Accountant Advertising Las Vegas

Ad Spend I Can Trace

I run accountant advertising in Las Vegas myself, and every dollar is tied to the call or consultation request it produces. The ad accounts stay in the firm's name, and the readout comes every month.

Does Advertising Work for Accountants

Most firms pay for ads they cannot trace

A firm that runs ads usually knows what they cost. It rarely knows which ad produced the call that became a client. The platform reports clicks and a cost per click, and the firm's intake log has a name and a phone number with no source attached. The gap between those two records is where the money goes missing.

Accounting demand also arrives in bursts. Searches for a tax preparer climb before the filing dates, and the owner who paid for ads in March often sees a quiet May. Without tracking that separates the busy weeks from the quiet ones, the owner cannot tell whether the ads worked or the calendar did.

Choosing an Accountant Advertising Company

What to ask before you hire an agency

Most agencies sell an accountant advertising package with a fixed list of deliverables. The questions below separate a package from a plan. A firm should be able to get clear answers to each one before it signs.

GIOSTAR brand hub, a system I built
  • Who builds and checks the campaigns, by name
  • Whether the firm owns the ad account and can log in to it
  • How each call and consultation request is tracked to its ad
  • What the monthly readout shows, and whether it can be checked
  • What changes if a tax deadline moves the demand

How I would compare the options

A small firm has three routes for paid ads: an agency, a freelancer, or a person who runs the account and shows the results. The table compares them on the points that matter when the owner cannot read the account.

Affordable Accountant Advertising Las Vegas

What a budget should cover

Affordable is a poor test for an accounting firm. A low budget that never shows which campaign produced a consultation is expensive in the end. A budget should cover the ad spend itself, the tracking that proves it, and the time to read the results and change them. I quote my fee as a fixed price for a written scope, and the ad spend is paid to the platform, with every line shown in the readout.

How Much Does Accountant Advertising Cost

What moves the price

I do not publish a number here. My fee is a fixed price for a written scope, and the ad spend is separate. These are the things that move the scope.

GIOSTAR homepage, a website I built
  • How many services get their own campaign
  • How many landing pages have to be built or rebuilt
  • How much tracking the firm's phone and intake system already supports
  • How deep the monthly readout goes
  • Whether the platforms need new accounts set up and verified

Accountant Advertising During Tax Season

Campaigns timed to the deadline

Individual returns are due April 15, and the IRS lets filers request an extension to October 15 by filing Form 4868. Those two dates shape the calendar. Campaigns for filing services should be live and tested before the early spring window opens, and budgets should step down once the deadline has passed.

The point of the timing is simple. A firm should not spend its best budget in the week after the deadline, when most of the decisions have been made, and should not sit quiet in February when searches are starting.

Off-Season Advisory Campaigns

Advisory campaigns for the quiet months

The quiet months carry the advisory work: planning, entity choice, cash flow and owner succession. Those services suit a campaign that runs longer and asks for a consultation rather than a filing. The ads point to the advisory pages, and the readout shows which offer gets the most requests in each month.

Accountant Advertising Process

How a campaign runs, step by step

Every campaign runs the same five steps. Each one ends with a document or a screen the firm can open.

  1. Step 01

    Review the current spend

I look at what the firm already spends, where the calls come from and which ads produce consultations, then send a written read.

  2. Step 02

    Set the tracking first

Phone numbers, forms and booking are tied to campaigns before any ad runs, and the test calls are logged.

  3. Step 03

    Build the campaigns and pages

Each campaign points to a page that answers its search. The firm reviews the ads and pages in a browser before anything goes live.

  4. Step 04

Launch with a budget step plan

Spend starts low, rises where consultations come in, and drops where they do not. Every change is written in the readout.

  5. Step 05

    Report every month

One page lists spend, calls and consultation requests by campaign, with the changes made and the next ones planned.

Every build below is real and every link goes to the live work. Two of the five are full websites I built and still run. The other three are brand and content work, two of them for sites that are in build now, and each card says which.

GIOSTAR: the clinic website, booking and lead tracking

I built and run giostarwellness.com for a regenerative medicine and wellness clinic in Henderson: every service page, online booking, financing and a blog. A website lead is tracked end to end, from the form to a booked consult to an active patient, with no manual steps. I also built its live brand hub, so every page, post and print piece pulls the same colours, type and rules.

Have You Run Ads for Accountants

No accounting ad results claimed

I have not run paid advertising for an accounting firm, and I do not claim ad results for one. The portfolio above shows the builds I have done, and each card says what the work was. I will not invent a cost per consultation or a conversion rate to fill this page.

What I bring to an accounting account is the same process I use everywhere: tracking set first, campaigns tied to pages, and a readout the owner can check against the intake log.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we ended up working with Justin for some AI consulting on how to structure our operations. He laid out a clear plan, didn't overcomplicate it, and we've been running smoother since. Good fit for a service business. He knows Las Vegas and he knows this stuff.

Justin joined our team a few months before opening to replace a marketing agency that wasn’t performing. He stepped up fast. Within weeks he launched a fully redesigned website with new brand guidelines, built and delivered our marketing plan and AI strategy, and helped implement our system architecture so we could open on time. Since then, he’s made several critical enhancements to the site that helped us generate revenue in our first month. His engagement was supposed to end at opening, but he became such an integral part of our leadership team that we kept him on to help evolve our marketing and tech strategy as we grow. He’s easy to work with, pushes back when it matters, and moves easily between strategy, delivery, and operations depending on what’s needed. If you’re looking for a deeply experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated marketing, AI, or technology consultant, I highly recommend Justin Harris AI Consulting.

What an Accountant Ad Readout Shows

The one page each month

The readout is one page. It shows spend, calls and consultation requests for each campaign, the pages those campaigns sent people to, and the changes made that month.

It also shows what did not work. A campaign that spent money and produced no requests is listed, with the decision to stop, change or keep it. The firm can compare every line with its own intake log.

Rules for Accounting Ads

Marketing limits, not legal advice

A state board of accountancy sets rules on how CPAs and firms may advertise, and some ad platforms have their own limits on financial services. Those rules change what a campaign can say. I treat them as marketing limits to plan around. I do not give legal advice, and whether any ad is compliant is a call for the firm's own counsel.
