Gym Website Design Las Vegas

A site that books trials

Gym website design in Las Vegas should answer three questions on one screen: what the classes are, when they meet and how to start a trial. I build the site, connect the trial signup to tracking, and show the owner which page produced each sign-up.

Gym Website Layout

A gym site is a schedule first

A gym website has one job that a visitor can see on the first screen: the schedule and the way to start. Many gym sites put a video and a motivational line above both, so the visitor has to scroll for the answer they came for.

I design the first screen around the class schedule, the location, the opening times in plain words and a trial button that works on a phone. The brand and the photos come second, and they still matter.

Gym Website Services

What the site has to do

A gym site has to do six things before it looks good, and the look is the last of them.

GIOSTAR homepage, a website I built
  • Show the class schedule with times and instructors
  • Let a visitor request a trial or book from a phone
  • Route every form to the front desk inbox and the gym's CRM, if it has one
  • Tag every trial sign-up and call to the page that produced it
  • Give each coach and signature class its own page for search
  • Let staff change class times without a ticket

Boutique Gym Website Design

Small studios and full gyms

A studio and a full-service gym need different sites, even when both sell the same first class.

Boutique studios

A studio with a few classes a day needs a schedule that is easy to edit and a trial page that does not look like a franchise.

Full-service gyms

A larger gym needs separate pages for memberships, classes, personal training and the amenities a visitor asks about first.

Coach and trainer pages

Each coach gets a page with a photo, the certifications they hold and the classes they teach, which is the page a returning member searches for by name.

Trial and tour requests

The trial form asks only for what the front desk needs, so the first contact is quick on a phone.

Schedule updates

Staff can change class times and add a seasonal session without a ticket, and the change shows on the site the same day.

Gym Trial Signup Flow

From first visit to first class

The signup flow is built to get a visitor from the first screen to a booked first class, and each step is tracked.

  1. Step 01

    The first screen

The visitor sees what the classes are, when they meet and a trial button, all above the fold on a phone.

  2. Step 02

    The trial form

The form asks for a name, a phone number and the class wanted, and it sends the request to the inbox the front desk checks.

  3. Step 03

    The confirmation

The visitor gets a confirmation and a clear next step, such as what to wear and when to arrive.

  4. Step 04

    The follow-up

A short follow-up sequence for trial visitors can be set up, written by the gym and checked before it goes live.

  5. Step 05

    The tracking

Each trial form and tap-to-call is tagged to the page that produced it, so the owner sees which pages bring trials.

Gym Website Cost

What the scope includes

I quote a fixed price for a written scope after reading the gym's current site and its trial path. A studio with one schedule and a small gym with a booking system need different work, so no single number fits both.

A storefront street in the Valley
  • How many class and coach pages the site needs
  • Whether the schedule has to sync with a booking system
  • Membership pages that change often
  • Photography or video the gym has to produce
  • Moving an existing site without losing its search history

Closest Gym Work

No gym build to show yet

I have not built a gym website, so I do not claim one. The closest builds are a healthcare clinic website in Henderson that takes online bookings and tracks each lead to a booked visit, and a Las Vegas web design brand with a four-step booking form. Those show the booking and tracking work, not gym content.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we ended up working with Justin for some AI consulting on how to structure our operations. He laid out a clear plan, didn't overcomplicate it, and we've been running smoother since. Good fit for a service business. He knows Las Vegas and he knows this stuff.

Justin joined our team a few months before opening to replace a marketing agency that wasn’t performing. He stepped up fast. Within weeks he launched a fully redesigned website with new brand guidelines, built and delivered our marketing plan and AI strategy, and helped implement our system architecture so we could open on time. Since then, he’s made several critical enhancements to the site that helped us generate revenue in our first month. His engagement was supposed to end at opening, but he became such an integral part of our leadership team that we kept him on to help evolve our marketing and tech strategy as we grow. He’s easy to work with, pushes back when it matters, and moves easily between strategy, delivery, and operations depending on what’s needed. If you’re looking for a deeply experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated marketing, AI, or technology consultant, I highly recommend Justin Harris AI Consulting.

From what I've seen, Justin knows the AI automation space better than most people I've come across in Las Vegas. He's the kind of person who actually understands the technical side and can explain it without making you feel lost. Good guy, good reputation.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we reached out to Justin for some AI consulting advice on where our service business could actually use automation. He was straightforward about what made sense and what didn't. Ended up being a useful conversation. Las Vegas has no shortage of people claiming to be experts, and he's one of the few who could back it up.

Knew Justin before he started building AI systems for businesses, and watching what he's put together is genuinely impressive. He built out an AI automation setup for my website in Las Vegas and it changed how we handle leads completely. The guy actually runs this stuff himself, so he knows what works.

What a Gym Website Report Shows

The monthly page owners read

The report is a plain page the owner can check against the front desk's sign-up sheet.

An owner at work in a modern office
  • Trial requests and calls by page and by class
  • Schedule page visits compared with trial requests
  • Mobile speed and any form that failed to send
  • Pages visitors read before they requested a trial
  • Edits the team made and edits I made

Gym Website Launch Checks

What I check before launch

Every launch runs the same list, and the owner gets the completed list with the logins, so each item can be seen as done.

GIOSTAR brand hub, a system I built
  • Every form delivers to the right inbox from a phone and a laptop
  • Tap-to-call works on every page
  • Old addresses redirect to the new pages
  • Schedule and membership pages are checked against the gym's own list
  • Accessibility tested against WCAG 2.2 AA, with open items written down
  • Load speed measured on a mobile connection

Gym Website Brand and Photos

Photos that look like the gym

Stock photos of a generic weight room tell a visitor nothing about the gym they could join. I use the gym's own photos of its classes, coaches and space, and I ask for consent from every person who appears in them.

Brand colors, type and logo are set once and reused, so a new page or a new class card looks like the rest of the site without a designer's time.
