Influencer Marketing Agency Las Vegas
Creators vetted before any fee
I run an influencer marketing agency in Las Vegas for local brands, and I work alone on every account. I vet each creator's audience before an offer goes out, then track every code and link so each fee can be tied to a sale you can check.

Why influencer fees get paid and no sale is traced
Fees paid, sales never traced
Most brands that have tried influencer marketing have a story like this. A creator with a large following was paid, a post went up, the likes looked good, and nobody could say how many people bought because of it. The next budget gets cut, and influencer marketing gets blamed for a problem that was in the setup.
The setup problem is usually the audience and the tracking. The creator's followers were not the customers in the brand's market, or the post had no code, no link and no date to tie a sale back to. Both can be fixed before the first offer goes out.

How I vet influencers before a campaign
Vetting comes before the offer
Before any offer goes out, I read the creator's audience, not just the follower count. I look at where the followers are, whether the comments read like real people talking, how the engagement sits against the size of the account and whether the creator's past sponsored posts got any response.
No check can prove that an audience is entirely real, and I will not promise that it is. What I can do is look for the common warning signs, leave out creators with too many of them, and tell you which checks I ran so you can judge the list yourself.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we ended up working with Justin for some AI consulting on how to structure our operations. He laid out a clear plan, didn't overcomplicate it, and we've been running smoother since. Good fit for a service business. He knows Las Vegas and he knows this stuff.

Justin joined our team a few months before opening to replace a marketing agency that wasn’t performing. He stepped up fast. Within weeks he launched a fully redesigned website with new brand guidelines, built and delivered our marketing plan and AI strategy, and helped implement our system architecture so we could open on time. Since then, he’s made several critical enhancements to the site that helped us generate revenue in our first month. His engagement was supposed to end at opening, but he became such an integral part of our leadership team that we kept him on to help evolve our marketing and tech strategy as we grow. He’s easy to work with, pushes back when it matters, and moves easily between strategy, delivery, and operations depending on what’s needed. If you’re looking for a deeply experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated marketing, AI, or technology consultant, I highly recommend Justin Harris AI Consulting.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we reached out to Justin for some AI consulting advice on where our service business could actually use automation. He was straightforward about what made sense and what didn't. Ended up being a useful conversation. Las Vegas has no shortage of people claiming to be experts, and he's one of the few who could back it up.

Knew Justin before he started building AI systems for businesses, and watching what he's put together is genuinely impressive. He built out an AI automation setup for my website in Las Vegas and it changed how we handle leads completely. The guy actually runs this stuff himself, so he knows what works.

Who influencer marketing in Las Vegas is for
Brands with a local customer to reach
Restaurants, med spas, retail shops, hospitality brands and service businesses that sell to people who live or visit the Valley. A creator who knows the local scene can sell a visit or a booking that a national campaign cannot reach, and the tracking shows whether that happened.
I am not the right fit for a national launch that needs millions of impressions from one platform, or for a brand that will not share its sales numbers. In both cases the campaign cannot be read, and I will say so before you pay a creator.

How much does influencer marketing cost
Creator reach and usage set the price
I quote a fixed price for a written scope after I know the brand, the customer and the creators on the list. A campaign with three micro creators and a month of tracking is a different job from one large creator with paid usage across ads, so one flat rate would be wrong for at least one of them.

- Number of creators and their audience size
- Number of posts, stories or videos per creator
- Creator fees, paid separately and passed through at cost
- Paid usage of the content in ads and for how long
- Tracking setup and the length of the readout
How long does an influencer campaign take
Planning runs before posting
Most of the calendar goes to planning. Vetting, the brief and the creator's own schedule take time before a post can go live, so a campaign that starts next week is usually one that was planned last month. The posting window and the readout date are written into the scope before any creator is contacted.
The readout comes after the posts have had time to work. Codes and links stay open for the period set in the scope, and the report is written when that window closes, so the numbers are final rather than a first guess.

Influencer marketing vetting and tracking step by step
Five steps from list to readout
- Step 01
Define the customer
Who buys, where they live and what they need to see before they book. The creator list is built from that answer.
- Step 02
Vet the creators
Audience location, comment quality, engagement against size and past sponsored work, with the checks written down.
- Step 03
Brief and approve
One page per creator with the claims allowed, the code, the link and the posting window. Nothing posts before approval.
- Step 04
Track the posts
Each code and link is live before the first post, so a sale or booking can be traced to the creator who sent it.
- Step 05
Read the results
A readout of codes used, clicks, sales and the content that worked, with the numbers you can check against your own books.

How to check influencer followers are real
Warning signs checked before any offer
Follower counts are the easiest number to fake, so the list is checked on the signs that are harder to buy. I run these checks on every creator before an offer is drafted, and I write down the result for each one.
A creator who fails more than one check does not go on the list, however good the content looks. The checks are a filter, not a guarantee, and the readout is the final test of whether the audience was worth the fee.

- Audience location matches the brand's customers
- Comments read like real people, checked by hand
- Engagement sits in a normal range for the account size
- No sudden jumps in follower count without a reason
- Past sponsored posts drew some response
- Content fits the brand without a rewrite
Influencer content usage and ownership
Usage is written into the terms
Each creator agreement says who owns the content, how long the brand may reuse it, and in which channels. Paid usage in ads is priced separately, because it changes how much the content is worth to the creator and to the brand.
Contracts with usage terms should go past your own attorney before they are signed. This is production guidance, not legal advice, and I will flag every term that needs a closer look.
