Moving Company Advertising Las Vegas

Ad spend traced to moves

Moving company advertising in Las Vegas should show what each dollar bought, down to the booked move. I plan the search, local and social ads, set the budget around your busy months and score each lead before you pay for the next one.

Where moving ad money goes

Spend that ends in a quote

A moving company can spend a lot of money on ads and still not know which ad booked a move. The clicks look busy, the quote requests arrive in bursts, and the bookings come in through the phone with no source attached. The owner sees a monthly charge and a feeling that something is working.

The fix is not a bigger budget. It is a line from each ad to the quote it produced and from the quote to the booked move, so every dollar has an outcome you can check.

Search ads for moving searches

Paid search for move words

Search ads for movers bid on the words people type when they need a move now: movers near me, a named neighborhood, a long-distance route or an office move. Each ad group should match one of those intents, with its own landing page and its own quote question.

I keep the search terms report open every week. Words that bring in browsers who never ask for a price get removed, and words that produce booked moves get more room in the budget.

Local services ads for movers

Lead ads with a lead definition

Local services ads are priced per lead the platform counts, so the first step is agreeing with you on what counts as a real lead. A useful definition includes a name, a phone number, a move date and an origin. A request for a price with no date is a different thing, and it should be scored differently.

Business verification and the service areas you enter decide where these ads show. I check both against the crews you actually run, because a lead from an area you do not serve is spend with no move at the end of it.

An owner at work in a modern office

Social and display for moving companies

Awareness that still answers to bookings

Social and display ads can make a moving company familiar to people who will need a mover in a few months, especially around the busy season. Their results are harder to read, so each campaign gets a plain question before it starts: does it add quote requests or only visits?

If a social campaign adds visits but no quotes, it either moves to a retargeting audience with a clear offer or it stops. I do not keep spending on awareness that never shows up in the calendar.

GIOSTAR brand hub, a system I built

Move-season budgets

Spend that follows the calendar

Owners tell me the busy months first, and the budget follows that calendar. I ask for the last two years of bookings by week before I suggest a split, because a budget built on a guessed season will spend in the wrong weeks.

The plan is written before the spend starts, with the weeks that get more budget, the sources that get it and the sources that have to earn it back. When the season changes, the plan changes on the same page.

A business owner reviewing work on a phone

Quote quality scoring

A score for every lead

Move date given

A request with a real date is worth more than one asking only for a price. The score drops for vague or far-off dates.

Service area matched

The origin and destination fall inside the areas and routes you run. Leads outside them are flagged before a crew is booked for them.

Contact complete

A name and a working phone number, with the best time to call if the form asks for one.

Booked or lost

Each scored lead is marked booked, lost or still open, so the score can be checked against what actually happened.

Ad copy and moving rules

Claims that need a second look

Ad copy for a moving company touches price, insurance, licensing and the carrier's own name, and those are the lines regulators and platforms look at first. I write for the buyer's questions and mark every claim about price, coverage or credentials for your counsel or compliance adviser before it runs.

I do not tell you an ad is compliant. I tell you which lines need review and why, and I keep the approval record with the campaign.

GIOSTAR: the clinic website, booking and lead tracking

I built and run giostarwellness.com for a regenerative medicine and wellness clinic in Henderson: every service page, online booking, financing and a blog. A website lead is tracked end to end, from the form to a booked consult to an active patient, with no manual steps. I also built its live brand hub, so every page, post and print piece pulls the same colours, type and rules.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we ended up working with Justin for some AI consulting on how to structure our operations. He laid out a clear plan, didn't overcomplicate it, and we've been running smoother since. Good fit for a service business. He knows Las Vegas and he knows this stuff.

Justin joined our team a few months before opening to replace a marketing agency that wasn’t performing. He stepped up fast. Within weeks he launched a fully redesigned website with new brand guidelines, built and delivered our marketing plan and AI strategy, and helped implement our system architecture so we could open on time. Since then, he’s made several critical enhancements to the site that helped us generate revenue in our first month. His engagement was supposed to end at opening, but he became such an integral part of our leadership team that we kept him on to help evolve our marketing and tech strategy as we grow. He’s easy to work with, pushes back when it matters, and moves easily between strategy, delivery, and operations depending on what’s needed. If you’re looking for a deeply experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated marketing, AI, or technology consultant, I highly recommend Justin Harris AI Consulting.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we reached out to Justin for some AI consulting advice on where our service business could actually use automation. He was straightforward about what made sense and what didn't. Ended up being a useful conversation. Las Vegas has no shortage of people claiming to be experts, and he's one of the few who could back it up.

Knew Justin before he started building AI systems for businesses, and watching what he's put together is genuinely impressive. He built out an AI automation setup for my website in Las Vegas and it changed how we handle leads completely. The guy actually runs this stuff himself, so he knows what works.

Closest work and what it was not

Adjacent work, stated plainly

I have not run paid ads for a moving company, so I do not claim results for one. The closest brand work I have is the Desert Inn Oasis mark for a Las Vegas event venue, which is finished brand work and not a campaign I ran.

The lead tracking method I use on other clients is the part that carries over: each ad connected to a form, each form connected to a booking, and a readout in your numbers.
