Landscaping Website Design

A Site That Books Estimates

Landscaping website design for owners who need a project gallery, a clear estimate path and a phone number that works on a truck. Every visit is tracked to the estimate request or call it produces.

Landscaping Website Design and the Visit

A visitor decides in seconds

Someone who searches for a landscaper usually has a yard, a deadline or a problem in mind. They land on the site from a phone, often standing in that yard, and they decide within seconds whether this company does the work they need and whether they can reach it easily.

A landscaping site has three jobs in that moment: show finished work that looks like their yard, state the service area plainly, and make the estimate request or the call the obvious next step. A site that does one of the three well and forgets the others still loses the visit.

An owner at work in a modern office

Why Landscaping Sites Report Nothing

A handsome site that tracks nothing

Many landscaping sites were built as a brochure. They look fine, the owner is proud of them and nobody can say how many visits turned into estimate requests. The form goes to an inbox that is checked on Fridays, the calls are not tracked to a page, and the owner is left guessing which work brought the job.

That is the wound I want to fix. A site should be a measured part of the sales process, and the owner should be able to see that for themselves.

Project Gallery That Earns the Estimate

Finished yards as the proof

A project gallery is the strongest page a landscaper owns, and it only works when each project is a real page. I build each one with the starting condition, the scope, the materials, the finished photos and the neighborhood, when the client has agreed to be named. Photos are sized and compressed so the page loads on a cell signal in a driveway.

I publish only projects the owner supplies, with permission. If a job has no usable photos, it waits, and the gallery says less rather than showing work that did not happen.

Estimate Scheduling Built Into the Page

Requests that reach a calendar

A request for an estimate should reach a calendar, not an inbox. I connect the estimate form to the scheduling tool the crew already uses, with the service, the address and the preferred time captured in the first step. A design-build request asks for a site visit. A maintenance request asks for the route and the start date.

GIOSTAR homepage, a website I built
  • Estimate type chosen first: design-build or maintenance
  • Address checked against the service area before a time is offered
  • Preferred visit window captured with the request
  • Confirmation sent to the owner and the requester at once
  • Each request tagged with the page that produced it

Builds I Can Show You

Work I built, live where you can check it

Every build below is real and every link goes to the live work. Two of the five are full websites I built and still run. The other three are brand and content work, two of them for sites that are in build now, and each card says which.

GIOSTAR: the clinic website, booking and lead tracking

I built and run giostarwellness.com for a regenerative medicine and wellness clinic in Henderson: every service page, online booking, financing and a blog. A website lead is tracked end to end, from the form to a booked consult to an active patient, with no manual steps. I also built its live brand hub, so every page, post and print piece pulls the same colours, type and rules.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we ended up working with Justin for some AI consulting on how to structure our operations. He laid out a clear plan, didn't overcomplicate it, and we've been running smoother since. Good fit for a service business. He knows Las Vegas and he knows this stuff.

Justin joined our team a few months before opening to replace a marketing agency that wasn’t performing. He stepped up fast. Within weeks he launched a fully redesigned website with new brand guidelines, built and delivered our marketing plan and AI strategy, and helped implement our system architecture so we could open on time. Since then, he’s made several critical enhancements to the site that helped us generate revenue in our first month. His engagement was supposed to end at opening, but he became such an integral part of our leadership team that we kept him on to help evolve our marketing and tech strategy as we grow. He’s easy to work with, pushes back when it matters, and moves easily between strategy, delivery, and operations depending on what’s needed. If you’re looking for a deeply experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated marketing, AI, or technology consultant, I highly recommend Justin Harris AI Consulting.

From what I've seen, Justin knows the AI automation space better than most people I've come across in Las Vegas. He's the kind of person who actually understands the technical side and can explain it without making you feel lost. Good guy, good reputation.

I've Known Justin for a while now and he really knows his stuff when it comes to AI consulting. If people in Las Vegas were to ask me for recommendations in this space, he's the best guy for the job, hands down.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we reached out to Justin for some AI consulting advice on where our service business could actually use automation. He was straightforward about what made sense and what didn't. Ended up being a useful conversation. Las Vegas has no shortage of people claiming to be experts, and he's one of the few who could back it up.

Known Justin for a few years now. Guy knows the AI space better than most people I've come across, especially here in Las Vegas where there's no shortage of people claiming to be experts. He actually understands how AI automation works at a practical level, not just the theory. The kind of person who gives you a straight answer with kindness and patience

Knew Justin before he started building AI systems for businesses, and watching what he's put together is genuinely impressive. He built out an AI automation setup for my website in Las Vegas and it changed how we handle leads completely. The guy actually runs this stuff himself, so he knows what works.

Landscaping Website Checklist Before Launch

What I test before a site goes live

Every form delivers

I submit each estimate form from a phone and a laptop and confirm the request reaches the calendar and the inbox.

Calls are tracked

Tap-to-call works on every page, and each call traces back to the page that produced it.

Old addresses redirect

Every page from the old site points to its new home, so links in old emails and search results still work.

Photos load on a phone

Gallery images are sized and compressed, and each page is measured on a mobile connection.

Service areas are plain

Each page names the towns and ZIP codes served, so a visitor knows in seconds whether the crew covers them.

Google can read it

Titles, headings, the sitemap and structured data are in place and the site is connected to Search Console.

Landscaping Website Design Process

How a landscaping site gets built

Every project runs the same steps, and each one ends with something you can open. The launch date sits in the written scope before any design work starts, and if the scope changes, the date changes on the same page so you see why.

  1. Step 01

    Look at the current site

I grade the site and its Google presence and send a written read before you pay anything.

  2. Step 02

    Agree the scope in writing

Pages, galleries, forms, integrations and timing on one page, with the owner of each photo named.

  3. Step 03

    Design the key pages

You review real pages in a browser, not static mockups, and mark changes on them directly.

  4. Step 04

    Connect and test

Forms, scheduling, calls and tracking are tested end to end, and every page is checked on phones.

  5. Step 05

    Launch and report

The site goes live with redirects, and a monthly report shows which pages produced estimates.

Landscaping Website Cost and Scope

What moves the price

I quote a fixed price for a written scope after I have looked at what you need. A single-crew maintenance site and a design-build firm with a large gallery are different jobs, so a price list would be wrong for both.

A storefront street in the Valley
  • How many project galleries and how many photos each one holds
  • How many service areas and ZIP codes get their own pages
  • Who writes the copy and supplies the project photos
  • Scheduling, payment or route tools the site must connect to
  • Moving an existing site without losing its search history

Landscaping Website Reports to the Owner

A readout you can check

Each month you receive one page. It lists estimate requests by page and by estimate type, the calls traced to each page and the changes I made, so every line can be checked against your scheduling tool and your phone log.

Other Landscaping Marketing Pages

Pages for the rest of the business

A website is one part of how a landscaper gets found and hired. These pages cover the others, and the hub shows where each one fits.
