Webflow Agency

A Webflow site the team can edit

As a Webflow agency of one, I design and build Webflow sites for firms and growing companies myself, from the first call to the editor handoff. You own the workspace, the domain and every login.

Webflow Agency Hiring

A Webflow site only the builder can edit

The Webflow projects I get called into share a pattern. A studio designed a handsome site, handed over a Webflow account nobody on the team had opened, and moved on to the next client. Six months later the owner wants to change a phone number or add a team member and finds the Designer view full of class names they cannot read.

They are afraid to click anything, so they email the studio and wait. If you are hiring a Webflow agency from another city, the fear is slightly different. You are handing a stranger your money and your brand, and you cannot walk down the hall to see how it is going. The questions that matter are plain ones.

An owner at work in a modern office

Is Webflow Good for Business Websites?

When Webflow suits a marketing site

Who will actually build my site? Whose account is it in? Can my own people edit it on a Tuesday afternoon? How will I know the site is doing anything once it is live? Webflow is a good platform for a marketing site, which is why so many agencies sell it.

It is also a platform where a careless build ends up expensive to maintain, because every page is assembled by hand and the structure lives in the builder's head. A site that looks finished and cannot be handed to the next person is the risk I design around.

Webflow Developer

One person builds the site and hands over the keys

I am Justin Harris. I have worked in Las Vegas digital marketing for fourteen years, with more than 300 Las Vegas businesses, and I do the building myself. Kristy F. wrote on my Google profile that I was "very helpful in resolving some issues" with her company's Webflow website.

That is the Webflow work I can point to from a client, a rescue of a live site, and I would rather tell you that plainly than invent a showpiece. The sites in my portfolio are built in other stacks, and I explain how each one was made on its card.

Webflow Developer for Hire

What I put in writing before I start

When you hire me you deal with the person opening Webflow, naming the classes and wiring the forms. You get three things in writing before I start. The Webflow workspace and the site plan are in your name and on your card. Every login, including the domain registrar and any connected tools, is yours from the first day.

And the site is built so a non-designer on your team can edit the text, images and blog without touching the Designer.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we ended up working with Justin for some AI consulting on how to structure our operations. He laid out a clear plan, didn't overcomplicate it, and we've been running smoother since. Good fit for a service business. He knows Las Vegas and he knows this stuff.

Justin joined our team a few months before opening to replace a marketing agency that wasn’t performing. He stepped up fast. Within weeks he launched a fully redesigned website with new brand guidelines, built and delivered our marketing plan and AI strategy, and helped implement our system architecture so we could open on time. Since then, he’s made several critical enhancements to the site that helped us generate revenue in our first month. His engagement was supposed to end at opening, but he became such an integral part of our leadership team that we kept him on to help evolve our marketing and tech strategy as we grow. He’s easy to work with, pushes back when it matters, and moves easily between strategy, delivery, and operations depending on what’s needed. If you’re looking for a deeply experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated marketing, AI, or technology consultant, I highly recommend Justin Harris AI Consulting.

Webflow Design Services

What I build in Webflow

Most Webflow projects fall into one of these six jobs. Each ends in something you can open and check, not a promise. Pick the one that matches your situation and ignore the rest.

Webflow design

Page designs drawn from your brand and your buyer's questions, reviewed by you as real pages in a browser rather than flat mockups.

Webflow development

A clean class structure, reusable components and CMS collections, so the next page takes minutes and the next developer can read what I did.

CMS collections and the Editor

Blog, team, services or case studies set up as collections, with the Editor view prepared for your staff and a short recorded walkthrough.

Forms and tracking

Every form goes where the lead should go, tested by submitting it and tracked from visit to submission, so you can check the report against your inbox.

Search foundations

Titles, descriptions, headings, sitemap, redirects and structured data set per page. I do not promise a ranking. I promise Google can read the site properly.

Rescue of an existing Webflow site

I audit what is there, fix what is broken and document the rest. The wider approach is on my web design page.

Webflow Agency Template

Template or custom build, an honest answer

Webflow has a large library of templates and plenty of agencies sell a lightly changed template with a custom price. A template is a fair choice for a small firm that needs five clean pages and has no unusual requirements.

It is a poor choice when the site has to carry a booking flow, a long services list or content a team will keep adding, because templates are built to look good in a demo and not to be extended. I tell owners which side they are on after I see the content.

If a template fits, I will say so and set it up properly: your brand, your copy, tracking, and a handoff. If it does not, I design the structure first and build from it. Either way you see which one you are paying for.

Best Webflow Agency

How the options compare

There is no single best Webflow agency. There is the right route for the job, and the routes differ on who does the work, who owns the account and what you can see afterward. The honest way to choose is to ask each route the same five questions and compare the written answers. I compare myself against the others on this table, including the cases where I am not the right fit.

Webflow Development Agency

The editor handoff, step by step

This is the part most studios skip, and it is where a Webflow site succeeds or fails after launch. Before I call a build done, a person from your team makes real edits while I watch. If they get stuck, I fix the build, not the person.

