Private Investigator Advertising Las Vegas

Ads that show who called

Private investigator advertising in Las Vegas is worth paying for only when each inquiry can be traced to the ad that produced it. I build the ads, the landing pages and the call tracking, so you can see which spend brought in a real engagement.

Private Investigator Advertising Services

Spend you can trace to a case

Most investigators who advertise pay a directory, a platform or an agency every month and receive a report of clicks. The ads run, the invoices arrive, and the report cannot say which ad produced a signed engagement, which one produced a dead number, and which one produced someone who only wanted a free opinion.

That gap is the real problem with private investigator advertising in the Valley, and spending more does not close it. I set up the ads so every inquiry carries the campaign, the keyword and the page that produced it, and I show you the trail in plain terms.

How Much Does Private Investigator Advertising Cost

What moves the spend

I do not publish a price for this work, because the same ad can cost very different amounts depending on the practice areas, the platforms and the tracking behind it. I quote a fixed price for a written scope after a free look at what you need, so you know the full cost before you commit.

WebVegas homepage, a website I built
  • Which practice areas get their own ads, such as process service, background checks or infidelity cases
  • Which platforms you run, and whether each one accepts investigator ads
  • Call tracking and a form that routes each inquiry to intake
  • A separate landing page for each service, not one page for every case type
  • How many staff answer the phone, and how fast a new inquiry gets a reply

How to Choose a Private Investigator Advertising Company

Four questions before you sign

Who builds the ads

Ask for the name of the person who writes the ads, sets the tracking and reads the results. If the answer is a team you never meet, ask how they will report to you.

Who owns the account

The ad accounts, the call numbers and the domain should be in your name, with every login handed to you on day one, so you can leave without starting over.

What gets tracked

Ask whether each call and form can be traced to the ad and keyword that produced it. A report that shows only clicks cannot tell you which spend brought in a case.

Which platform rules apply

Ask how the company handles each platform's policy on investigator ads before it spends a dollar of your budget, and what happens when a policy changes.

Private Investigator Ads Near Me

Ads built for a discreet practice

A private investigation practice sells discretion as much as skill. The ads, the landing pages and the form should say what you do and what you will not do, without urgency tactics aimed at someone in a difficult moment.

Many people who search for an investigator are in a hard situation and want a calm, factual answer. I write the pages that way, state what the firm will and will not take on, and make the intake form ask only what the firm needs to decide whether it can help.

Can Private Investigators Advertise in Nevada

The license comes first

Nevada licenses private investigators through the Private Investigators Licensing Board, which is part of the state's chapter 648 of the Nevada Revised Statutes. The board's first-time licensee information sheet describes proof of insurance as a requirement before a license is issued or renewed.

Advertising claims should match the license your firm holds, and whether a specific ad meets the board's rules is a question for your attorney. I can build the pages to match what your license covers and leave the legal call with you.

Private Investigator Ad Platform Rules

Each platform sets its own limits

Ad platforms write their own policies for sensitive services, and those policies change. Some accept investigator ads with conditions, some restrict certain case types, and some reject the category outright. Before any budget goes out, I check the current policy for each platform you plan to use.

When a platform rejects an ad, I do not argue with the review queue. I rewrite the ad to match the policy, keep the tracking intact, and tell you what changed and why.

Private Investigator Lead Tracking

Each inquiry traced to its ad

  1. Step 01

    Form to case

Every web form submission carries the campaign, keyword and landing page, so the intake log shows which ad produced each inquiry.

  2. Step 02

    Call to intake

Each tracked phone number records the call, the source and the duration, so you can separate a real engagement from a wrong number.

  3. Step 03

    Engagement to campaign

When intake marks an inquiry as a signed engagement, that outcome is written back to the ad that produced it, so the readout shows cost per engagement.

Every build below is real and every link goes to the live work. Two of the five are full websites I built and still run. The other three are brand and content work, two of them for sites that are in build now, and each card says which.

GIOSTAR: the clinic website, booking and lead tracking

I built and run giostarwellness.com for a regenerative medicine and wellness clinic in Henderson: every service page, online booking, financing and a blog. A website lead is tracked end to end, from the form to a booked consult to an active patient, with no manual steps. I also built its live brand hub, so every page, post and print piece pulls the same colours, type and rules.

Closest Work for Investigators

No investigator client claimed

I have not built advertising for a private investigation firm, so I do not claim that work. The closest things I have built are a tracked booking funnel for a Henderson clinic and my own Las Vegas web design brand with a four-step booking form.

Both prove how I track a lead from the first form to the booked appointment, which is the mechanism this page describes. The case work above shows what each build was, and what it was not.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we ended up working with Justin for some AI consulting on how to structure our operations. He laid out a clear plan, didn't overcomplicate it, and we've been running smoother since. Good fit for a service business. He knows Las Vegas and he knows this stuff.

Justin joined our team a few months before opening to replace a marketing agency that wasn’t performing. He stepped up fast. Within weeks he launched a fully redesigned website with new brand guidelines, built and delivered our marketing plan and AI strategy, and helped implement our system architecture so we could open on time. Since then, he’s made several critical enhancements to the site that helped us generate revenue in our first month. His engagement was supposed to end at opening, but he became such an integral part of our leadership team that we kept him on to help evolve our marketing and tech strategy as we grow. He’s easy to work with, pushes back when it matters, and moves easily between strategy, delivery, and operations depending on what’s needed. If you’re looking for a deeply experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated marketing, AI, or technology consultant, I highly recommend Justin Harris AI Consulting.

He was straightforward about what made sense and what didn't. Ended up being a useful conversation. How Private Investigator Advertising Works

Four steps from scope to readout

  1. Step 01

    Map the practice areas

The first step is the case types you take and the ones you turn away, so each ad says what the firm will take on.

  2. Step 02

    Build the ads and pages

I write the ads, the landing pages and the intake form, and check each one against the platform policy before it goes live.

  3. Step 03

    Track every inquiry

Forms and calls are tagged to the campaign that produced them, and tests are logged, so no change happens without a record.

  4. Step 04

    Read the one-page report

Each month you get the readout, and what to keep, cut or test next is settled on the call.
