Local SEO Services

What local search covers

Local SEO is the work that makes a Valley business findable when a buyer searches for a service and a place at the same time. It sits on three things: the pages on your site that name the service and the area, the business profile that Google shows on the map, and the listings across the directories Google reads to confirm your name, address and phone number.

Each part can be right on its own and still fail the buyer if the three disagree. Most of the local search work I do is finding where they disagree and fixing it in an order that matters to calls.

Reports that show calls

Many local search reports show map positions for a list of terms, with a green arrow and a percentage. The list was chosen when the contract was signed, and it often includes searches nobody types in the Valley. The report looks busy and tells you nothing about the phone.

The report I write shows the calls, the form fills and the direction requests that can be traced to the pages and profile I changed, with the search terms that actually produced them.

Local SEO Services Cost

What moves the scope

I quote a fixed price for a written scope after I have read the site, the profile and the citations. A single-location service business and a company with several Valley locations need different work, so a price list would be wrong for at least one of them.

A storefront street in the Valley
  • How many locations and service areas the business covers
  • How many duplicate or outdated citations need cleanup
  • How many service pages need local rewriting
  • Whether the business profile needs a full field check
  • How often you want a written report and a call

Citations and Name Consistency

The same details everywhere

A citation is a listing of your business name, address and phone number on another site. Directories, industry sites and local guides all carry them, and a mismatch between one of them and the others makes it harder for Google to be sure which business is which.

I build a citation sheet that lists every place the details appear, the value on each one and the fix. Closed locations and duplicate listings are handled through the platform's own process, and every change is logged.

Citation and Profile Consistency Sheet

The sheet you can check yourself

Each local engagement starts with the same sheet. It compares the core details across the site, the business profile and the listings, so you can see every mismatch and its fix before anything changes.
DetailWhere it appearsFix and log
Business nameSite, profile, directoriesOne legal form, matched everywhere
AddressProfile, directories, contact pageMatched, or a service area set instead
PhoneClick-to-call buttons, profile, listingsOne main number, tracked by page
HoursProfile, site footer, directoriesHoliday hours checked and dated
Service areaArea pages, profile, directoriesOnly areas you truly cover
CategoriesProfile and directory categoriesPrimary category matched to the work

Local Pages for Valley Service Areas

Pages that name the area honestly

A page can say where you work without stuffing a list of towns into every heading. The service page names the service, the areas you serve and the way a client reaches you, and the area pages go deeper only where there is something true to say about that area.

I write those pages from the business's own records. If I cannot name a fact that is specific to an area, the area gets a section on the main service page rather than a page of its own.

Local SEO Process

Five steps, each with a file you can open

Local engagements follow the same order, and each step ends with a record. The citation sheet and the scope are both approved before any change goes live.

1. Read the local footprint

I read the site, the profile and the main directories, and build the citation sheet from what I find.

2. Agree the fix order

Each mismatch is listed with its fix and ranked by how much it affects calls. You approve the list first.

3. Fix the pages and listings

Service and area copy, the profile and the directory entries are changed, and each change is dated in the log.

4. Track the calls

Click-to-call, forms and direction requests are tied to the page that drove them, so each call has a source.

5. Report monthly

A plain note shows the calls and forms by page, what changed and what I plan to fix next.

Reviews and Local Trust

How reviews shape the local search

Reviews show buyers that real customers used the business, and they give Google more to read about the services and the places a business serves. The number of stars matters less than what the reviews say and whether the owner answers them.

I help owners reply to reviews and ask customers for feedback in a way that follows Google's rules. I do not write reviews, and I will not try to change the number of them.

Every build below is real and every link goes to the live work. Two of the five are full websites I built and still run. The other three are brand and content work, two of them for sites that are in build now, and each card says which.

GIOSTAR: the clinic website, booking and lead tracking

I built and run giostarwellness.com for a regenerative medicine and wellness clinic in Henderson: every service page, online booking, financing and a blog. A website lead is tracked end to end, from the form to a booked consult to an active patient, with no manual steps. I also built its live brand hub, so every page, post and print piece pulls the same colours, type and rules.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we ended up working with Justin for some AI consulting on how to structure our operations. He laid out a clear plan, didn't overcomplicate it, and we've been running smoother since. Good fit for a service business. He knows Las Vegas and he knows this stuff.

Justin joined our team a few months before opening to replace a marketing agency that wasn’t performing. He stepped up fast. Within weeks he launched a fully redesigned website with new brand guidelines, built and delivered our marketing plan and AI strategy, and helped implement our system architecture so we could open on time. Since then, he’s made several critical enhancements to the site that helped us generate revenue in our first month. His engagement was supposed to end at opening, but he became such an integral part of our leadership team that we kept him on to help evolve our marketing and tech strategy as we grow. He’s easy to work with, pushes back when it matters, and moves easily between strategy, delivery, and operations depending on what’s needed. If you’re looking for a deeply experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated marketing, AI, or technology consultant, I highly recommend Justin Harris AI Consulting.

Local SEO Services Near Me

In person or over a call

I work from Las Vegas and meet clients at their office across the Valley when that helps. Citation work and profile checks happen inside the platforms, so a shared screen and a call cover most of the first month.

A business owner reviewing work on a phone

What I Will Not Promise

No map position guaranteed

I cannot promise a place on the map, a rank for a search term or a number of calls. Google's own guidance says there are no secrets that automatically rank a site first, and local results depend on the searcher's location and the competition around you.

What I commit to is the citation sheet, the logged changes and a monthly report of the calls and forms the work can be traced to.

What a fair scope includes

A lower quote is only useful when the scope matches. Ask every local provider, me included, which citations they will check, which pages they will change and how calls are tracked and reported.

If the answer is a list of keywords and a rank screenshot, you are buying a guess, and the scope should say what the work will change.
