Google Ads Las Vegas

Every click has a line

Google Ads Las Vegas accounts should show which search made the call, not just how many clicks came in. I build and run the account myself, track calls and forms to each campaign, and send a search term report you can read.

Google Ads Management

What the account work covers

Google Ads management means building the campaigns, choosing the keywords, writing the ads, setting the budget and tracking the results, then changing all of it on a schedule. The work is mostly in the decisions: which searches are worth paying for, which ones are wasting the budget, and what the landing page says when the click arrives.

My part is the whole account. I build the structure, set the conversion tracking, review the search terms, add the negative terms and send a readout you can check against your own phone log.

An owner at work in a modern office

Google Ads Company Las Vegas

Who runs the account

I am Justin Harris. I have built websites and run digital marketing for Las Vegas businesses for fourteen years, and I do the Google Ads work myself. There is no account manager in the middle and no junior team making the changes. You talk to the person making the bids, and the same person writes the readout.

The account itself is opened in the business's name, and the business keeps the access. I work inside it with permission you can withdraw.

What a sound account looks like

A sound account is one a new person could read in an hour and understand. These are the parts I check first, on every account, before I change a bid.

A business owner reviewing work on a phone
  • Campaigns split by service, so each one has its own budget and its own readout
  • Conversion tracking on calls, forms and bookings, tested before spend
  • A search term review every week, with the wasted searches added as negatives
  • Ads that name the service, the area and one next step
  • A budget rule written down, so changes have a reason on record

What Google Ads Management Costs

What moves the cost

My management work is a fixed price for a written scope, and it is separate from the ad budget. The ad budget is paid to Google and shown as its own line. I do not publish a number, because the total moves with the number of campaigns, the size of the search market and how many calls and forms the readout must separate.

GIOSTAR homepage, a website I built
  • How many campaigns and service areas the account covers
  • How many conversion actions must be tracked and tested
  • How many landing pages the ads send visitors to
  • How often the search terms and bids are reviewed
  • How much the readout must break down by campaign and call source

Google Ads Account Ownership

The account stays with the business

An account can be built in a manager's login and then handed over, or it can be opened in the business's name from the start. I open it in the business's name. If the work ends, the account, the history and the conversion settings stay where the business can reach them.

That matters because the history is the asset. Two years of search terms show which words bring calls and which never do, and an owner should not lose that record to a contract change.

Conversion Tracking for Google Ads

Counting calls, forms and bookings

Google Ads can only optimize toward what it can count. Each call, form and booking is set up as a conversion before the first click is paid for. A call from an ad uses a tracking number, a form uses a confirmation page, and a booking uses the booking system's own event, so the search that produced it is on record.

Search Term Report Sample

What the search term report shows

The search term report lists the exact words people typed before they clicked an ad. It is the most useful page in the account, and it is the one most agencies never show. Each row carries the search, the campaign, the clicks, the calls or forms and the action taken.

An owner at work in a modern office
  • The exact search term typed before the click
  • The campaign and ad group that matched it
  • Clicks, calls and forms produced by that term
  • Whether the term was kept, added as a negative or moved to a better group
  • A one-line reason for each decision

Where Google Ads Money Goes Wasted

The clicks nobody can explain

The usual problem is an account that spends every month, reports more clicks every month, and cannot say which search made the phone ring. The clicks come from broad matches, from searches for jobs or free help, and from placements that never call. The owner pays for each one and gets a summary that does not answer the question.

That is the gap I start with. The first week of work is the search term report and the call tracking, because nothing else can be judged until those two exist.

Google Ads Near Me

Local help without a local office

Owners searching for help near them usually want someone who knows the Valley and can meet in person. I work from Las Vegas and meet clients across the Valley, and I run the account remotely when a meeting is not needed. The readout does not change with the distance, and visits are booked on the same calendar as the rest of the work.

Google Ads Campaign Structure

How the campaigns are split

Campaigns are split by what the buyer is trying to do. A search for emergency service and a search for a yearly checkup are different buyers, with different urgency and different value, so they sit in different campaigns with their own budgets. Each campaign then holds ad groups of closely related searches, and each ad group points to the page that answers that group.

The split matters for the readout. When a campaign has its own budget and its own tracking, the owner can see what that one service earned, and the decision to raise or cut it is made on its own numbers rather than an average across the account.

Negative Keywords for Google Ads

Words that stop the waste

A negative keyword tells Google not to show an ad for a search that will never become a customer. Job seekers, students researching for a class, people looking for free help and people looking for a competitor's name are the usual examples. Each one that appears in the search term report is reviewed and added to the negative list with a reason.

Negatives are kept at the account level and the campaign level, so a word that wastes money in one campaign does not leak into another. The list is reviewed every week, because the searches change with the season and with the ads that run.

Ad Copy for Google Ads Las Vegas

Ads that name the next step

A search ad names the service, the area and one next step, such as a call, a booking or a form. The headline should match the search so the person clicking knows they are in the right place.

Each ad group carries two or three ads so the better one can be found by testing, and the weaker one is retired once the numbers show it. Ad extensions carry the phone number, the location and the booking link, so the next step is one tap away.

GIOSTAR: the clinic website, booking and lead tracking

I built and run giostarwellness.com for a regenerative medicine and wellness clinic in Henderson: every service page, online booking, financing and a blog. A website lead is tracked end to end, from the form to a booked consult to an active patient, with no manual steps. I also built its live brand hub, so every page, post and print piece pulls the same colours, type and rules.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we ended up working with Justin for some AI consulting on how to structure our operations. He laid out a clear plan, didn't overcomplicate it, and we've been running smoother since. Good fit for a service business. He knows Las Vegas and he knows this stuff.

Justin joined our team a few months before opening to replace a marketing agency that wasn’t performing. He stepped up fast. Within weeks he launched a fully redesigned website with new brand guidelines, built and delivered our marketing plan and AI strategy, and helped implement our system architecture so we could open on time. Since then, he’s made several critical enhancements to the site that helped us generate revenue in our first month. His engagement was supposed to end at opening, but he became such an integral part of our leadership team that we kept him on to help evolve our marketing and tech strategy as we grow. He’s easy to work with, pushes back when it matters, and moves easily between strategy, delivery, and operations depending on what’s needed. If you’re looking for a deeply experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated marketing, AI, or technology consultant, I highly recommend Justin Harris AI Consulting.

He was straightforward about what made sense and what didn't. Ended up being a useful conversation. Knew Justin before he started building AI systems for businesses, and watching what he's put together is genuinely impressive. He built out an AI automation setup for my website in Las Vegas and it changed how we handle leads completely. The guy actually runs this stuff himself, so he knows what works.

What I do on an account

Account audit

A written read of the structure, tracking and search terms, with the wasted spend named in dollars and in searches.

Structure build

Campaigns and ad groups organized by service and by area, each with a budget and a readout.

Conversion tracking

Calls, forms and bookings counted and tested before the budget is raised.

Weekly adjustment

Bids, negatives and ad copy changed on a set schedule, with each change logged.

Monthly readout

Results by campaign and call source, with the losing searches named as plainly as the winners.

How a Google Ads Account Runs

Track first, then spend

  1. Step 01

    Audit the account

The search terms, tracking and budget are read first, and the findings are written down before any change.

  2. Step 02

    Set the tracking

Every conversion is tested with a real call, form or booking before the budget goes up.

  3. Step 03

    Run a small test

Campaigns start on a limited budget, long enough to show a pattern in the search terms.

  4. Step 04

    Scale or stop

Campaigns that bring calls get more budget, and the ones that waste it stop on the rule in the plan.
