He was straightforward about what made sense and what didn't. Ended up being a useful conversation. Las Vegas has no shortage of people claiming to be experts, and he's one of the few who could back it up.

Knew Justin before he started building AI systems for businesses, and watching what he's put together is genuinely impressive. He built out an AI automation setup for my website in Las Vegas and it changed how we handle leads completely. The guy actually runs this stuff himself, so he knows what works.

Law Firm Website Process

How a firm's site gets built

Each step ends with something you can open and look at, and the launch date is written into the scope.

  1. Step 01

    Grade the current site

I check phone speed, whether the consultation route works and whether the pages say where the firm practices, then send a written read.

  2. Step 02

    Agree the scope

Pages, forms, call tracking and listing details on one page, with the launch date written in before any build starts.

  3. Step 03

    Design and write

You review real pages in a browser. Legal copy goes to the firm's attorneys for review before it goes live.

  4. Step 04

    Launch and hand over

The domain, hosting and every login are yours from day one, with a dated log of what changed.

Attorney Bios That Match the Listing

The same facts in every place

A bio that says one thing and a listing that says another makes a visitor wonder which is current. I write each bio from the same fact sheet the listing uses, and I check both when either one changes.

The fact sheet is the firm's own: bar admissions, courts, years of practice and matter types, confirmed by each attorney before it goes live.

What the Firm Sees Each Month

What the monthly readout shows

The readout is one page, and any number the firm does not record is marked not counted rather than guessed.

Legal Website Copy Rules

Where the rules touch the site

Nevada's Rules of Professional Conduct cover lawyer advertising, including what a website may say about results, specialties and testimonials. I write to the marketing side of those rules and flag every line counsel should read. Whether the site complies is the firm's counsel's call, and I do not describe any page as compliant.

How Much Law Firm Website Design Costs

What sets the scope

I quote a fixed price for a written scope after I have read the current site and the intake steps. A firm with three practice areas and a firm with a dozen need different builds, so the scope is built from the pages, not from a guess.

GIOSTAR brand hub, a system I built
  • How many practice areas and attorney profiles the site needs
  • Whether the site is new, rebuilt or moved to a new platform
  • How many forms, call tracking numbers and integrations are needed
  • Whether the firm supplies photos and attorney bios or needs them written
  • How many offices, courts and areas the site describes

Law Firm Website Questions

Questions partners ask about the site

Straight answers to what owners ask me before they hire me. If yours is not here, ask it on a call.

Attorney Profile Versus Consultation Form

Two pages, one visitor

A visitor often reads an attorney profile before filling in a consultation form. The profile has to answer whether this attorney takes the matter type, and the form has to ask only what intake needs to decide. Each page ends on one action, and each action is tagged to the page the visitor came from.
