Therapist SEO

Inquiries I can count

Therapist SEO is the work of helping people who search for a therapist in the Valley find a practice's own pages, read them calmly and send an inquiry. I write the pages and track inquiries by source, and I never collect client details to do it.

Why SEO Reports Go Unread

Why owners cannot read their SEO report

A therapy practice usually gets a monthly SEO report with impressions, rankings and traffic charts. What it rarely shows is how many people read the page about the practice's approach, and how many of them sent an inquiry that became a first session.

The owner is busy with clients, so the report often goes unread. The agency that sent it works from a dashboard the owner cannot open, and the spend stays hard to judge.

Therapist SEO Review

What a review of my work shows you

Before I change anything, I review the practice's search footprint: the website pages, the directory profiles, the listings that repeat the practice's name and location, and the pages people land on from search. The review ends with a written list of what works, what is unclear and what I would fix first.

I check every page against the practice's own licensing language and privacy practices. Anything that needs a clinician's or counsel's judgment is marked, not guessed.

Therapist SEO Services

What I do for a therapy practice

Most of the work sits in six tasks. Each one ends with something you can open and check.

Specialty and modality pages

Pages for the concerns and approaches the practice offers, written in plain, non-clinical language that a worried person can read calmly.

Location and insurance pages

Clear pages for the Valley neighborhoods served and the insurance panels accepted, kept accurate as the panels change.

Directory profile upkeep

Profiles kept consistent with the website, so the name, address and services match everywhere a person might look.

Google Business Profile

Categories, hours, services and photos kept accurate, with the practice's own content and no client images.

Inquiry tracking by source

Inquiries counted by page and search, with no names, session notes or health details stored in the analytics.

Therapy Practice Work

The closest work I have done

I have not built or run search work for a therapy practice before, so no therapy client case is claimed here. The closest build is GIOSTAR, a Henderson regenerative medicine and wellness clinic where I built the website, the online booking and the service pages. It is a medical practice, so no therapy result is claimed from it.

WebVegas, my own Las Vegas web design brand, is the other full site I run, with a booking form built to ask only for what a first step needs.

Work I built, live where you can check it

Every build below is real and every link goes to the live work. Two of the five are full websites I built and still run. The other three are brand and content work, two of them for sites that are in build now, and each card says which.

GIOSTAR: the clinic website, booking and lead tracking

I built and run giostarwellness.com for a regenerative medicine and wellness clinic in Henderson: every service page, online booking, financing and a blog. A website lead is tracked end to end, from the form to a booked consult to an active patient, with no manual steps. I also built its live brand hub, so every page, post and print piece pulls the same colours, type and rules.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we ended up working with Justin for some AI consulting on how to structure our operations. He laid out a clear plan, didn't overcomplicate it, and we've been running smoother since. Good fit for a service business. He knows Las Vegas and he knows this stuff.

Justin joined our team a few months before opening to replace a marketing agency that wasn’t performing. He stepped up fast. Within weeks he launched a fully redesigned website with new brand guidelines, built and delivered our marketing plan and AI strategy, and helped implement our system architecture so we could open on time. Since then, he’s made several critical enhancements to the site that helped us generate revenue in our first month. His engagement was supposed to end at opening, but he became such an integral part of our leadership team that we kept him on to help evolve our marketing and tech strategy as we grow. He’s easy to work with, pushes back when it matters, and moves easily between strategy, delivery, and operations depending on what’s needed. If you’re looking for a deeply experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated marketing, AI, or technology consultant, I highly recommend Justin Harris AI Consulting.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we reached out to Justin for some AI consulting advice on where our service business could actually use automation. He was straightforward about what made sense and what didn't. Ended up being a useful conversation. Therapist SEO Report

What the monthly readout shows

The readout uses counts only. It names the pages changed, the inquiries each page produced by source, and the next pages to work on. The layout stays the same from month to month, so you can compare one with the next.

What it measuresImpressions, average position and trafficInquiries and bookings by page and search

Therapist SEO Call

A call before any contract

Bring the web address, the directory profiles and last month's inquiry counts if you have them. I will walk through what the numbers say and what I would change, with no obligation to hire me.

Therapist SEO Process

How an SEO engagement runs

Each step ends with a document you keep, whether or not you hire me.

  1. Step 01

    Review the search footprint

I read the site, the profiles and the inquiry counts, then send a written review with the first three fixes.

  2. Step 02

    Agree the scope in writing

Pages, profiles, tracking and reporting on one page, with the privacy limits written in.

  3. Step 03

    Write and fix the pages

Pages written in plain language and checked against the practice's licensing language before they go live.

  4. Step 04

    Track inquiries without client data

Counts by page and source, tested end to end, with the analytics set to store no private details.

  5. Step 05

    Report and adjust each month

Each readout names what changed, what it produced and what comes next, in counts only.

Therapist SEO Pricing

What moves the price

I quote a fixed price for a written scope after I have seen the site, the profiles and the practice's licensing and privacy setup. A solo clinician with a clean profile is a different job from a group with several clinicians and a rebuild ahead, so a price list would be wrong for both.

GIOSTAR homepage, a website I built
  • How many clinicians and specialties the practice promotes
  • How many specialty and location pages need writing
  • Whether the directory profiles need cleanup
  • How much of the current site has to change first
  • How deep the readout goes, from a monthly page to a review call

Therapist SEO Keywords

The searches I map first

Keyword research starts with the questions people type when they look for help, then sorts them by intent: finding a therapist nearby, understanding an approach, checking insurance and asking about a first session. Each group gets one page, so two pages do not compete for the same search.

A storefront street in the Valley

Discretion in Search Work

Tone rules for the pages

Therapy pages stay calm. They never create urgency, never target a moment of crisis and never imply that a person's private struggle is a sales opportunity. They describe the practice, the approach and the first step, and they leave the client out of it.

Testimonials and client stories are not used on a therapy page unless the clinician and their board allow it, and I do not write or solicit them.

Therapy Practice Owners

Owners who want to see the work

This page is for therapy practice owners in three positions: the solo clinician who wants steady inquiries without a sales pitch, the group practice with several clinicians who wants one readout for all of them, and the owner who already pays for SEO and cannot say what it produced.

I answer to that owner directly. I do not hand the account to a junior team, and I do not sell a package the practice has to fit itself around.

SEO Consultant for Therapists

One person does the SEO work

I am Justin Harris. I have built websites and run digital marketing for Las Vegas businesses for fourteen years, and I still do the SEO work myself. When you hire me, you talk to the person writing the pages and reading the counts, not to a sales rep who passes the account on.

A reviewer on my Google profile put it plainly: "The guy actually runs this stuff himself, so he knows what works."
