Senior Care Advertising Las Vegas

Ads that reach the family

Senior care advertising in Las Vegas should reach the adult child who searches, compares and calls, not the person who will live there. I plan the campaigns, tie every tour request to the ad that produced it, and send you a plain monthly readout.

Senior Care Advertising

The family member who calls

A senior care provider rarely sells to the person who will live there. The search, the comparison and the first phone call usually come from an adult child who lives across town or in another state, often while sorting out a hospital discharge or a parent's sudden change at home. That person is the buyer, and the ad has to speak to them.

The waste sits in the audience. Ads that show older faces and urgent language reach people who are not searching for care, and nobody can say which of those impressions led to a tour request. The provider pays for the reach and never sees the call.

Senior Home Care Marketing

Where the spend disappears

Senior care operators usually run two or three channels at once: a directory listing, a paid search campaign and perhaps a print or event ad. Each one reports its own numbers, and none of them reports which call became a tour and which tour became a move-in.

That gap is what I plan around. If the readout cannot show which ad produced a tour request, the spend is a guess, however good the reach looks.

In-home Care Las Vegas

Ads aimed at the adult child

Each part of the campaign has one job: move the adult child to a tour request, and show which part did it.

Tour request page

One page for the adult child: what the community offers, how a tour is booked, and a phone number that answers. Every form and tap-to-call is tagged to the ad that brought it.

Care type split

In-home care and assisted living draw different searches and different families. Each gets its own ads, page and call tracking, so one does not hide the other.

Respectful audience targeting

I target adult children and caregivers by the searches they run and the places they search from. I leave out imagery and language that speaks to older adults directly.

Call tracking by campaign

Every number on the site and in the ads records which campaign, keyword or ad group produced the call. Calls reach a person who can book the tour.

Referral source tracking

Discharge planners, physicians' offices and senior move managers often send families. Their forms and calls are tagged apart from ad leads, so the readout shows both side by side.

Review requests with consent

After a family agrees, I help the provider ask for a Google review with a link the family can use. Nobody is asked who has not agreed.

Elderly Care Las Vegas

How a campaign is built

Every campaign follows the same five steps, and each one ends with something you can open and check.

  1. Step 01

    Read the current spend

I look at every channel you pay for now, what each one reports and what it cannot show. You get that read in writing before any new spend starts.

  2. Step 02

Agree the audience and the exclusions

The audience, the excluded searches and the care types are written on one page before launch, so nothing is decided by default.

  3. Step 03

    Build the tour request page

The page answers one question: how does a family book a tour? It names the care types, the location and the phone number, and it loads quickly on a phone.

  4. Step 04

    Launch with tracking on

Call tracking, form tags and the tour booking event go live before the first click, and each one is tested with a real call.

  5. Step 05

    Read the monthly readout

Each month you get one page: tour requests by campaign, calls by care type and the changes I made, so the next month's spend answers a question.

Senior Care Advertising Services

What I plan around a campaign

Ads only work when the page behind them books tours. These are the services I connect to a senior care campaign, each with its own page.

Senior Living Lead Flow

From ad click to tour booked

Most of the value that gets lost sits in the handoff between the ad and the tour. I map that path with the operator before I change anything, so each step has an owner.

GIOSTAR homepage, a website I built
  • The ad or listing names the care types and offers a tour
  • The family lands on the tour request page from a phone
  • The request or call is tagged to the campaign that sent it
  • Someone on the team books the tour and logs the outcome
  • The readout shows where the request stopped, so the next fix is clear

Work I built, live where you can check it

The five builds below are real, and each card says what it was. None of them is a senior care campaign. The closest is a healthcare website, described further down this page.

GIOSTAR: the clinic website, booking and lead tracking

I built and run giostarwellness.com for a regenerative medicine and wellness clinic in Henderson: every service page, online booking, financing and a blog. A website lead is tracked end to end, from the form to a booked consult to an active patient, with no manual steps. I also built its live brand hub, so every page, post and print piece pulls the same colours, type and rules.

Senior Care Marketing Experience

The closest build I have

The closest work I have done is a Henderson regenerative medicine clinic. I built and run its website, with service pages, online booking and lead tracking, and a website lead is followed from the form to a booked consult. That is a medical practice, not a senior care provider.

I have not run advertising for a senior living operator, and this page does not claim that work.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we ended up working with Justin for some AI consulting on how to structure our operations. He laid out a clear plan, didn't overcomplicate it, and we've been running smoother since. Good fit for a service business. He knows Las Vegas and he knows this stuff.

Justin joined our team a few months before opening to replace a marketing agency that wasn’t performing. He stepped up fast. Within weeks he launched a fully redesigned website with new brand guidelines, built and delivered our marketing plan and AI strategy, and helped implement our system architecture so we could open on time. Since then, he’s made several critical enhancements to the site that helped us generate revenue in our first month. His engagement was supposed to end at opening, but he became such an integral part of our leadership team that we kept him on to help evolve our marketing and tech strategy as we grow. He’s easy to work with, pushes back when it matters, and moves easily between strategy, delivery, and operations depending on what’s needed. If you’re looking for a deeply experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated marketing, AI, or technology consultant, I highly recommend Justin Harris AI Consulting.

Senior Care Advertising Reporting

The readout I send each month

The readout is one page you can check against your own tour log. It uses the words your intake team uses, not the platform's labels.

Every number on it traces back to a campaign or a call you can open yourself.

WebVegas homepage, a website I built
  • Tour requests by campaign, ad group and care type
  • Calls by tracked number, with the page each one came from
  • Referral leads kept apart from ad leads

  • Questions for next month, written as decisions

Handling a Sensitive Audience

Discretion on every ad

Families searching for senior care are often in a hard week. I do not build urgency into ads, and I do not target a moment of crisis such as a fall or a hospital stay. Headlines state what the community offers and where it is.

Images show residents and rooms respectfully, and every person who appears has given consent. Testimonials run only with written permission from the family.

Health and Personal Care Ad Rules

Platform rules, not legal advice

Google, Meta and other platforms set their own rules for health, personal care and senior-related advertising, and they change those rules. I check each platform's current policy before a campaign launches, and I remove any targeting option the platform no longer allows.

What an ad may claim about care quality, staffing or licensing is the provider's counsel's call, not mine. I will tell you where a platform rule changes the campaign, and I will not write a claim I cannot back with a document.
