LinkedIn Advertising Las Vegas
Leads you can trace
I run LinkedIn Advertising Las Vegas campaigns for professional firms, inside an ad account you own. Every lead is tagged to the campaign that produced it, and you get a written readout each month that you can check yourself.

Is LinkedIn Advertising Worth the Cost
Where the LinkedIn budget goes
Professional firms that try LinkedIn ads often hit the same wall. The campaign runs, the impressions look healthy, and the leads that arrive never reply to the first email. The owner is paying a premium per click and cannot tell whether the spend reached anyone who could buy.
The usual cause is the audience, not the platform. The targeting was broad, nobody agreed on what a qualified lead looked like, and the report counted form fills as success. A form fill from the wrong job title is cheap to collect and expensive to work.
Before any budget goes in, the qualified lead is written down in plain terms: the job title, the company size, the decision the person makes and the one action that proves interest. That definition is tracked from the ad to the record your team works from.

LinkedIn Ads Management
An account you own, run by me
I set up and run your LinkedIn ads in Campaign Manager, under an account registered to your business. Your team gets admin access from day one, so the ad account, the Insight Tag and the matched audiences stay with the business no matter who runs the day to day.
I handle the work each week: targeting, creative rotation, bid and budget settings, lead form review and the written readout at the end of the month. You get the same view of the account that I use, so any number in my report can be checked on the platform.

LinkedIn Audience Targeting
Who sees the ad and who does not
LinkedIn lets an advertiser target by job title, seniority, company size, industry and company name. That precision is the reason to buy the channel, and it is also the easiest place to waste money, because a narrow audience can run out of people and a wide one fills with the wrong ones.
I start with two or three audiences that match the buyer you can name, then widen one step at a time while the lead quality holds. Each audience is kept in its own campaign so the readout can show which one produced qualified leads and which one only produced volume.
Matched audiences from your own client list and your website visitors are added only where the privacy terms and your consent records allow it. Those lists are the fastest way to reach people who already know the firm.

LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms
The form that collects the lead
Lead Gen Forms sit inside LinkedIn and fill in from the member's profile, so the person submits in a few taps. That speed is useful, and it also produces leads who submitted on impulse. I set the form to ask one question that filters for the buyer, because a short form with a filter beats a long form nobody finishes.
The leads flow to your CRM or to an inbox you choose through a connected integration, and each lead carries the campaign name. If the integration fails, I say so in the readout rather than let a lead sit unseen in the platform.

LinkedIn Advertising Services Las Vegas
What I do on the account
Most professional firms hire me for one of these six jobs, and each one leaves a record you can open.
Account and tracking setup
A Campaign Manager account in your business name, the Insight Tag installed and tested, and the conversion each campaign is measured against.
Audience build
Two or three audiences matched to the buyer's title, seniority and company size, each in its own campaign so results can be compared.
Message and creative
Single image and document posts written for the decision the reader is making, with one clear next step in every ad.
Lead form review
A short form with one qualifying question, tested on a phone, with the lead routing checked before a single lead arrives.
Weekly adjustment
Each week I pause the audiences that bring volume without qualified leads, and I log every change and the reason for it.
Monthly readout
One written page with cost per qualified lead, the leads your team confirms, what changed and what comes next.

GIOSTAR: the clinic website, booking and lead tracking
I built and run giostarwellness.com for a regenerative medicine and wellness clinic in Henderson: every service page, online booking, financing and a blog. A website lead is tracked end to end, from the form to a booked consult to an active patient, with no manual steps. I also built its live brand hub, so every page, post and print piece pulls the same colours, type and rules.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we ended up working with Justin for some AI consulting on how to structure our operations. He laid out a clear plan, didn't overcomplicate it, and we've been running smoother since. Good fit for a service business. He knows Las Vegas and he knows this stuff.

Justin joined our team a few months before opening to replace a marketing agency that wasn’t performing. He stepped up fast. Within weeks he launched a fully redesigned website with new brand guidelines, built and delivered our marketing plan and AI strategy, and helped implement our system architecture so we could open on time. Since then, he’s made several critical enhancements to the site that helped us generate revenue in our first month. His engagement was supposed to end at opening, but he became such an integral part of our leadership team that we kept him on to help evolve our marketing and tech strategy as we grow. He’s easy to work with, pushes back when it matters, and moves easily between strategy, delivery, and operations depending on what’s needed. If you’re looking for a deeply experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated marketing, AI, or technology consultant, I highly recommend Justin Harris AI Consulting.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we reached out to Justin for some AI consulting advice on where our service business could actually use automation. He was straightforward about what made sense and what didn't. Ended up being a useful conversation. Knew Justin before he started building AI systems for businesses, and watching what he's put together is genuinely impressive. He built out an AI automation setup for my website in Las Vegas and it changed how we handle leads completely. The guy actually runs this stuff himself, so he knows what works.

