Tree Service Advertising

Ads I can trace to a job

Tree service advertising pays off when each call can be followed to a booked estimate or a finished job. I set up the tracking before any budget is spent, and I show you which campaign brought in each call.

Every build below is real and every link goes to the live work. None of the five is a tree care company, and I do not claim tree care ad results. Two are full websites I built and still run. The other three are brand and content work, and each card says which.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we ended up working with Justin for some AI consulting on how to structure our operations. He laid out a clear plan, didn't overcomplicate it, and we've been running smoother since. Good fit for a service business. He knows Las Vegas and he knows this stuff.

Justin joined our team a few months before opening to replace a marketing agency that wasn’t performing. He stepped up fast. Within weeks he launched a fully redesigned website with new brand guidelines, built and delivered our marketing plan and AI strategy, and helped implement our system architecture so we could open on time. Since then, he’s made several critical enhancements to the site that helped us generate revenue in our first month. His engagement was supposed to end at opening, but he became such an integral part of our leadership team that we kept him on to help evolve our marketing and tech strategy as we grow. He’s easy to work with, pushes back when it matters, and moves easily between strategy, delivery, and operations depending on what’s needed. If you’re looking for a deeply experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated marketing, AI, or technology consultant, I highly recommend Justin Harris AI Consulting.

Knew Justin before he started building AI systems for businesses, and watching what he's put together is genuinely impressive. He built out an AI automation setup for my website in Las Vegas and it changed how we handle leads completely. The guy actually runs this stuff himself, so he knows what works.

Tree Service Advertising Companies

The owner who pays for ads

A tree care company that runs ads usually has a crew, a truck or two, and a phone that rings far more after a storm than in a dry month. The owner answers the calls, quotes the trims and decides whether the next ad dollar is worth spending.

Most tree care owners I talk to have already paid someone to run ads. The complaint is rarely that the ads did nothing. It is that the report counts clicks and impressions, and nobody can say which ad turned into a scheduled removal.

Tree Service Advertising Cost

What moves the ad budget

I quote a fixed price for a written scope after I have seen what you sell and where you work. The number you agree to is the number you pay. The ad budget is a separate line that you can see and cap.

WebVegas homepage, a website I built
  • The services the ads cover, such as removal, trimming and storm cleanup
  • The ZIP codes you serve and how far a crew will drive for a job
  • Whether ads run all year or only when a storm makes removal demand jump
  • Whether ads send people to a page I build or to your current site
  • How many campaigns the account runs, search, social or both

Tree Service Advertising Examples

Three campaigns I would set up first

These are the campaigns I would start with for most tree care companies. Each one has a named offer, a named place it sends people and a tracked number, so every result can be checked.

Search ads for removal

A person who types a removal request near home often has a limb on the roof or a dead tree over a fence. The ad sends them to the removal page with an estimate form.

Search ads for maintenance

Trimming and pruning searches come from owners planning the year. The ad offers a scheduled visit, and the call is tracked back to the ad that brought it in.

Social ads for the neighborhood

Facebook and Instagram ads can reach homeowners in the ZIP codes you serve. They work best with a photo from a finished job, shown only with the customer's permission.

Tree Service Advertising Services

What I run for tree care owners

Most tree care owners need both the ads and the pages the ads land on. Each card opens the page for that service, with how I run it and what you get at the end.

  1. Step 01

    Google search ads

Ads for removal, trimming and emergency work, with call tracking on each one.

  2. Step 02

    Facebook and Instagram ads

Ads aimed at homeowners in your service ZIP codes, each with its own photo and offer.

  3. Step 03

    Tree care search visibility

Pages and listings that bring in people who search for a tree company by service and neighborhood.

  4. Step 04

    Tree care website design

Service pages with a photo estimate form and a phone number that works on a phone.

  5. Step 05

    Google Business Profile

The map listing many homeowners see first, kept current with services, photos and the areas you serve.

  6. Step 06

    Tree care marketing overall

The full tree care plan: search, website, ads and reviews in one written scope.

Tree Service Software

Where the calls go

Every ad call has to land somewhere: a phone line, a booking form or the software you schedule crews with. That is where the trace breaks if nobody is watching. I set up call tracking on a number that forwards to your phone, so each call shows its campaign.

I connect the form to the tool you already use. If that tool cannot pass the source of a lead, I say so in writing before launch, and the report marks those leads as untraced.

How Tree Service Advertising Works

How a campaign runs

Every campaign follows the same four steps, and the fifth is the report you read each month.

  1. Step 01

    Trace the spend you have

I check the ads, calls and forms you already have, and write down where each job came from, or where it did not.

  2. Step 02

Set the offer and the ZIP codes

The offer, the ZIP codes and the daily budget cap go into the written plan before any campaign goes live.

  3. Step 03

    Build the pages and tracking

Each ad lands on a page for its service, with a tracked number and a form tied to an estimate request.

  4. Step 04

Launch and watch the first weeks

In the first weeks I read the calls closely, pause what books nothing and move budget toward what books estimates.

  5. Step 05

    Report what booked

Each month you get a note listing the campaigns, the calls and forms, the estimates and jobs they produced, and what I changed.

Tree Service Advertising After a Storm

Surge budget rules

Storm season changes the math. One windstorm can fill a week with removal calls, and an account that ran at a steady pace will either miss that demand or spend its budget on the first morning. I set surge rules before the season starts: a higher daily cap that switches on only when a storm is confirmed, a limit on how many days it can run, and a plan for the calls that arrive after the crews are booked.

The reverse matters just as much. When the storm work is done, the cap goes back down, and the ads return to maintenance trims that bring in scheduled work through the rest of the year.

Best Tree Service Advertising

How the channels compare

Owners searching for the best tree service advertising usually weigh three channels. Search picks up the most urgent work, social builds trust in a neighborhood, and print keeps your name on a truck but is the hardest to trace.

Tree Service Advertising Strategy

The plan before the first ad

Before any ad runs, I write a one page plan: which services get ads, which ZIP codes, what counts as a booked estimate, and what the budget does in a slow month. The plan is the thing you can check the report against, so it is written before launch and not reconstructed afterward.

Tree Service Advertising Company

Why one person runs the account

The person who sets up the ads is the person who reads the calls. There is no account manager who hands your account to a junior, and no handoff between a strategist and the person who buys the ads.

I have worked in Las Vegas digital marketing for fourteen years, and I do the work myself. You own the domain, the hosting and every login from day one.

Tree Service Advertising Rules

Rules I work inside

Google and Meta set their own rules for ads about services, and some tree care claims need proof you can show. I only put licensing or insurance in an ad when the license and the policy are current and in your name. Whether your claims meet your license terms is a question for your insurer or your attorney. My part is the marketing: what the ad says, where it sends people, and what the tracking shows.
