Chiropractor Website Design

A site that shows its visits

Chiropractor website design is the work of building a practice site that patients can use from a phone and that reports which forms and calls turned into a first visit. I design and build it myself, and you keep the domain, the hosting and every login.

Chiropractic Website Company

A handsome site that cannot show its visits

Ask a chiropractic owner what the website did last month and most of them pause. Somebody built it, it looks fine and a monthly invoice may still arrive. Nobody can say how many people read the new patient page or how many of them filled in the form.

The site is rarely the problem. The trouble is that it went live without a way to count the visits that matter, so the owner cannot tell whether the money is working.

Chiropractor Website Design Template

Why a template site stops short

Many chiropractic sites start from a template, and templates are fine for a first draft. The trouble comes later: the forms send to an inbox nobody watches, the booking widget sits on a separate domain, and every change needs a ticket to a company that holds the login.

Chiropractic website templates also tend to look alike. A patient who has seen three practices in a week remembers the one that explains its first visit in plain words, and a template rarely does that without rework.

Chiropractor Website Design Services

What I build for a chiropractic practice

Each piece ends with something you can open, test and keep.

Homepage and service pages

A homepage that says who the practice treats and where, then one page for each service patients ask about, with the next step visible on a phone.

Online booking and intake forms

Booking and new patient forms that work on a phone, send to the right inbox and open the intake paperwork without a second login.

Tracked calls and forms

Tap-to-call and every form traced to the page it came from, so the monthly readout can name the source of a first visit.

Phone-first layout

Every page designed at phone width first, with the phone number, the address and the booking button within a thumb's reach.

Accessibility to WCAG 2.2 AA

Contrast, alt text, keyboard use and form labels tested, with anything still open written down for the practice.

Handover and ownership

The domain, hosting and every login in your name, with written notes on how the site is set up and how to edit it.

Best Chiropractor Website Design

What a good chiropractic site does first

A good chiropractic site answers three questions before a patient reads anything else: what the practice treats, who the clinicians are, and what happens at the first visit. Design comes second, because a handsome page that hides the booking button loses the patient who came to book.

The best site is the one the practice can keep working on. Staff should be able to swap a photo, add a provider or change the hours without calling the designer.

GIOSTAR: the clinic website, booking and lead tracking

I built and run giostarwellness.com for a regenerative medicine and wellness clinic in Henderson: every service page, online booking, financing and a blog. A website lead is tracked end to end, from the form to a booked consult to an active patient, with no manual steps. I also built its live brand hub, so every page, post and print piece pulls the same colours, type and rules.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we ended up working with Justin for some AI consulting on how to structure our operations. He laid out a clear plan, didn't overcomplicate it, and we've been running smoother since. Good fit for a service business. He knows Las Vegas and he knows this stuff.

Justin joined our team a few months before opening to replace a marketing agency that wasn’t performing. He stepped up fast. Within weeks he launched a fully redesigned website with new brand guidelines, built and delivered our marketing plan and AI strategy, and helped implement our system architecture so we could open on time. Since then, he’s made several critical enhancements to the site that helped us generate revenue in our first month. His engagement was supposed to end at opening, but he became such an integral part of our leadership team that we kept him on to help evolve our marketing and tech strategy as we grow. He’s easy to work with, pushes back when it matters, and moves easily between strategy, delivery, and operations depending on what’s needed. If you’re looking for a deeply experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated marketing, AI, or technology consultant, I highly recommend Justin Harris AI Consulting.

From what I've seen, Justin knows the AI automation space better than most people I've come across in Las Vegas. He's the kind of person who actually understands the technical side and can explain it without making you feel lost. Good guy, good reputation.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we reached out to Justin for some AI consulting advice on where our service business could actually use automation. He was straightforward about what made sense and what didn't. Ended up being a useful conversation. Las Vegas has no shortage of people claiming to be experts, and he's one of the few who could back it up.

Knew Justin before he started building AI systems for businesses, and watching what he's put together is genuinely impressive. He built out an AI automation setup for my website in Las Vegas and it changed how we handle leads completely. The guy actually runs this stuff himself, so he knows what works.

Medical Clinic Website Work

The closest work I have done

The closest build I have is GIOSTAR, a regenerative medicine and wellness clinic in Henderson. I built its website, online booking and service pages, and a website lead is tracked from the form to a booked consult. That is a medical practice, not a chiropractic office, so no chiropractic result is claimed here.

WebVegas, my own Las Vegas web design brand, is the other full site I run, with a four-step booking form that hands each lead a free walkthrough. Both show the method I use: tracked forms, a phone-first layout and logins handed over on day one.

A storefront street in the Valley

Chiropractic Intake Page

What a first visit page explains

Patients who are unsure about a first visit leave a site without booking. The intake page answers what to bring, how long the visit takes, what the paperwork asks, how insurance is handled and what happens after the first session.

The clinicians approve every clinical sentence on that page. I handle the structure, the links from the booking form and the tracking that shows whether the page brings visits.

Chiropractor Website Design Cost

What moves the price

I quote a fixed price for a written scope after I have seen the current site and the booking setup. A solo practice with five pages is a different job from a group with several locations and a patient portal, so a price list would be wrong for both.

An owner at work in a modern office
  • How many unique page designs the site needs, more than how many pages it has
  • Who writes the copy and whether photos or video have to be produced
  • Booking, intake and payment integrations with the tools the practice already uses
  • Moving an existing site without losing the search history that works
  • Accessibility work to a stated WCAG level, with a written record
  • Tracking depth, from a monthly page to a review call

Chiropractor Website Design Process

How a build runs, step by step

Each step ends with something you can open and look at.

  1. Step 01

    Look at what you have

I grade the current site and send a written read of what works, what is broken and what is missing, before any payment.

  2. Step 02

    Agree the scope in writing

Pages, forms, integrations and timeline on one page. Changes to the scope change that page first.

  3. Step 03

    Design and write

I design the key pages and write the copy from the questions patients ask. You review real pages in a browser, not static mockups.

  4. Step 04

    Build, connect and test

Forms, booking and tracking are tested end to end, every page is checked on phones, and accessibility is measured before launch.

  5. Step 05

    Launch and hand over

The site goes live with redirects from the old one, the logins are handed over, and a written note explains how to edit it.

Website Design Rules for Chiropractors

Rules I design the site around

State board rules and platform policies limit what a chiropractic site can say about treatment outcomes, testimonials and online booking. I treat those as design considerations: what a page can claim, how a review is displayed and how a form is worded.

Whether a page meets a state rule is a question for the practice's counsel and board, not for me. I flag lines a clinician or counsel should check before launch.

Free Chiropractor Website Design

A free website grade first

I do not build sites for free, and I would be wary of anyone who does, because the cost turns up later in the hosting, the lock-in or the upsell. What I do for free is grade the current site and send a written read with the three changes I would make first. You get it the same day.

Chiropractor Website Designer

One person designs and builds the site

I am Justin Harris. I have built websites and run digital marketing for Las Vegas businesses for fourteen years, and I still build the sites myself. When you hire me, you talk to the person designing the pages and setting up the forms, not to an account manager in the middle.

A reviewer on my Google profile put it plainly: "The guy actually runs this stuff himself, so he knows what works."
