Chiropractor SEO

Search traffic I can show you

Chiropractor SEO is the work of getting a practice found when a patient searches for care nearby or for a condition the practice treats. I do that work myself, and I show you which first visits and bookings came from it.

Most chiropractors cannot read their SEO report

A chiropractic practice usually gets an SEO report every month. It has impressions, average positions and a line chart that goes up or down. What it rarely has is a straight answer to the question an owner actually asks: which patients found the practice through search, which page they read, and how many of them booked a first visit.

The owner's time goes to patients, so the report often gets filed unopened. The vendor who sent it is paid a monthly fee for work nobody can point to. The spend is real, and the owner cannot check what it bought.

Chiropractor SEO Review

What a review of my work shows you

Before I change anything, I review the practice's current search footprint: the website pages, the Google Business Profile, the directory listings that repeat the practice's name and address, and the pages patients land on from search. The review ends with a written list of what is working, what is broken and what I would fix first. You get it before you spend anything.

Then I work from that list. Each change goes live with a date, and the monthly readout shows which visits and bookings came after it. If a change does not move anything, the readout says so and the next change is chosen from the numbers.

What I do for a chiropractic practice

Most of the work sits in six tasks. Each one ends with something you can open and check.

Condition and technique pages

Pages for the conditions and care patients search for, written to the questions they ask. Clinical claims stay with the clinicians, who approve every line.

Google Business Profile

Categories, services, hours, photos and posts kept accurate, so the map listing matches the website and the phone number at the front desk.

Reviews and replies

Replies written in the practice's own voice, and a simple request process that follows Google's review rules.

Site structure and speed

Titles, headings, mobile speed, internal links and structured data, checked page by page and listed in the readout.

Booking and call tracking

Calls, forms and online booking traced back to the page and the search that produced them.

Medical Clinic Website Work

The closest work I have done

The closest build I have is GIOSTAR, a regenerative medicine and wellness clinic in Henderson. I built and run its website, its online booking and its service pages, and a website lead is tracked from the form to a booked consult. That is a medical practice, not a chiropractic office, so I do not claim chiropractic results from it.

What carried over is the method: write the pages from patient questions, track each step, and hand over every login. No chiropractic client case is claimed on this page.

Work I built, live where you can check it

Every build below is real and every link goes to the live work. Two of the five are full websites I built and still run. The other three are brand and content work, two of them for sites that are in build now, and each card says which.

GIOSTAR: the clinic website, booking and lead tracking

I built and run giostarwellness.com for a regenerative medicine and wellness clinic in Henderson: every service page, online booking, financing and a blog. A website lead is tracked end to end, from the form to a booked consult to an active patient, with no manual steps. I also built its live brand hub, so every page, post and print piece pulls the same colours, type and rules.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we ended up working with Justin for some AI consulting on how to structure our operations. He laid out a clear plan, didn't overcomplicate it, and we've been running smoother since. Good fit for a service business. He knows Las Vegas and he knows this stuff.

Justin joined our team a few months before opening to replace a marketing agency that wasn’t performing. He stepped up fast. Within weeks he launched a fully redesigned website with new brand guidelines, built and delivered our marketing plan and AI strategy, and helped implement our system architecture so we could open on time. Since then, he’s made several critical enhancements to the site that helped us generate revenue in our first month. His engagement was supposed to end at opening, but he became such an integral part of our leadership team that we kept him on to help evolve our marketing and tech strategy as we grow. He’s easy to work with, pushes back when it matters, and moves easily between strategy, delivery, and operations depending on what’s needed. If you’re looking for a deeply experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated marketing, AI, or technology consultant, I highly recommend Justin Harris AI Consulting.

Chiropractor SEO Call

A call before any contract

Bring the web address, the Google listing and last month's SEO report, if you have one. I will walk through what the report says and what I would change, with no obligation to hire me.

The call is also the moment to ask anything about how the work is tracked, who writes the pages and what happens if you stop.

Chiropractor SEO Process

How an SEO engagement runs

Each step ends with a document you keep, whether or not you hire me.

  1. Step 01

    Review the current search footprint

I read the site, the Google listing and the analytics, then send a written review with the first three fixes.

