Senior Care Marketing

Family searches, traced honestly

Senior care marketing is the work of reaching the families who search for a community, home care or a memory program, and knowing which channel brought each tour or call. I keep the tone respectful and discreet, and I trace every inquiry to its source.

Work I built, live where you can check it

Every build below is real and every link goes to the live work. None of the five is a senior care business. Two are full websites I built and still run, the GIOSTAR clinic site and WebVegas. The Desert Inn Oasis work is a brand for a Las Vegas event venue, and the other two are brand and content work.

GIOSTAR: the clinic website, booking and lead tracking

I built and run giostarwellness.com for a regenerative medicine and wellness clinic in Henderson: every service page, online booking, financing and a blog. A website lead is tracked end to end, from the form to a booked consult to an active patient, with no manual steps. I also built its live brand hub, so every page, post and print piece pulls the same colours, type and rules.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we ended up working with Justin for some AI consulting on how to structure our operations. He laid out a clear plan, didn't overcomplicate it, and we've been running smoother since. Good fit for a service business. He knows Las Vegas and he knows this stuff.

Justin joined our team a few months before opening to replace a marketing agency that wasn’t performing. He stepped up fast. Within weeks he launched a fully redesigned website with new brand guidelines, built and delivered our marketing plan and AI strategy, and helped implement our system architecture so we could open on time. Since then, he’s made several critical enhancements to the site that helped us generate revenue in our first month. His engagement was supposed to end at opening, but he became such an integral part of our leadership team that we kept him on to help evolve our marketing and tech strategy as we grow. He’s easy to work with, pushes back when it matters, and moves easily between strategy, delivery, and operations depending on what’s needed. If you’re looking for a deeply experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated marketing, AI, or technology consultant, I highly recommend Justin Harris AI Consulting.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we reached out to Justin for some AI consulting advice on where our service business could actually use automation. He was straightforward about what made sense and what didn't. Ended up being a useful conversation. Knew Justin before he started building AI systems for businesses, and watching what he's put together is genuinely impressive. He built out an AI automation setup for my website in Las Vegas and it changed how we handle leads completely. The guy actually runs this stuff himself, so he knows what works.

Senior Care Marketing Services

Who makes the decision

A senior living decision is usually made by a family, not by the person who will live in the community or receive the care. An adult child searches late at night, compares two or three places, reads the reviews, and calls.

A spouse or a sibling joins the decision. The resident may have a say, or may not be able to. The marketing has to speak to the family member who searches, with respect for the person they are looking after.

Senior Care Marketing Company

One person who does the work

The person who sets up the tracking is the person who writes the family-facing pages and reads the tour requests. There is no handoff between a strategist and a writer, and no junior person changing copy your admissions team has approved.

I have worked in Las Vegas digital marketing for fourteen years and I do the work myself. You own the domain, the hosting and every login from day one.

Senior Care Marketing Cost

What moves the scope

I quote a fixed price for a written scope after I have seen the current site, the inquiry path and the places families already find you. The number you agree to is the number you pay, and the ad budget is a separate line you set and cap.

  • How many communities, programs or care types need their own pages
  • Whether tour requests and calls can be traced to the channel that brought them
  • Whether the listing needs a cleanup across several locations
  • Whether ads are part of the scope or the site and listing come first
  • How many admissions staff will use the report

Senior Care Marketing Strategy

The plan before the first ad

Before any campaign runs, I write a one page plan: which communities or care types get pages, which channels run, what counts as a tour request or a call, and how the budget behaves in a slow month. The admissions team can check the monthly report against that plan.

How Families Choose

How a family finds a place

A family usually starts with a search for a type of care near home, then reads reviews on a map listing, then compares photos and the staff bios on each site. They call or request a tour when a page answers what they need to know about daily life, costs in general terms, and how the admissions process works. A page that hides those answers behind a form sends them to the next result.

Where Senior Care Marketing Goes Cold

Inquiries that arrive with no source

The usual complaint is not that the marketing did nothing. It is that the inquiries arrive cold, with no way to tell which came from a search, a social post or a printed piece, so the admissions team cannot say what to repeat. The report has to link each tour request and call to its source, or say plainly that the source is unknown.

Tone for Families in a Hard Moment

Respect in every ad

Families who search for senior care are often in a hard moment, and some are making a decision under pressure. I write without urgency tactics, without fear-based copy, and without targeting people at their most vulnerable.

Ads speak to the adult child who is searching, and they describe the place, the staff and the daily life in plain terms. Discretion is part of the work: no ad names a resident without written consent, and no page asks for health details in a form.

Rules Senior Care Marketing Works Inside

Constraints I plan around

Senior care is regulated, and the advertising rules for care and health claims affect what a page or ad may say. Platforms also restrict targeting around health topics.

I only write claims that the operator can support, and I flag any claim that needs review first. Whether a licensing statement or a care claim is accurate and compliant is a question for the operator's counsel and its licensing contact. My part is the marketing: what the copy says, where it sends people and what the tracking shows.

Senior Care Marketing Channels

Each channel reaches families at a different point. Search catches the family who already knows the need. The map listing carries local trust. Social ads reach the adult child in the neighborhoods the community serves. Print and events reach people who will not search until a crisis, and those are the hardest to trace. The plan puts the budget where the inquiries can be followed.

Senior Care Marketing Tracking

How I show what it brought

The report lists each tour request and call with its channel, the pages families read before they called, and the changes made with their dates. If a form or phone line cannot pass its source, those inquiries are marked as untraced rather than counted for an ad. A channel with nothing to show after a full month gets a plain note and a next step.
