Chiropractor Advertising

Ad spend I can trace

Chiropractor advertising is the paid search, social and retargeting work that puts a practice in front of patients who are ready to book. I run it myself and tie each click and call to a first visit, so the spend has a line you can read.

Chiropractic Marketing Ideas

Ad spend with no line to a visit

Most chiropractic owners who run ads get a dashboard full of clicks, impressions and cost per click. Few can say which ad produced the first visit that paid for the month, or whether the ad sent people to a page that could book them.

The spend runs on autopilot, the account sits with an agency or a freelancer, and the owner pays without seeing a line that connects the money to a patient. That gap is the one I start with.

What a good ad account shows

A good account names the offer each ad makes, the page it lands on and the call or booking it should produce. Each campaign has a clear job: fill open chairs for a specific visit, or educate a patient who is still comparing options.

The owner should be able to open the ad account, see the same numbers I see and read the notes on every change.

What I run for a chiropractic practice

Each part of the work ends with something you can open and check.

Search ads for care

Search campaigns for the conditions and visits patients type, with negative keywords that stop wasted clicks and a landing page for each group.

Local social ads

Paid social aimed at people in the practice's service area, with creative that shows the clinic, the team and the first visit in plain words.

Retargeting for visitors

Reminders for people who read a service page and left without booking, with frequency limits so the ads do not follow them around.

Landing pages per offer

A page for each offer or condition, measured on its own, so the owner knows which page earned the spend.

Call and form tracking

Every call and form traced back to the ad, the keyword and the page, so the readout names what produced the first visit.

Budget and pause rules

A written budget, a stop rule for any ad that spends without producing calls, and a note on every change I make.

Medical Clinic Marketing Work

The closest work I have done

The closest build I have is GIOSTAR, a regenerative medicine and wellness clinic in Henderson. I built its website, its online booking and its service pages, and a website lead is tracked from the form to a booked consult. That is a medical practice, not a chiropractic office, and it is a website build, not a paid campaign case.

I have not run paid campaigns for a chiropractic practice, so no ad result is claimed on this page. What I bring is the tracking method: each click and call traced to a visit.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we ended up working with Justin for some AI consulting on how to structure our operations. He laid out a clear plan, didn't overcomplicate it, and we've been running smoother since. Good fit for a service business. He knows Las Vegas and he knows this stuff.

Justin joined our team a few months before opening to replace a marketing agency that wasn’t performing. He stepped up fast. Within weeks he launched a fully redesigned website with new brand guidelines, built and delivered our marketing plan and AI strategy, and helped implement our system architecture so we could open on time. Since then, he’s made several critical enhancements to the site that helped us generate revenue in our first month. His engagement was supposed to end at opening, but he became such an integral part of our leadership team that we kept him on to help evolve our marketing and tech strategy as we grow. He’s easy to work with, pushes back when it matters, and moves easily between strategy, delivery, and operations depending on what’s needed. If you’re looking for a deeply experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated marketing, AI, or technology consultant, I highly recommend Justin Harris AI Consulting.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we reached out to Justin for some AI consulting advice on where our service business could actually use automation. He was straightforward about what made sense and what didn't. Ended up being a useful conversation. Las Vegas has no shortage of people claiming to be experts, and he's one of the few who could back it up.

Knew Justin before he started building AI systems for businesses, and watching what he's put together is genuinely impressive. He built out an AI automation setup for my website in Las Vegas and it changed how we handle leads completely. The guy actually runs this stuff himself, so he knows what works.

Offer and Education Ads

Offer ads and education ads, compared

An offer ad names a visit, an intake special or a consult and asks for the booking. An education ad explains a condition or a technique and earns the click from a patient who is still deciding. Each brings a different kind of visit, and each needs its own landing page to be judged fairly.

Chiropractor Advertising Report

What the monthly readout shows

The readout names the spend, the calls and bookings each ad produced, the pages they landed on and the changes made. It is written so the owner can compare one month with the next without a dashboard login.

GIOSTAR brand hub, a system I built
  • Spend by campaign, with the stop rule that applied
  • Calls and bookings by ad, keyword and landing page
  • Changes made this month and the result after each
  • The next three tests, in order, and why

Chiropractor Advertising Process

How an ad engagement runs

Each step ends with a document you keep, whether or not you hire me.

  1. Step 01

    Audit the current spend

I read the ad accounts, the tracking and the landing pages, then send a written read of where the money went.

  2. Step 02

    Set the offers and budget

Offers, budget, stop rules and conversion events agreed in writing before any new campaign goes live.

  3. Step 03

    Build and test campaigns

Campaigns and landing pages built and checked on phones, with one test running at a time so the result means something.

  4. Step 04

    Confirm the tracking

Test calls and test forms run end to end, so each booking is counted once and traced to its ad.

  5. Step 05

    Report and adjust monthly

Each readout names what was paused, what was kept and what comes next, with the reason written down.

Chiropractor Advertising Cost

What moves the price

I quote a fixed price for a written scope after I have seen the accounts and the offers. The media budget is paid to the platforms by the practice, and my scope is the work around it, so the two numbers are kept apart on every quote.

A business owner reviewing work on a phone
  • How many campaigns and offers run at once
  • How many landing pages need building or rebuilding
  • Whether call tracking and booking data already connect
  • How many locations the ads have to serve
  • How deep the monthly readout goes

Advertising Rules for Chiropractors

Rules I design the ads around

Advertising platforms restrict health claims, before-and-after imagery and certain targeting, and state board rules limit what a chiropractic practice can say about care. I treat those as marketing considerations that shape the creative and the offer.

Whether a given ad meets a state rule is a question for the practice's counsel and board. I flag any ad line a clinician or counsel should check before it runs.