  2. Step 02

    Agree the scope in writing

Pages, listings, tracking and reporting, on one page. If the scope changes, the page changes first.

  3. Step 03

    Write and fix the pages

Condition and technique pages are written from patient questions, then reviewed by the clinicians before they go live.

  4. Step 04

Track every visit to a booking

Calls, forms and bookings are connected to the page and search that produced them, and tested end to end before launch.

  5. Step 05

    Report and adjust each month

Each readout names what changed, what it produced and what comes next. Work that moves nothing gets changed.

Chiropractor SEO Pricing

What moves the price

I quote a fixed price for a written scope after I have seen the site and the listings. A single-provider practice with a clean site is a different job from a group with several locations and a rebuild ahead of it, so a price list would be wrong for both. These are the things that move the number, so you can judge any quote, mine included.

An owner at work in a modern office
  • How many locations and providers the practice has
  • How many condition and technique pages need writing
  • How much of the current site has to be rebuilt before search work can help
  • Google Business Profile work across more than one location
  • How deep the readout goes, from a monthly page to a review call
  • Whether online booking and call tracking already exist

Affordable Chiropractor SEO

A scope sized to the practice

Affordable, for a chiropractic practice, means a scope that fits the office: one provider or a few locations, a clear page list and a readout the owner can read in ten minutes. It does not mean skipping the tracking, because the tracking is the part that shows whether the spend is working. If a quote leaves tracking out, ask why before you sign.

Best Chiropractor SEO

What separates a good chiropractor SEO plan

A good plan starts from what patients type, not from a list of keywords with search volumes beside them. It names the pages that will carry the work, the listings that have to match the website and the visits that count as a result. It also says what the plan will not do.

The weakest plans hide behind activity: many posts, many links and a report that counts both and never mentions a booking.

A business owner reviewing work on a phone

Chiropractic SEO Pages

Condition and technique pages I write

Patients search for a condition before they search for a chiropractor. Neck pain, back pain, headaches, sciatica, sports injuries, pregnancy care and car accident care are typical starting points, and each one can have a page that explains what a first visit looks like.

Technique and service pages follow the same pattern: what the care involves, who it suits, what to bring, how insurance is handled and how to book. Each page is reviewed by the practice's own clinicians before it is published, because the clinical wording belongs to them.

GIOSTAR homepage, a website I built

Chiropractor SEO Keywords

The searches I map first

Keyword research starts with search volume and the questions patients ask, then sorts them by intent: finding a provider nearby, understanding a condition, comparing care options and booking a visit. Each group gets one page, so two pages do not compete for the same search.

A useful check is to read the page title, the H1 and the first paragraph and ask whether a patient would expect that page to answer the search. If the answer is no, the term belongs on a different page or in a different section. Each keyword gets one owner, and the owner's job is to answer the question behind it.

Chiropractic Practice Owners

Owners who want to see the work

This page is for chiropractic owners in three positions: the owner of a solo practice who wants a steady flow of new patients, the owner of a group with several providers who wants one readout for all of them, and the owner who already pays for SEO and cannot say what it bought.

I answer to that owner directly. I do not hand the account to a junior team, and I do not sell a package the practice has to fit itself around.

SEO Consultant for Chiropractors

One person does the SEO work

I am Justin Harris. I have built websites and run digital marketing for Las Vegas businesses for fourteen years, and I still do the SEO work myself. When you hire me, you talk to the person writing the pages and reading the analytics, not to a sales rep who passes the account on.

A reviewer on my Google profile put it plainly: "The guy actually runs this stuff himself, so he knows what works."

An owner at work in a modern office

Chiropractor Marketing Services

Other services for chiropractic owners

Each service has its own page. This one covers search. The others cover the parent hub, the website, the ads and the flagship web design work.

Chiropractor Advertising Rules

Rules I design the search work around

Chiropractic offices work under state board rules on advertising, and the search platforms have their own limits on health claims, testimonials and review requests. I treat those as marketing considerations: what a page can say, what a review request can ask and how a booking form is worded.

Whether any page or ad meets a state rule is a question for the practice's own counsel and board, not for me. I write the search work so the claims come from the clinicians, and I flag any line I think a clinician or counsel should look at before it goes live.
