Programmatic Advertising Las Vegas

Every fee on its own line

I run Programmatic Advertising Las Vegas buys inside an account you own, with each platform fee shown as its own line. The sellers of the inventory are checked before a dollar is spent, and you get a written readout each month.

Is Programmatic Advertising Worth It

Where the programmatic fees go

Programmatic buying sells ad space automatically, one impression at a time, across thousands of sites and apps. For a business with real reach to buy, that can be efficient. For a local owner, it is often a report that shows a cost per thousand impressions and hides every fee that sits between the budget and the banner.

The usual cause is opacity. Several companies take a share of each buy, the share is folded into one blended rate, and the owner never sees how much reached a site. The budget looks like reach, and part of it went to the middle of the chain.

Before any budget goes in, I write the result as one action a person takes, such as a call, a form or a booking, and I write each fee as its own line. The action is what I report against, and the fees are shown next to it.

Programmatic Advertising Management

An account you own, run by me

I set up and run programmatic buys inside accounts registered to your business. Your team gets admin access from day one, so the accounts, the tracking and the audience lists stay with the business no matter who runs the day to day.

I handle the weekly work: audience settings, supply choices, bid and budget changes, the review of which sites and apps produced the defined action, and the written readout at the end of the month. You get the same view of the accounts that I use, so any number in my readout can be checked on the platform.

How Programmatic Fees Add Up

What the platforms take

A programmatic buy often passes through several companies: the platform that buys the impression, the exchange that sells it, the data provider that describes the audience and, sometimes, an agency fee on top. Each one may take a share, and some charge a fee for each impression rather than a share of the price.

I ask for every fee in writing before a buy goes live, and I show each one as its own line in the readout. The total cost of an impression is the price the site received plus every fee on the way, and the readout states that total in plain words, not as a single blended rate.

Where a fee cannot be explained, the buy does not start until it can be. Owners are entitled to know what their budget paid for, and a clear line for each fee is the simplest way to show it.

Ads.txt and Seller Checks

Check who sells the inventory

A site lists the companies allowed to sell its ad space in a file called ads.txt, and an industry registry called sellers.json describes those sellers. Both are public, and checking them is how I confirm that an impression came from a seller the publisher approved.

Inventory that fails those checks is excluded from the buy. A banner that appears on a site through an unapproved seller is a common source of wasted spend, and the check is cheap compared with paying for impressions nobody should have sold.

What I do on the account

Most owners hire me for programmatic for one of these six jobs, and each one leaves a record you can open.

Account and tracking setup

Accounts in your business name, the conversion tracking installed and tested, and the action each buy is measured against.

Fee schedule

Every platform, exchange and data fee written down before launch and shown as its own line in each readout.

Seller checks

Ads.txt and sellers.json checked for every site in the buy, with unapproved inventory excluded before spend.

Audience and supply settings

Audiences built from your own visitors and a short list of supply sources, reviewed each week for quality.

Weekly adjustment

Each week I pause the weak sources, move budget toward the ones producing the defined action, and log every change.

Monthly readout

One written page with the total cost per impression including fees, cost per action, what changed and what comes next.

Paid Ads Work Las Vegas

Work I built, live where you can check it

No programmatic buy is in my case file as a client case study, so I claim none. The builds below are real web and brand work, and they show the tracking habit I bring to every ad account.

GIOSTAR: the clinic website, booking and lead tracking

I built and run giostarwellness.com for a regenerative medicine and wellness clinic in Henderson: every service page, online booking, financing and a blog. A website lead is tracked end to end, from the form to a booked consult to an active patient, with no manual steps. I also built its live brand hub, so every page, post and print piece pulls the same colours, type and rules.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we ended up working with Justin for some AI consulting on how to structure our operations. He laid out a clear plan, didn't overcomplicate it, and we've been running smoother since. Good fit for a service business. He knows Las Vegas and he knows this stuff.

Justin joined our team a few months before opening to replace a marketing agency that wasn’t performing. He stepped up fast. Within weeks he launched a fully redesigned website with new brand guidelines, built and delivered our marketing plan and AI strategy, and helped implement our system architecture so we could open on time. Since then, he’s made several critical enhancements to the site that helped us generate revenue in our first month. His engagement was supposed to end at opening, but he became such an integral part of our leadership team that we kept him on to help evolve our marketing and tech strategy as we grow. He’s easy to work with, pushes back when it matters, and moves easily between strategy, delivery, and operations depending on what’s needed. If you’re looking for a deeply experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated marketing, AI, or technology consultant, I highly recommend Justin Harris AI Consulting.

Who Programmatic Suits

Brands with volume and a clear audience

Programmatic fits a business that has enough reach to buy and a clear audience to describe: a regional brand, a multi-location service company, a retailer with several stores or a franchise with a shared offer. It needs volume to learn, and a buy that is too small never gets past the learning stage.

It is a poor first channel for a single-location business with a small budget. Search or a managed display buy will usually reach the same people with less of the chain in between, and I say so on the first call.

How a Programmatic Test Runs

Fees and sellers first, then a small test

  1. Step 01

    Define the action

Choose the one result that counts before spend starts, and write down the total cost you can accept for it.

  2. Step 02

    Write the fee schedule

Get every fee in writing and confirm each one is shown as its own line in the readout.

  3. Step 03

    Check the sellers

Run ads.txt and sellers.json checks on the sites in the buy before the first impression is bought.

  4. Step 04

    Scale or stop

Budget moves only to sources that hit the agreed cost including fees. Losing sources are excluded and logged.

  5. Step 05

    Report monthly

A written readout with the fee lines, cost per action, the sources removed and the next test.

Programmatic Advertising Tracking

Results counted by action

The conversion is defined before launch, so the buy optimizes toward a result and not toward an impression. A visit to a page is not a conversion on its own. A booked call, a form or a purchase is, and it is tagged on the page where it happens.

The number I report each month is cost per defined action, with the fees included and the calls and forms from your own systems beside the platform count. On the GIOSTAR build, a website lead is tracked from the form to a booked consult to an active patient, with no manual step in between.

GIOSTAR brand hub, a system I built

Programmatic Advertising Cost

What moves the budget

Programmatic advertising pricing comes down to two separate lines. My work is a fixed price for a written scope, quoted after I look at your audience, your sources and your tracking. The media budget is what you choose to spend, and it is paid to the platforms and sellers, not to me.

The scope changes the price, so these are the things I price for. You can judge any quote this way, mine included.

A business owner reviewing work on a phone
  • How many platforms, exchanges and data sources the buy uses
  • Seller checks for each site in the buy, and how often they are repeated
  • Audience build from your own visitors, versus a broad audience
  • Tracking already in place, versus conversion setup from scratch
  • Reporting depth: a monthly readout, or a readout plus a call each week

Where I meet you

I work from Las Vegas and I am happy to meet in person anywhere from Summerlin to Henderson. Owners outside the Valley get the same process over a call and a shared project page, with the same fee schedule and readout.

Who Owns the Programmatic Account

The account stays with you

You are the owner of record. The accounts, tracking and audience lists are created under your business name, and your team gets admin access on day one. Invoices are addressed to your business, and the fee schedule goes with the account.

If you stop working with me, the accounts stay where they are. I hand over the access list, the fee schedule, the seller checks and the campaign notes, so the next person can pick up the same setup without starting over.
