Credit Union Website Design Las Vegas

A Credit Union Site That Tracks Accounts

Credit union website design in Las Vegas, built with product pages, a branch locator and an account opening path that shows which visit became an application. I make no promises about membership growth, only about what the site can measure.

Why Credit Union Sites Miss Applications

A handsome site that reports nothing

Many credit union sites look polished. The brand is clean, the photos are good and the pages load. The trouble shows up when the team asks how many visitors started an account last quarter and nobody can answer. The site was built to look like a credit union, not to show what it did.

A member on a phone wants the rate on a savings account, the branch hours and a way to start an application. When those sit behind a menu or a banner, the visit ends, and the application never shows up in any report.

What a Credit Union Site Has to Do

Answer the questions, then open the account

I design the site around the questions a person asks before they join: whether they are eligible, which product fits, what the rate and fees are, where the branch is and how to apply. Each product gets its own page with the required disclosures placed beside the rate or term they qualify.

An owner at work in a modern office
  • A page for each product, with eligibility and the disclosures beside the terms
  • A branch locator with addresses, hours and a phone number on each branch page
  • An account opening path that starts from any product page
  • A plain statement of who may join, matching the charter
  • Accessibility built to a stated standard, with a written record
  • Source tracking on every application start

Accessible Credit Union Pages

Built to a stated standard

Credit unions are private institutions, so the ADA's public accommodation rules apply to their websites under Title III. Courts and the Department of Justice have treated websites as covered, and WCAG 2.1 AA is the common target for a financial site that has to be usable with a keyboard, a screen reader and a small phone screen.

I build to WCAG 2.1 AA and test the main pages with a keyboard, a screen reader and a phone. Whether a site meets a particular legal obligation is the credit union's call and its counsel's call. I give the team a written list of what was tested and what was not.

Product Pages That Carry the Disclosure

Terms placed beside the rate

Each product page holds one product, its terms and its disclosures in the same place. A member comparing a savings rate or an auto loan should not have to scroll past a banner to find the terms. When a rate changes, the product sheet and the page change together, and the change is logged with the date.
Page partWhat the member needsWhat I track
EligibilityWhether they can join or open the productEligibility answers by source
Terms and rateThe current rate, fees and conditionsPage views and time on the terms
DisclosuresThe required statements beside each termChanges logged with the review date
Application startOne button into the account opening pathApplication starts by product and source

Account Opening Path

One path from visit to funded account

The account opening form is the most important page on the site, and it is also where most people stop. I put a source field on every application start, so the team sees which page or search brought the people who began, which ones finished and which ones were funded. Mobile starts get their own check, because a form that is long on a phone is a common cause of stalled applications.

Branch Locator and Member Service Pages

Branches, ATMs and hours

A member who searches for a branch wants the address, the hours, the nearest ATM and a phone number they can call from the parking lot. Each branch gets a page with those facts in plain text, so the page is readable on a phone and useful to a search engine.

Holiday hours change, and a wrong hour costs a visit that was already decided. I update each branch page the same day a change is confirmed, and the change is logged.

Member Data and Forms

Member data stays out of trackers

Member information is covered by the privacy rules for financial institutions, including the NCUA privacy rule in 12 CFR Part 716. Application forms should not send personal details to an outside tool or an ad pixel without a documented basis and the compliance team's approval.

I set up tracking that counts applications by source without sending personal details to outside tools, and I list every script on the site so the team can review each one before launch.

Closest Credit Union Web Work I Have

A web design brand, not a credit union

I do not have a credit union website case to show you, and I will not claim one. The closest build is WebVegas, my own Las Vegas web design brand, which has a four-step booking form that hands each lead a free design walkthrough. It is not a financial institution. The same method applies here: a clear path, tracked forms and a readout an executive can check.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we ended up working with Justin for some AI consulting on how to structure our operations. He laid out a clear plan, didn't overcomplicate it, and we've been running smoother since. Good fit for a service business. He knows Las Vegas and he knows this stuff.

Justin joined our team a few months before opening to replace a marketing agency that wasn’t performing. He stepped up fast. Within weeks he launched a fully redesigned website with new brand guidelines, built and delivered our marketing plan and AI strategy, and helped implement our system architecture so we could open on time. Since then, he’s made several critical enhancements to the site that helped us generate revenue in our first month. His engagement was supposed to end at opening, but he became such an integral part of our leadership team that we kept him on to help evolve our marketing and tech strategy as we grow. He’s easy to work with, pushes back when it matters, and moves easily between strategy, delivery, and operations depending on what’s needed. If you’re looking for a deeply experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated marketing, AI, or technology consultant, I highly recommend Justin Harris AI Consulting.

From what I've seen, Justin knows the AI automation space better than most people I've come across in Las Vegas. He's the kind of person who actually understands the technical side and can explain it without making you feel lost. Good guy, good reputation.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we reached out to Justin for some AI consulting advice on where our service business could actually use automation. He was straightforward about what made sense and what didn't. Ended up being a useful conversation. Las Vegas has no shortage of people claiming to be experts, and he's one of the few who could back it up.

Knew Justin before he started building AI systems for businesses, and watching what he's put together is genuinely impressive. He built out an AI automation setup for my website in Las Vegas and it changed how we handle leads completely. The guy actually runs this stuff himself, so he knows what works.

Credit Union Site Readout

The monthly site report

Every line can be checked against the core system and the product records. I report on applications started and funded by product, not on visitor counts alone.

An owner at work in a modern office
  • Visits to product pages and branch pages, by product and branch
  • Applications started and completed, by product and source
  • Accounts funded, with the lag from first visit
  • Form errors and broken links found and fixed
  • Accessibility items open and closed, with dates
  • One recommendation for next quarter, with the reason

How Credit Union Web Work Runs

Scope, build, test, read

  1. Step 01

    Scope the products

I review the product list, the eligibility language and the branch network, then write the scope and the fixed price.

  2. Step 02

    Build the tracking

The forms, the application path and the source field are set up before launch, so every application carries its origin.

  3. Step 03

    Test to the standard

I check each page on phone sizes, with keyboard and screen reader passes, and list what was found and fixed.

  4. Step 04

    Read applications monthly

Each month I read the applications started and funded, and I send one plain readout to the team.

What Moves a Credit Union Site Quote

Scope, not a price list

I quote a fixed price for a written scope after I have reviewed your products, your branches and your application path. A site with three products and one branch is a different job from a credit union with a dozen products, a branch network and a member portal. These are the factors that move the number, so you can judge any quote, mine included.

GIOSTAR brand hub, a system I built
  • How many product pages and branch pages the site needs
  • Who writes the copy and the disclosures, and who reviews them
  • Integrations with the core system, the card platform or the loan software
  • Accessibility testing to a stated standard, with a written record
  • Reporting depth, from a monthly readout to a full application funnel

Who Does the Credit Union Website Work

One person from design to readout

I am Justin Harris. I have built websites and run digital marketing for Las Vegas businesses for fourteen years, and I still do the work myself. When you hire me, you talk to the person who designs the pages, builds the forms and reads the applications. There is no hand-off to a junior team in the middle.

You own the domain, the hosting and every login, and your team can update a branch hour or a product page without calling me.
