Search Pages Tied to Contracts

Landscaping SEO for owners who sell both design-build projects and recurring maintenance. Each search page targets one kind of contract, and each estimate request is traced back to the page that produced it.

Landscaping SEO Services for Two Kinds of Contract

Projects and maintenance need separate pages

A landscaper who sells a design-build project and a weekly maintenance route is selling two different contracts to two different buyers. The project buyer searches for a designer, a patio, a water feature or a full backyard rebuild, and often takes weeks to decide. The maintenance buyer searches for a crew near them and wants a price and a start date.

One generic services page cannot rank for both, and it cannot tell you which one brought the call. So I build separate search pages for each contract type, each with its own questions, photos and estimate path, and I measure them apart.

Why Landscaping SEO Reports Go Unchecked

SEO paid for and never traced

Most landscapers who pay for search work receive a monthly report of rankings and traffic. Rankings move, traffic changes and the report says both are good. What it rarely says is how many estimate requests came from search, which of them were design-build and which were mowing, and how many became signed work.

That is the wound with landscaping SEO. The money goes out every month and the owner cannot check it against the trucks on the road or the proposals that were signed.

Design-Build Versus Mowing Queries

Two query families, two jobs

Mowing and maintenance queries are short and local. People type a phrase close to a service and a neighborhood, and they choose on speed and reply time. Design-build queries are longer. They describe a yard, a material or a problem, and they reward pages that show finished projects.

I keep the two families apart on purpose. A mowing page that tries to sell a patio dilutes both, and a design page that lists weekly service prices invites the wrong call.

Project Galleries as Search Pages

Finished work as the proof

Design-build buyers look at completed yards before they call. Each project gallery I build is a real page: the starting condition, the scope, the materials, the finished photos and the area it sits in. Where the client has agreed to appear on the site, the page can name the neighborhood, which is the kind of local detail search engines and buyers both use.

I write only from projects the owner gives me. If a job has no photos or no permission, it does not appear, and the page says so instead of inventing a case.

Builds I Can Show You

Work I built, live where you can check it

Every build below is real and every link goes to the live work. Two of the five are full websites I built and still run. The other three are brand and content work, two of them for sites that are in build now, and each card says which.

GIOSTAR: the clinic website, booking and lead tracking

I built and run giostarwellness.com for a regenerative medicine and wellness clinic in Henderson: every service page, online booking, financing and a blog. A website lead is tracked end to end, from the form to a booked consult to an active patient, with no manual steps. I also built its live brand hub, so every page, post and print piece pulls the same colours, type and rules.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we ended up working with Justin for some AI consulting on how to structure our operations. He laid out a clear plan, didn't overcomplicate it, and we've been running smoother since. Good fit for a service business. He knows Las Vegas and he knows this stuff.

Justin joined our team a few months before opening to replace a marketing agency that wasn’t performing. He stepped up fast. Within weeks he launched a fully redesigned website with new brand guidelines, built and delivered our marketing plan and AI strategy, and helped implement our system architecture so we could open on time. Since then, he’s made several critical enhancements to the site that helped us generate revenue in our first month. His engagement was supposed to end at opening, but he became such an integral part of our leadership team that we kept him on to help evolve our marketing and tech strategy as we grow. He’s easy to work with, pushes back when it matters, and moves easily between strategy, delivery, and operations depending on what’s needed. If you’re looking for a deeply experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated marketing, AI, or technology consultant, I highly recommend Justin Harris AI Consulting.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we reached out to Justin for some AI consulting advice on where our service business could actually use automation. He was straightforward about what made sense and what didn't. Ended up being a useful conversation. Las Vegas has no shortage of people claiming to be experts, and he's one of the few who could back it up.

Knew Justin before he started building AI systems for businesses, and watching what he's put together is genuinely impressive. He built out an AI automation setup for my website in Las Vegas and it changed how we handle leads completely. The guy actually runs this stuff himself, so he knows what works.

Landscaping SEO Services Checklist

What each search build includes

Contract-level keyword map

Every page targets one contract type, with the questions buyers actually ask before they call.

Local service pages

Pages for the neighborhoods and ZIP codes the crews really serve, with no duplicate filler.

Google Business Profile

Services, areas, photos and posts set up and kept current so the profile supports the site.

Estimate form and call tracking

Every request and tracked call is tied to the search page that produced it.

Technical health

Titles, headings, speed on a phone and structured data checked before and after each change.

Monthly contract readout

Estimates and signed work by contract type, with what I changed that month.

Landscaping SEO Cost and Timing

What moves the scope

I quote a fixed price for a written scope after I have looked at your current site and search presence. The number that moves the most is how many distinct contract types and service areas the site has to cover. A single-crew maintenance route and a multi-crew design-build firm need different builds, so a price list would be wrong for both.

Local Search Work I Have Done

A system I can show, not a landscaping result

The closest search work I can show you is a local SEO system I built to check a site each week, make only reviewed changes and log what it learned. You can read how it works in the case study. It is a system, not a landscaping result, and I do not claim one.
