Google Review Management

Every customer asked, every review answered

I do Google review management for Las Vegas businesses. Each completed job or visit gets the same ask, each new review gets a reply, and nothing breaks the rules Google sets for reviews.

Why Google reviews stall for most local businesses

Reviews stall when asking stops

Most local businesses collect reviews by accident. A happy customer leaves one when they remember to, and then a few months pass with nothing new. The owner knows reviews matter, but asking feels awkward, and nobody on the team has a process for it.

Then the shortcuts show up. A list of the five happiest customers, a gated link that screens people before they reach Google, or a burst of reviews that gets the profile flagged. Each shortcut can cost more than the reviews it brings in, and a removed profile takes the phone calls with it.

How I run Google review management

Ask every customer, answer every review

I set up one repeatable ask for every completed job or visit: the same message, sent at the same point, to every customer, with a direct link to the review form on your Google Business Profile. Nobody is filtered out and nobody is paid to leave a review.

Each new review gets a reply written in the voice of your business within a set window. Any review that breaks Google's rules goes through Google's own report process with the evidence written down. I do not promise that a flagged review will come down, because Google makes that decision.

Automated review requests I have built

A review system that runs on rails

Review Lite is the review request system I built for this work. A request goes out once, follows up on a fixed and capped cadence, and goes quiet the moment a review is recorded. One flag stops every send at once, and I am the person who operates that flag.

The request runs on your own schedule and your own wording, so the system only adds the timing and the stop rule. Nothing about it changes the rules for who gets asked or what they are offered.

GIOSTAR: the clinic website, booking and lead tracking

I built and run giostarwellness.com for a regenerative medicine and wellness clinic in Henderson: every service page, online booking, financing and a blog. A website lead is tracked end to end, from the form to a booked consult to an active patient, with no manual steps. I also built its live brand hub, so every page, post and print piece pulls the same colours, type and rules.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we ended up working with Justin for some AI consulting on how to structure our operations. He laid out a clear plan, didn't overcomplicate it, and we've been running smoother since. Good fit for a service business. He knows Las Vegas and he knows this stuff.

Justin joined our team a few months before opening to replace a marketing agency that wasn’t performing. He stepped up fast. Within weeks he launched a fully redesigned website with new brand guidelines, built and delivered our marketing plan and AI strategy, and helped implement our system architecture so we could open on time. Since then, he’s made several critical enhancements to the site that helped us generate revenue in our first month. His engagement was supposed to end at opening, but he became such an integral part of our leadership team that we kept him on to help evolve our marketing and tech strategy as we grow. He’s easy to work with, pushes back when it matters, and moves easily between strategy, delivery, and operations depending on what’s needed. If you’re looking for a deeply experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated marketing, AI, or technology consultant, I highly recommend Justin Harris AI Consulting.

From what I've seen, Justin knows the AI automation space better than most people I've come across in Las Vegas. He's the kind of person who actually understands the technical side and can explain it without making you feel lost. Good guy, good reputation.

I've Known Justin for a while now and he really knows his stuff when it comes to AI consulting. If people in Las Vegas were to ask me for recommendations in this space, he's the best guy for the job, hands down.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we reached out to Justin for some AI consulting advice on where our service business could actually use automation. He was straightforward about what made sense and what didn't. Ended up being a useful conversation. Las Vegas has no shortage of people claiming to be experts, and he's one of the few who could back it up.

Known Justin for a few years now. Guy knows the AI space better than most people I've come across, especially here in Las Vegas where there's no shortage of people claiming to be experts. He actually understands how AI automation works at a practical level, not just the theory. The kind of person who gives you a straight answer with kindness and patience

Knew Justin before he started building AI systems for businesses, and watching what he's put together is genuinely impressive. He built out an AI automation setup for my website in Las Vegas and it changed how we handle leads completely. The guy actually runs this stuff himself, so he knows what works.

Google review management process step by step

Five steps from setup to readout

  1. Step 01

    Set up the profile

I check the Google Business Profile, confirm the categories and the links, and set up the review link customers will use.

  2. Step 02

    Write the ask

A short message for each moment a customer finishes a job or visit. You approve the wording once, and it stays the same after that.

  3. Step 03

    Send and follow up

Requests go out on the schedule written in the setup, with a fixed follow-up and a stop as soon as a review is left.

  4. Step 04

    Reply within the window

Each new review gets a reply that matches the business, posted once the voice is approved and then on the agreed pace.

  5. Step 05

    Report the month

A readout that shows requests, reviews, the rating and open replies, so you can check it against the profile yourself.

How much does Google review management cost

Price follows locations and volume

I quote a fixed monthly scope after a free look at your profile. One location with a steady flow of customers is a different job from a group of clinics with several profiles, so the quote follows the number of locations, the request volume and how many replies I write.

  • Completed jobs or visits each month
  • Replies written by me versus replies you write

Google review rules and what I will not do

Rules come before the review count

Google's review policy does not allow paid reviews, incentives for leaving a review, or filtering who gets asked. I set every ask up to follow that policy, because a removed review or a suspended profile costs more than any single review is worth.

I will not write reviews, post as a customer, or ask a hand-picked list of happy customers while leaving others out. If a request asks for any of that, I will say no on the first call, and you will hear the reason.
