Every Ad Dollar Traced to a Lead

What Facebook Ads Management Covers

The work between the budget and the lead

Facebook ads management means the audience, the creative, the budget and the conversion tracking, all kept in one account that you can read. Most of the work is not in the ad itself. It is in making sure a lead that Facebook reports is a real person who wanted the service.

I treat the account as a record. Each campaign has a stated goal, each ad has a stated purpose, and the report explains which audience and which creative produced each lead.

Why Owners Pay for Ads With No Lead Source

The common Facebook failure

A common story: an owner has spent money on Facebook ads every month, and the only report is a count of likes, reach and a number labeled conversions. Nobody can say which ad brought the calls, and the cousin or agency who ran it has moved on.

The spend itself is rarely the problem. The problem is that the conversion event was never set up to match a real lead, so the report counts events that do not turn into customers.

Pixel and Conversion Event Audit

Checking what the account counts

The Meta pixel is the code that tells Facebook what happened on your site. I check that it is installed once, that it fires on the right pages and that each lead event is named for an action a person took, such as a form submit, a call tap or a booking.

I also check for duplicate events, a pixel firing on a thank-you page that is shared with other traffic and events that fire on a page load instead of a real action. Each one inflates the report, and each one is fixed before the campaign spends.

Ownership of the Ad Account

Who holds the keys

Many owners discover that the ad account, the business manager or the pixel was created under an old employee's login or an agency's account. That makes leaving hard, and it makes the history hard to recover.

The account, the pixel and the page are created or moved into your business. I am added as a manager with my own login, and you can remove that access at any time. Nothing about the account is locked to me.

Audience Setup and Geography

Who sees the ads

For a local service business I start with the areas you can serve and a radius that matches your crew. A broad audience can bring likes from people who will never visit, and a narrow one can run out of people fast. I set the area to match the calls your team can take.

Custom audiences from your customer list and lookalike audiences are added only where you have the right to use the data. I say which audience each ad ran against, so the report can be checked later.

Creative Testing Each Week

What the ads show

I test one change at a time: the opening line, the photo, the offer or the button. A test that changes all four at once tells you nothing about which one worked. Each test runs long enough to see a pattern before a change is made.

Creative that looks like an ad often loses to creative that looks like a helpful post. I keep the photos real, the text short and the next step obvious.

Seasonal offers need their own test. A promotion that runs for two weeks gets its own cut and its own log entry, so the results from a busy month do not hide the quieter months that follow it.

Lead Source Tracking

Tracing each lead to its ad

A lead is only useful when you know where it came from. I set up the form, the call tracking and the booking link so each one carries the source into your inbox or your CRM. The weekly report then shows the leads by campaign, ad set and ad.

I track website leads end to end on the sites I build, from the form to the booked consult. The same approach applies to Facebook: a lead is tracked from the click to the call, and the report says plainly what it could not see.

The source field matters most when several people answer the phone. Each lead carries the campaign name into the inbox, so whoever picks up the call knows which ad the caller saw before they dial.

When Facebook Ads Fit

Businesses that can use the lead

A service with a clear next step

A booked consult, a quote form or a call your team can answer the same day. The ad needs a place to send people.

Creative you can show

Photos or video of the work, the team or the space a customer will visit. Facebook rewards visuals that look real.

A local area you can reach

Customers within a drive of the location, so the radius and the offer can match the people who can act on them.

When Facebook Ads Do Not Fit

When I would hold the budget

If your buyers search for the service the day they need it, a search or a local listing usually reaches them more directly. If the category is heavily regulated, the copy review takes longer and some claims cannot be made at all.

I would also hold the budget if the website is slow, the form does not deliver or no one answers the phone. Facebook will send people to that page faster than you can fix it.

How the First Month Runs

Steps from the audit to the review

  1. Step 01

    Audit the pixel and events

I check the installation, the events and the duplicates, and write down what counts as a lead. You approve the list before spend.

  2. Step 02

    Set the audience and area

The area, the radius and the first audiences are chosen to match your crew and the calls you can take.

  3. Step 03

    Launch with tracking

Campaigns go live with the lead source carried into your inbox. Each lead is linked to the campaign and ad that produced it.

  4. Step 04

    Review each week

A short note shows the spend, the leads, where they came from and the change made. Weak ads are paused and replaced.

Facebook Ads Management Company Las Vegas

One person in the account

I have built websites and run digital marketing for Las Vegas businesses for fourteen years, and I still do the account work myself. The person who audits the pixel is the person who reads the leads each week.

The ad account, the pixel, the page and the logins are in your name. If you stop working with me, the history stays with you.

GIOSTAR homepage, a website I built

Facebook Ads Management Cost

What moves the spend

The cost depends on the audience, the area, the competition for the placement and the action you pay for. A campaign chasing calls costs more than one chasing views, and a small radius can cost more per person than a wider one.

I quote a fixed price for a written scope after a free look at the pixel and the page, so you know the full cost before you commit.

Work I built, live where you can check it

Two of the builds below are full websites I built and still run, and each lead on them is tracked from the form to the booking. None of the builds is a Facebook ad account, and I do not claim Facebook ad results for any of them.

GIOSTAR: the clinic website, booking and lead tracking

I built and run giostarwellness.com for a regenerative medicine and wellness clinic in Henderson: every service page, online booking, financing and a blog. A website lead is tracked end to end, from the form to a booked consult to an active patient, with no manual steps. I also built its live brand hub, so every page, post and print piece pulls the same colours, type and rules.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we ended up working with Justin for some AI consulting on how to structure our operations. He laid out a clear plan, didn't overcomplicate it, and we've been running smoother since. Good fit for a service business. He knows Las Vegas and he knows this stuff.

Justin joined our team a few months before opening to replace a marketing agency that wasn’t performing. He stepped up fast. Within weeks he launched a fully redesigned website with new brand guidelines, built and delivered our marketing plan and AI strategy, and helped implement our system architecture so we could open on time. Since then, he’s made several critical enhancements to the site that helped us generate revenue in our first month. His engagement was supposed to end at opening, but he became such an integral part of our leadership team that we kept him on to help evolve our marketing and tech strategy as we grow. He’s easy to work with, pushes back when it matters, and moves easily between strategy, delivery, and operations depending on what’s needed. If you’re looking for a deeply experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated marketing, AI, or technology consultant, I highly recommend Justin Harris AI Consulting.

Knew Justin before he started building AI systems for businesses, and watching what he's put together is genuinely impressive.
