Education Marketing
Enrollment Inquiries I Can Trace
Education marketing for schools and training programs, built so each enrollment inquiry shows the page, search or ad that brought it in. I make no promises about who enrolls, only about what I can measure.

How Education Marketing Makes Money
Tuition, timing and the long decision
A school or training program earns from enrollments, and each enrollment carries a tuition figure, a term and a start date. The decision takes time. A parent or adult learner researches for weeks, compares two or three programs, visits, asks questions and often waits for a deadline or a funding answer before committing.
That makes an inquiry a starting point, not a sale. The marketing question is which sources bring inquiries that enroll, and how long each source takes to do it.

Enrollment Inquiries Counted but Not Traced
Inquiries with no source attached
Most schools count inquiries. A form fill, a call or an info request goes into a list, and the list grows. What the list rarely says is which page, search or ad produced the inquiry, and which of those inquiries reached a tour, an application and an enrollment.
Without that link, an administrator pays for ads and open houses without knowing which one filled a seat. Marketing spend keeps going because nobody can show that it did not work.

The Inquiry-to-Enrollment Path
Six steps from search to seat
| Step | What the person does | What I track |
|---|---|---|
| Search or referral | Looks up programs or hears of one | Source of the first visit |
| Program page | Reads the program, cost and schedule | Page views and questions asked |
| Inquiry | Sends a form or calls | Form and call tied to the page |
| Tour or call | Visits or talks with admissions | Booked tours with source attached |
| Application | Starts and submits the application | Applications by program and source |
| Enrollment | Commits and pays the deposit | Enrollments by source and term |
Schools and Education Rules to Know
Claims and records need care
Schools operate under rules that marketing has to respect. Claims about accreditation, licensing, outcomes and placement have to be true and supportable, and which claims a school may make is decided by its own leadership and counsel. Student records are protected under FERPA, and children under 13 are covered by COPPA, so student information never goes into an ad audience or a third-party tool.

- Accreditation and licensing claims checked against the source
- Outcome and placement numbers kept out unless documented
- Student records kept out of ad audiences and analytics
- Under-13 audiences not targeted or tracked for ads
- Testimonials reviewed before they go on a page
Enrollment Season and Program Calendars
Demand follows the school calendar
Inquiry volume rises and falls with application deadlines, start dates, open houses and the school year. A program that starts in one term needs its campaign running weeks before the deadline, and a campaign that runs after the deadline only produces inquiries that cannot enroll in time. I plan the campaign backward from each deadline and each intake, so spend lands while people can still apply.

Program Pages That Answer the Questions
Pages built around the decision
A program page has one job: answer the questions a family asks before it calls. That means the schedule, the cost in plain terms, the credential or certification it leads to, the entry requirements and the next step. Every page names the program's own details, so two programs never read the same.
Each program page carries one request path, a tour or a call, with the source tracked in the form. A page that hides the schedule or buries the next step loses the inquiry before any ad has a chance to matter.

GIOSTAR: the clinic website, booking and lead tracking
I built and run giostarwellness.com for a regenerative medicine and wellness clinic in Henderson: every service page, online booking, financing and a blog. A website lead is tracked end to end, from the form to a booked consult to an active patient, with no manual steps. I also built its live brand hub, so every page, post and print piece pulls the same colours, type and rules.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we ended up working with Justin for some AI consulting on how to structure our operations. He laid out a clear plan, didn't overcomplicate it, and we've been running smoother since. Good fit for a service business. He knows Las Vegas and he knows this stuff.

Justin joined our team a few months before opening to replace a marketing agency that wasn’t performing. He stepped up fast. Within weeks he launched a fully redesigned website with new brand guidelines, built and delivered our marketing plan and AI strategy, and helped implement our system architecture so we could open on time. Since then, he’s made several critical enhancements to the site that helped us generate revenue in our first month. His engagement was supposed to end at opening, but he became such an integral part of our leadership team that we kept him on to help evolve our marketing and tech strategy as we grow. He’s easy to work with, pushes back when it matters, and moves easily between strategy, delivery, and operations depending on what’s needed. If you’re looking for a deeply experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated marketing, AI, or technology consultant, I highly recommend Justin Harris AI Consulting.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we reached out to Justin for some AI consulting advice on where our service business could actually use automation. He was straightforward about what made sense and what didn't. Ended up being a useful conversation. Las Vegas has no shortage of people claiming to be experts, and he's one of the few who could back it up.

Knew Justin before he started building AI systems for businesses, and watching what he's put together is genuinely impressive. He built out an AI automation setup for my website in Las Vegas and it changed how we handle leads completely. The guy actually runs this stuff himself, so he knows what works.

No school client claimed
I do not have a school or training program case to show you, and I will not claim one. The closest work is the brand and web work in the portfolio above.