Which Firms LinkedIn Ads Suit
Professional buyers, not every buyer
LinkedIn fits a firm whose buyer has a job title that can be targeted: an attorney who sells to general counsel, a CPA who sells to business owners above a revenue line, a commercial real estate broker, a staffing company, an equipment supplier. The buyer is at work and the topic is work, so the ad has a real place to appear.
It is a poor fit for a consumer service. A dental office or a restaurant reaches its customers faster on search or on Meta, and paying LinkedIn prices for a consumer audience usually costs more per lead than it returns. On the first call I say so and point the owner to the channel that fits the buyer.
Tell me the job title of the person who signs the contract. That answer decides more about this channel than the platform does.
Firms with a long sales cycle need a longer test window. I write that window into the scope.

How LinkedIn Ads Test Runs
Tracking first, then a small test
- Step 01
Define the qualified lead
Write down the title, company size and the action that proves interest before spend starts, along with the cost you can accept.
- Step 02
Install and test tracking
Confirm the Insight Tag and the conversion fire on the page the ad sends people to, and that a test lead reaches the right inbox.
- Step 03
Launch a small test
Two or three audiences on a fixed daily budget, with a written stop rule reviewed every week.
- Step 04
Scale or stop
Budget moves only to audiences that hit the agreed cost per qualified lead. The rest pause, and the reason is logged.
- Step 05
Report monthly
A written readout with cost per qualified lead, the leads your team confirmed, and the next test.
Which LinkedIn Ad Format to Pick
Match the format to the decision
LinkedIn offers single image ads, document ads that let a reader page through a short guide, video, carousel and message formats. The choice follows the decision the reader is making. A document ad suits a firm with a checklist to offer, a single image suits a firm with a clear offer, and a message ad suits a short invitation to a call.
I test one format at a time against the same audience, so a change in results can be traced to the format and not to a new audience at the same moment.

LinkedIn Ads Conversion Tracking
The one number I report
The Insight Tag sits on your site and records the conversion you chose, such as a booked call, a download or a submitted form. Where the site can send server-side events, I add them so the count holds up when browsers limit tracking. The conversion is defined before launch, so the platform optimizes toward the result you care about.
The number I report each month is cost per qualified lead, with the leads your team confirmed beside the platform count. A lead the platform counts but your team cannot place is marked as unconfirmed, so the record stays honest.
On the GIOSTAR build, a website lead is tracked from the form to a booked consult to an active patient, with no manual step in between. I bring the same discipline to paid campaigns.

Why LinkedIn Leads Cost More
What the premium buys
LinkedIn charges more per click than most channels because the audience is narrow and the buyer is at work. The premium is only worth paying when the audience is correct and the follow-up is fast. A cheap lead from the wrong title is the most expensive kind.
So the work is in the audience and the follow-up. I push the lead into your CRM the same day, and I ask your team to log what happened to each one. That feedback goes back into the targeting, which is how the cost per qualified lead comes down over time.
Owners sometimes ask whether a higher cost per lead means the channel has failed. It means the channel is working only when the leads your team confirms are the right people. A lower cost per lead that brings unconfirmed names is not a win, and the readout shows both numbers so the choice is made on the right one.

Who Owns the LinkedIn Ad Account
The account stays with you
You are the owner of record. The Campaign Manager account, the ad account, the Insight Tag and the matched audiences are created under your business name, and your team gets admin access on day one.
If you stop working with me, the account stays where it is. I hand over the access list, the campaign notes and the tracking setup, so the next person can pick up the same account without starting over.
Ownership also covers the money trail. Each invoice is addressed to your business, and the card or bank account that pays it is yours. Changes to the payment method go through your team, not mine.

What the Monthly LinkedIn Readout Shows
One page I can defend
The readout is one written page in plain words. It shows the qualified lead, its cost, the leads your team confirmed beside the platform count, the audiences I paused and why, and the test planned for next month.
You can check each line against the account I share with you. If a number does not match the platform, I write down why before the next report goes out.
The readout also names what I did not do. If a lead form was paused, a creative was pulled for a policy issue, or a tracking fix was waiting on your website, the page says so in one line. Owners who read the same page each month learn to spot a vague number quickly.

What I Need From You to Start
A short list, not a long brief
Start is four items, not a questionnaire.

- The job title and company size of the buyer who signs the contract
- Access to the site, so the Insight Tag can be installed and tested
- The one action that proves interest, such as a booked call or a download
- One named person who can answer lead questions within a day
LinkedIn Advertising Cost
What moves the budget
LinkedIn advertising pricing comes down to two separate lines. My work is a fixed price for a written scope, quoted after I look at your buyer, your offer and your tracking. The ad budget is what you choose to spend with LinkedIn, and it is paid to the platform, not to me.
The scope changes the price, so these are the things I price for. You can judge any quote this way, mine included.

- How many buyer audiences the first test needs
- Whether the creative is written from scratch or adapted from material you already have
- Lead form setup and CRM routing, or a simple inbox handoff
- Tracking already in place, versus Insight Tag and conversion setup from scratch
- Landing page changes the ad needs before it can convert
- Reporting depth: a monthly readout, or a readout plus a call each week

LinkedIn Audience Exclusions
Current clients come off the list
Exclusions matter as much as inclusions. Current clients, competitors and staff are removed from the audience where the platform allows it, so the budget reaches prospects and not the people already on your books.
A slow month for a firm with a long sales cycle is read against the cycle, not the dashboard. The scope names the early signal the team agrees to watch, such as booked consultations or replies to a first email, so the test is judged by the rule written before launch.
