Video Marketing Services Las Vegas
Video I can trace to inquiries
Video marketing services in Las Vegas are planned one funnel stage at a time, and every video is built for one of them. I cut and schedule the work, you approve each piece before it posts, and the monthly report shows which videos brought people in.

What I plan, film and post
Video marketing covers more than a camera day. Each piece has a stage, a platform, a call to action and a place on the calendar before anyone films it. These are the parts of the work I run myself.
Funnel-stage video plan
Every video starts with the stage it serves: a stranger who needs to know you exist, a prospect comparing options, or a buyer ready to call.
Filming and editing
I film with the business in view and cut the footage into short and long versions. Larger crews are scoped separately.
Read more →Captions and cutdowns
One shoot becomes several cuts, each captioned for sound-off viewing, with a cover frame that suits its platform.
Posting calendar
One calendar lists every video, its platform, its stage and its approval date. You see it before anything posts.
Monthly readout
The report lists views, clicks and inquiries by video, so you can see which clips brought calls and which only brought views.
Source files and releases
You receive the raw footage, the finished cuts and a written list of who appears on camera and which releases were signed.
Does Video Marketing Bring in Customers
Videos with views and no calls
Most owners who buy video get a folder of finished files and a view count. The views go up, the phone does not, and nobody can say which video was supposed to bring the call. The spend is real and the output is real. The link between them is what is missing.
That gap is why I plan video by stage before I film. A view from a stranger and a booked consult are different results. They need different videos, different calls to action and different numbers on the report, and a single highlight reel cannot do both jobs.

Video Marketing Approval Process
Nothing posts before you approve it
Everything runs through one calendar with one approval step. You see each script, cut and thumbnail before it goes live, and you can ask for a change while it is still a draft. A video that does not match how you talk about your practice or your business does not go out.

Social Video Work Samples
Real output, labeled for what it was
The Quotible work is a testimonial-led social series. I built it as a system of posts and carousels from real customer quotes, so each post traces back to something a customer actually said. It is social content, not video, and I label it that way.
The Desert Inn Oasis mark and the Mili Pharma identity are brand work. Their websites are still in build, so I do not show a finished site for either one.

Video Funnel Stage Map
Which video does which job
| Funnel stage | What the video does | What the report reads |
|---|---|---|
| Awareness | Shows the business and the people in it to strangers | Reach and watch time, read as context only |
| Consideration | Answers one question a buyer asks before calling | Clicks to the service page and time on page |
| Decision | Shows a process or a result a buyer can check | Form fills and booked calls from video traffic |
| Return | Speaks to past clients and asks for the review | Repeat contacts and reviews requested after a job |
How a Video Project Runs
Five steps from plan to report
The steps are the same for a single clip and for a year of content. Each one ends with a document you can keep.
- Step 01
Plan
I name the funnel stage, the platform and the one call to action for each video, and write them down.
- Step 02
Script
I send the script before filming, so nothing is shot that you have not read.
- Step 03
Approve
You approve the cut and the thumbnail. Nothing goes to a platform without that written approval.
- Step 04
Publish
Each video posts on its calendar date with captions and its tracked link already in place.
- Step 05
Report
The monthly readout ties views and clicks to inquiries, with the source numbers linked so you can check them.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we ended up working with Justin for some AI consulting on how to structure our operations. He laid out a clear plan, didn't overcomplicate it, and we've been running smoother since. Good fit for a service business. He knows Las Vegas and he knows this stuff.

Justin joined our team a few months before opening to replace a marketing agency that wasn’t performing. He stepped up fast. Within weeks he launched a fully redesigned website with new brand guidelines, built and delivered our marketing plan and AI strategy, and helped implement our system architecture so we could open on time. Since then, he’s made several critical enhancements to the site that helped us generate revenue in our first month. His engagement was supposed to end at opening, but he became such an integral part of our leadership team that we kept him on to help evolve our marketing and tech strategy as we grow. He’s easy to work with, pushes back when it matters, and moves easily between strategy, delivery, and operations depending on what’s needed. If you’re looking for a deeply experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated marketing, AI, or technology consultant, I highly recommend Justin Harris AI Consulting.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we reached out to Justin for some AI consulting advice on where our service business could actually use automation. He was straightforward about what made sense and what didn't. Ended up being a useful conversation. Las Vegas has no shortage of people claiming to be experts, and he's one of the few who could back it up.

He actually understands how AI automation works at a practical level, not just the theory. The kind of person who gives you a straight answer with kindness and patience

Knew Justin before he started building AI systems for businesses, and watching what he's put together is genuinely impressive. He built out an AI automation setup for my website in Las Vegas and it changed how we handle leads completely. The guy actually runs this stuff himself, so he knows what works.

Video Marketing Cost Drivers
What the scope prices
I quote a fixed price for a written scope after a free look at what you need, so the number you agree to is the number you pay. A monthly plan for a single clinic and a one-off shoot for a law office are different jobs, so no price list would fit both. These are the things that move the scope.

- How many videos a month and on which platforms
- How many filming days on site
- Editing, captions and cutdowns
- Paid promotion, if you want it
- Usage rights and the raw file handover
Video Rights and Ownership
Who owns the files
You own the finished videos, the source footage and the captions. A written release is kept for every person who appears on camera. Before a video posts, I check the platform rules for paid and branded content. That is a marketing check, not legal advice, and your attorney has the final word on any claim a video makes.

Video for Professional Practices
Who I plan video for
Professional practices use video to show a process a buyer cannot see: what a first visit covers, how a case moves, what the next step looks like. I plan those videos around the questions the front desk hears most often.
Professional services
Attorneys, accountants and advisors use short explainers to answer the first question a prospect asks.
