Most builds ship and then go quiet

A build bigger than a brochure site is a real commitment: a website that has to take bookings, a customer portal, an internal tool, an app people log in to. Owners tell me the same story about the last one. Somebody scoped it, a team built it, it went live, and then the people who knew how it worked stopped answering email.

When something broke, nobody could say what had changed.

The second complaint is that nobody could show what the build did. A site or an app can run for a year with no one able to say how many people used it, where they dropped out or whether it earned its cost. The invoices arrive on schedule and the evidence does not.

Nobody could show what the build did

Underneath both is usually the same arrangement. The vendor holds the code, the hosting account or the logins, so the owner cannot hire someone else to fix it without starting over. That is a problem of access and visibility, and it is what I build around.

One person scopes, builds and reports

I am Justin Harris. I have worked in Las Vegas digital marketing for fourteen years and built for more than 300 Valley businesses, and I do the work myself. You talk to the person writing the code and setting up the tracking, not to a salesperson who hands you to a team you never meet.

Every build comes with the same four commitments. You own the domain, the hosting and the code repository, with every login handed over on day one. The scope is written on one page before work starts, and any change is added to that page first.

Four commitments on every build

Each piece of work ends with something you can open and inspect, such as a staging site, a test report or a tracking dashboard. After launch, you receive a plain report of what was used, what broke and what I changed.

Devin R., who runs GIOSTAR in Henderson, described the way I work in his Google review: "Within weeks he launched a fully redesigned website with new brand guidelines." He also hired me to keep improving the site after launch, which is the part most vendors skip.

Work I built, live where you can check it

Two of the five builds below are full websites I built and still run, with booking and lead tracking behind them. The other three are brand and content work, and each card says which. None of them is an app I built for a client, and I would rather say that here than imply it.

GIOSTAR: the clinic website, booking and lead tracking

I built and run giostarwellness.com for a regenerative medicine and wellness clinic in Henderson: every service page, online booking, financing and a blog. A website lead is tracked end to end, from the form to a booked consult to an active patient, with no manual steps. I also built its live brand hub, so every page, post and print piece pulls the same colours, type and rules.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we ended up working with Justin for some AI consulting on how to structure our operations. He laid out a clear plan, didn't overcomplicate it, and we've been running smoother since. Good fit for a service business. He knows Las Vegas and he knows this stuff.

Justin joined our team a few months before opening to replace a marketing agency that wasn’t performing. He stepped up fast. Within weeks he launched a fully redesigned website with new brand guidelines, built and delivered our marketing plan and AI strategy, and helped implement our system architecture so we could open on time. Since then, he’s made several critical enhancements to the site that helped us generate revenue in our first month. His engagement was supposed to end at opening, but he became such an integral part of our leadership team that we kept him on to help evolve our marketing and tech strategy as we grow. He’s easy to work with, pushes back when it matters, and moves easily between strategy, delivery, and operations depending on what’s needed. If you’re looking for a deeply experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated marketing, AI, or technology consultant, I highly recommend Justin Harris AI Consulting.

From what I've seen, Justin knows the AI automation space better than most people I've come across in Las Vegas. He's the kind of person who actually understands the technical side and can explain it without making you feel lost. Good guy, good reputation.

I've Known Justin for a while now and he really knows his stuff when it comes to AI consulting. If people in Las Vegas were to ask me for recommendations in this space, he's the best guy for the job, hands down.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we reached out to Justin for some AI consulting advice on where our service business could actually use automation. He was straightforward about what made sense and what didn't. Ended up being a useful conversation. Las Vegas has no shortage of people claiming to be experts, and he's one of the few who could back it up.

Known Justin for a few years now. Guy knows the AI space better than most people I've come across, especially here in Las Vegas where there's no shortage of people claiming to be experts. He actually understands how AI automation works at a practical level, not just the theory. The kind of person who gives you a straight answer with kindness and patience

Knew Justin before he started building AI systems for businesses, and watching what he's put together is genuinely impressive. He built out an AI automation setup for my website in Las Vegas and it changed how we handle leads completely. The guy actually runs this stuff himself, so he knows what works.

Website and App Development Services

Builds for sites, stores and apps

  1. Step 01

I am paying for ads and clicks land on a weak page

One page per offer, each measured on its own, so you can see which one earned the spend. See landing page design services.

  2. Step 02

I have an app or an internal tool in mind

A working web application that your team or customers log in to, built in small visible steps. See web app development.

  3. Step 03

I have an idea and want to test it cheaply

A first version with only the features needed to learn whether people want it. See MVP development.

  4. Step 04

My product feels confusing to use

Research, flows and screens tested against real users before anyone writes the code. See UX design.

  5. Step 05

I need the whole website designed and built

The flagship page covers the full process, what you own and what you can check. See web design in Las Vegas.

What I Do

Four jobs that sit inside every build

Whatever you pick above, the same four jobs are inside it. Each one ends in something you can open.

Web design

Page layouts and copy built from your buyer's questions, reviewed in a browser rather than in static mockups.

App development

Features built in small steps on a staging site you can click through before anything goes live.

Hosting and maintenance

Hosting in your name, updates, backups and security checks, with a written record of each one.

Graphic design

Logos, icons, social graphics and illustrations that match the site, so the brand does not change between the page and the ad.

What happens after you say yes

Every build runs the same four steps. The launch date is written into the scope before work starts, and if the scope changes the date changes on the same page, so you can see why.

  1. Step 01

    Scope

You get a one-page written scope: what is being built, what is left out, what it connects to and when it launches. You approve it before I start.

  2. Step 02

    Build

I build in small pieces on a staging site and send a link after each one to click through.

  3. Step 03

    Launch

I test forms, payments, logins and phone layouts, set up redirects from the old site, and hand over every account in your name.

Website and App Development Process

Launch and report

  1. Step 01

    Report

After launch you receive a plain report each month: what was used, what failed, and what I changed. Your own accounts show the same numbers.

Custom build, platform or AI builder

Owners comparing options usually weigh three routes. Each one is right for somebody. I will tell you when the less costly route is the correct one, because a tool you do not need is not a good use of your money.
Custom buildWebsite platformAI builderMe
Best whenThe product needs behavior no template hasA standard site with content and a formA quick draft or a throwaway prototypeYou want custom work and a person who answers for it
Who answers for itWhoever you hiredYou, with the platform's help deskNobodyMe, before and after launch
What you ownDepends on the contractContent, inside the platform's limitsA draft on the tool's hostingDomain, hosting, code and every login

When I say do not hire meIf a template covers your need, use itIf you only want to explore an ideaIf a platform already does the job

Website and App Development Cost

What moves the price

I quote a fixed price for a written scope, after I have looked at what you need, so the number you agree to is the number you pay. A brochure site and a booking system with a client portal are different jobs, and a price list would be wrong for both.

How Much Does a Website and App Build Cost

What goes into a quote

WebVegas homepage, a website I built
  • How many distinct screens or page designs the build needs
  • Integrations: booking, payments, a CRM, a patient or client portal
  • Who writes the copy and whether photos or video must be produced
  • User accounts, permissions and anything that handles private data
  • Moving an existing site without losing its search history
  • How much your team wants to edit without me