The handoff has a set list so nothing is left to memory. Staff who can edit with confidence are the real measure of a Webflow build, because a site nobody dares touch stops being updated, and a site that is never updated slowly stops being useful to the business that owns it.

  • Your staff change text, swap an image and publish a blog post in the Editor
  • Anything fragile is locked away from the Editor so it cannot be broken by accident
  • A short recorded walkthrough, in your own files, for the next hire
  • A one-page note naming every class convention and component I used
  • Billing, workspace roles and domain access checked as yours

How Long Does Webflow Design Take?

How a build runs

Every project runs the same five steps. The launch date goes in the scope before work begins, and if the scope changes, the date changes on the same page so you can see why. A typical project moves from scope to launch in steady stages, and each stage ends with something you can review.

  1. Step 01

    Look at what exists

I read your current site and send a written note on what works, what is broken and what is missing, before you pay anything.

  2. Step 02

    Agree the scope in writing

Pages, CMS collections, forms, integrations and timeline on one page. Changes land there first.

  3. Step 03

    Design and write

I design the key pages and write the copy from your buyer's questions. You mark up real pages in a browser.

  4. Step 04

    Build and test

The build, the forms, the tracking and the redirects, tested on phones and checked for speed and accessibility before launch.

  5. Step 05

    Hand over and report

Editor training, then a plain monthly report on what was visited and which pages produced forms.

Do I Need to Be in Las Vegas to Work With You?

How remote work runs

No. I work from Las Vegas and serve clients in other states over calls and a shared project page. A typical remote client gets a kickoff call, one shared task list where every open item and its status is visible, a written update at the end of each week, and a screen-share review of each page before it goes live.

You never have to wonder what I am doing with your project, because it is written on the shared page. If something slips, the page says so and says why. Many national clients tell me that visibility is what they were missing with their last studio.

Remote Webflow Agency Payment and Sign-Off

Time zones, payment and sign-off

Time zones are rarely a problem: I schedule calls in the hours that suit you, and anything that is not urgent is answered in writing within the same business day. Payment, scope and sign-off are handled in documents you can store and forward to your accountant or your board.

Nothing important lives only in a chat thread or a phone call, which matters when the person who approved the project is not the person reviewing the invoice later.

GIOSTAR brand hub, a system I built

Webflow Agency Pricing

What moves the price

I quote a fixed price for a written scope after I have seen what you need, and I do not publish a list because a five-page firm site and a content-heavy site with a members area are different jobs.

These are the factors that move a Webflow quote, so you can judge any quote, including mine. I explain each of these in the written scope, so a change to any one is visible as a change to the price before work continues.

A business owner reviewing work on a phone
  • How many unique page designs there are, more than how many pages
  • CMS collections and how many fields and relationships each has
  • Who writes the copy and who supplies photography
  • Integrations: a CRM, booking, payments or a client area
  • Moving an existing site without losing its search history
  • Interactions and animation that need custom work

Webflow Agency List

Questions to ask every agency on the list

If you are comparing agencies from a list, ask each one the same questions and write down the answers. A good agency answers them quickly. A weak one changes the subject. Write the answers next to each name. Where an agency cannot answer, you have learned something about the work.

GIOSTAR homepage, a website I built
  • Who, by name, will build my site, and will they be on every call?
  • Will the Webflow workspace and the site plan be in my name?
  • Which live Webflow sites can I open and click through?
  • How will my team edit the site, and who trains them?
  • What exactly will I see in a report, and can I check it against my own numbers?
  • What happens to the site if I stop working with you?

Webflow Partners

What I can and cannot claim

Webflow runs a partner and experts program, and some buyers filter on it. I am not listed in it, and I will not imply otherwise. What I offer in its place is a named builder, a live site you can inspect and a client who wrote about a Webflow problem I fixed. If partner status is a hard requirement for your company, tell me now and save you a call.

If it matters, I can also introduce you to a certified partner agency for work that needs a larger team, and I will tell you when that is the better route.

A storefront street in the Valley

Webflow Agency Examples

What I can show and what I cannot

Buyers ask for examples, and I want to answer honestly. I can show two full websites I built and still run, giostarwellness.com and webvegas.io. Both are built on other stacks, and each portfolio card says what it is.

For Webflow itself, the proof I have is a client's written review on Google about a Webflow site I helped repair. I do not have a Webflow showcase to send you, and I would rather say that than dress up a different project. Ask me anything about the process, and I will show you the written scope, the handoff checklist and a sample monthly report.

WebVegas homepage, a website I built

Why Hire One Consultant Instead of an Agency?

What one builder changes

An agency puts layers between you and the work: a seller, an account manager, a project manager and then a builder who has never spoken to you. Each layer adds a handoff where details are lost. With one builder the person who hears your goal is the person who writes the page, and a question gets an answer the same day.

The tradeoff is real. One person cannot staff a forty-page enterprise program with a legal review, and I will tell you if your project needs a team. For marketing sites for firms and growing companies, one accountable builder is usually faster and easier to check. I also link to wider help on web development when a build needs custom code. On remote projects I confirm in writing who is reachable and when.
