White Label SEO

An SEO Partner Agencies Can Check

White label SEO is the search work I do for marketing agencies that resell it under their own name. You see every change I make, every report I build and the reason behind each one before a client sees a word.

White Label SEO Services

Most agencies sell SEO they cannot staff. Keyword research, technical fixes, on-page writing, link outreach and monthly reporting all need someone who does them every week, and hiring that person costs more than most agencies can carry for a handful of accounts.

I take that work on under the agency's name. The fixes, copy edits and reports are mine to produce, and the decisions about what goes to each client stay with the agency that holds the relationship.

Who Uses White Label SEO

Agencies that need a delivery partner

The agencies I work with already have clients, a sales process and a brand the client trusts. What they lack is a team that can deliver search work every month without the agency having to hire and manage one.

That makes a different buyer from a business owner choosing an SEO company for its own website. The agency owner I write for is worried about one thing above the rest: a deliverable that embarrasses them in front of a client they just signed.

Fear of Client-Facing Mistakes

A partner who hides the work

The usual fear is that a white label partner sends a report that does not match what was done, or cannot answer a client's question on a call the agency is running. Those are fair fears. Most white label arrangements break at the reporting layer, where the agency cannot see what its own partner did.

I answer that with visibility. Every change is logged with the date, the page and the reason, and the agency can ask for the record at any point. If a client asks about one fix, the answer is already in writing before the call.

How White Label Work Runs

How the work moves from brief to report

A typical month starts with a shared list of target terms and ends with a report the agency can send under its own cover page. Each step has an owner, a date and a short note, so nothing depends on memory.

  1. Step 01

    Step one: the brief

The agency sends the client's site, goals and the pages in scope. I reply with a written plan that lists every task and the order I will do them in.

  2. Step 02

    Step two: the audit

I crawl the site and record what is broken, what is weak and what already works, so nothing is changed on guesswork.

  3. Step 03

    Step three: the build

Fixes and new copy go into a shared tracker with dates. Nothing touches a live client site until the agency has approved the batch.

  4. Step 04

    Step four: the report

A monthly report in plain language, with the changes, the pages they touched and the plan for the next month.

What I Need to Start

Access and a written scope first

Before any work starts I need read access to the client's search console and analytics, a copy of the site's content management system login with the least permission that does the job, and the agency's brief for the client's market.

I then write the scope down: pages, reports, cadence and the first two months of work. The agency reviews it, changes what it needs to change and signs. Nothing starts until the scope is signed, and any change after that is written down before work moves.

White Label Reporting Explained

Reports the agency can resell

Most agencies do not need a report that impresses them. They need one that survives a client's question. The table shows what goes into each report compared with the usual white label offer.
Typical white label partnerMe
What the report showsRank charts with no explanationThe changes made, why each one was made and the pages they touched
Who answers a client questionA ticket queueMe, by email or on a call the agency runs
What the agency can checkA PDF of numbersThe change log, with dates, behind every line of the report
Who holds the accountsOften the partner holds the toolsThe agency keeps the accounts, the logins and the files
Changes to scopeA new contractA written change to the batch plan

What the Agency Keeps

Ownership of every account

Accounts, files and access stay with the agency. I work inside the tools the agency already holds, and I do not keep a separate login for a client that the agency cannot see.

Access is set up so the agency can revoke it at any time. Every change I make is logged with the date and the reason, so the account stays easy to hand back if the agency takes the work in-house.

WebVegas homepage, a website I built
  • Search console and analytics access granted to the agency, not to me
  • Every page copy file stored in a folder the agency controls
  • A written handover if the agency ever moves the work in-house
  • Client communication kept in the agency's own email thread

What a Monthly Report Includes

The report a client will read

Each monthly report opens with a page of plain-language findings: what moved, what did not, and why I think it happened. Behind that page is the change log, so the agency can answer a client who wants the detail.

The report never shows a rank chart without the work that sits behind it. If a number went down, the report says what was changed in that period and what I plan to test next.

GIOSTAR: the clinic website, booking and lead tracking

I built and run giostarwellness.com for a regenerative medicine and wellness clinic in Henderson: every service page, online booking, financing and a blog. A website lead is tracked end to end, from the form to a booked consult to an active patient, with no manual steps. I also built its live brand hub, so every page, post and print piece pulls the same colours, type and rules.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we ended up working with Justin for some AI consulting on how to structure our operations. He laid out a clear plan, didn't overcomplicate it, and we've been running smoother since. Good fit for a service business. He knows Las Vegas and he knows this stuff.

Justin joined our team a few months before opening to replace a marketing agency that wasn’t performing. He stepped up fast. Within weeks he launched a fully redesigned website with new brand guidelines, built and delivered our marketing plan and AI strategy, and helped implement our system architecture so we could open on time. Since then, he’s made several critical enhancements to the site that helped us generate revenue in our first month. His engagement was supposed to end at opening, but he became such an integral part of our leadership team that we kept him on to help evolve our marketing and tech strategy as we grow. He’s easy to work with, pushes back when it matters, and moves easily between strategy, delivery, and operations depending on what’s needed. If you’re looking for a deeply experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated marketing, AI, or technology consultant, I highly recommend Justin Harris AI Consulting.

White Label SEO Reviews

What clients said about my work

Yaneliz M. wrote about my advice on AI automation: "He knew the subject well and didn't overcomplicate it." That is the standard I hold a white label report to as well, because the agency has to explain it to its own client.

White Label SEO Cost

How the quote is built

I quote a fixed price for a written scope after a free look at the accounts the agency wants covered. The scope lists every page, every report and the volume of work each month, so the agency knows its cost before it signs a client.

What I quote covers the research, the monthly work and the reporting, with the deliverables named for each month so the agency can set its own client fee against them.

Local Agencies in the Valley

Where I meet agency owners

Agencies can be based anywhere. I still work from Las Vegas, and I meet local agency owners in person across the Valley when a meeting helps the work. Everything else runs over calls and a shared project page.

Most of the agencies I work with are small teams that handle a long list of local clients. They need a partner who writes clean reports, answers the same day and never promises a result the agency cannot stand behind.

White Label SEO Questions Agencies Ask

Questions asked before a signature

Agency owners ask the same few things before they sign. The answers below cover the report, the handoff and what happens when a client asks a question the agency cannot answer on its own.

How a White Label Report Gets Approved

Agency brand stays in front

Before a client sees a report, the agency owner and I run a short approval pass. I check that the summary, the page titles and the next-step list use the agency's own service names, so a client never reads a term the agency does not sell.

The revision loop is part of the scope from the start. Each month I send a draft with the questions the agency owner must answer, and the report goes out only after those answers are in. The work stays accountable to the agency's rules rather than to a template that runs on its own schedule.

The agency keeps the client relationship, the pricing and the final say on what gets published. My part is the research, the technical checks, the content plan and the monthly reporting, all delivered under the agency's name.
