Education SEO Las Vegas

Program Searches I Can Trace

Education SEO in Las Vegas for schools and training programs, built so each search that reaches a program page shows whether it led to a tour, an application or an inquiry. I make no promises about rankings or enrollment, only about what I can measure.

Why School SEO Reports Mislead

Rankings that never reach an enrollment

Most school SEO reports list keywords and positions. A program page can rank well for a term that nobody in the region types, while the searches that matter, such as a program name plus a city or an evening schedule, go to a competitor's page. The report shows a green arrow, and the admissions office still cannot say which search produced the inquiry that enrolled.

The owner who paid for the work is left with a document of positions and no line to an enrollment. That is the wound I see most often in education: the SEO was bought, the pages went live, and nobody can check what the search did after the click.

What Education SEO Does Differently

Program pages built around the decision

I start from the questions a family or an adult learner asks before they call: the schedule, the cost in plain terms, the credential the program leads to, the entry requirements and the next step. Each program gets a page that answers those questions in its own words, so two programs never read alike.

Each page carries one request path, a tour or a call, with the search and the page tracked into the inquiry form. The readout counts inquiries by program and by search, and it shows how many of those inquiries reached a tour or an application.

Program Search Queries Schools Need

The searches that bring a student in

Each type of search needs a different page. A search for a named program needs the program page itself. A search for a schedule or a format needs a page that says when and how the program runs. Mixing them dilutes both.
Search typePage it needsWhat I track
Program name and cityThe program page with schedule and costInquiries by program and page

Credential or certificateA page that names the credential and its requirementsApplications started by credential
Open house or tourThe visit page and its booking formVisits booked and held, by source

Open House and Tour Pages

The visit path, tracked

A family that reads a program page often wants to see the campus before they apply. The open house and tour page is where that decision turns, so it gets its own page, a short form and a clear date list. Each booking carries the search or page that brought the family in.

I keep the tour page separate from the application page. A family who books a tour is not yet an applicant, and the readout treats the two stages as different numbers, so the admissions team can see how many visits became applications.

Google Business Profile for Campuses

The map listing families check

Families look up a campus on a map before they look at a website. The Google Business Profile shows the address, the hours, the programs offered and the reviews former students left. I set each field to match the programs the school actually runs, so a search for an evening program does not land on a listing that only shows daytime hours.

Photos of the classrooms and the campus entrance help a family decide whether to call. I ask for photos the school is allowed to publish, and I update the listing when a program starts, stops or changes its schedule.

Closest Education Work I Have

No school client claimed

I do not have a school or training program case to show you, and I will not claim one. The closest build is WebVegas, my own Las Vegas web design brand, which has a four-step booking form that hands each lead a free design walkthrough. It is a web design business, not a school. to a school is the same process: program pages written around the decision, tracked inquiries and a readout an administrator can check against enrollment.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we ended up working with Justin for some AI consulting on how to structure our operations. He laid out a clear plan, didn't overcomplicate it, and we've been running smoother since. Good fit for a service business. He knows Las Vegas and he knows this stuff.

Justin joined our team a few months before opening to replace a marketing agency that wasn’t performing. He stepped up fast. Within weeks he launched a fully redesigned website with new brand guidelines, built and delivered our marketing plan and AI strategy, and helped implement our system architecture so we could open on time. Since then, he’s made several critical enhancements to the site that helped us generate revenue in our first month. His engagement was supposed to end at opening, but he became such an integral part of our leadership team that we kept him on to help evolve our marketing and tech strategy as we grow. He’s easy to work with, pushes back when it matters, and moves easily between strategy, delivery, and operations depending on what’s needed. If you’re looking for a deeply experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated marketing, AI, or technology consultant, I highly recommend Justin Harris AI Consulting.

Education SEO Reports

The readout an administrator can check

Every line can be checked against your inquiry log and your enrollment records. I report on inquiries and tours that moved forward, not on positions or raw impressions.

How Education SEO Runs

Scope, set up, read, adjust

  1. Step 01

    Scope the programs and calendar

I review the programs, the intake dates and the inquiry path, then write the scope and the fixed price before any work starts.

  2. Step 02

    Set up the tracking first

The inquiry form, the tour booking and the source field go in before any page goes live, so each inquiry carries its origin.

  3. Step 03

    Publish program pages

Program pages go live in the order the intake calendar needs, with the claims checked against the school's own sources.

  4. Step 04

    Read inquiries each month

Each month I read the tours and applications that came from search, and I send one plain readout to the admissions team.

  5. Step 05

Change one page at a time

I change one program page per cycle, so the team can see what moved the inquiries and what did not.

What Moves an Education SEO Quote

Scope, not a price list

I quote a fixed price for a written scope after I have looked at your programs, your intake calendar and your inquiry path. A school with three programs and one campus is a different job from a training provider with a dozen programs and several locations. These are the factors that move the number, so you can judge any quote, mine included.

Who Does the Education SEO Work

One person from scope to readout

I am Justin Harris. I have built websites and run digital marketing for Las Vegas businesses for fourteen years, and I still do the work myself. When you hire me, you talk to the person who researches the searches, writes the program pages and reads the inquiries. There is no hand-off to a junior team in the middle.

You own the domain, the hosting and every login, and your office staff can update a program date or swap a photo without calling me.
