Link Building Services

Every Link Checked First

Link building services are worth buying only when every site that links to you would still look reasonable to a customer. I write the quality rules first, pitch only sites that pass them and log each outreach. You approve every site before it is contacted.

What Link Building Includes

Links still count for search, and most of the risk in buying them comes from the sites that send them. The work is choosing sites a real reader would visit, earning a mention worth having and keeping a record of each outreach so you can check it.

Every step ends in something you can open: a criteria sheet, a prospect list you approve and an outreach log.

A business owner reviewing work on a phone

What I Do

Link audit

A review of the links you already have, with any from low-quality or unrelated sites marked for you to decide on.

Prospect list

Sites in your field or a neighboring one, each checked against the quality rules before it appears on the list.

Outreach

Personal messages to editors and site owners, sent only after you approve the list and the wording.

Content to link to

Guides, data and tools on your site worth linking to, with a note on what each one needs before it is pitched.

Outreach log

A dated record of every site contacted, the reply and the outcome, shared with you each month.

Link Building Work Las Vegas

Builds you can open and check

Every build below is real and every link opens the live work. GIOSTAR is a Henderson clinic website, booking and lead tracking that I built and still run. WebVegas is my own Las Vegas web design brand, with its site and booking funnel. Desert Inn Oasis and Mili Pharma are brand work with their sites in build now.

GIOSTAR: the clinic website, booking and lead tracking

I built and run giostarwellness.com for a regenerative medicine and wellness clinic in Henderson: every service page, online booking, financing and a blog. A website lead is tracked end to end, from the form to a booked consult to an active patient, with no manual steps. I also built its live brand hub, so every page, post and print piece pulls the same colours, type and rules.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we ended up working with Justin for some AI consulting on how to structure our operations. He laid out a clear plan, didn't overcomplicate it, and we've been running smoother since. Good fit for a service business. He knows Las Vegas and he knows this stuff.

Justin joined our team a few months before opening to replace a marketing agency that wasn’t performing. He stepped up fast. Within weeks he launched a fully redesigned website with new brand guidelines, built and delivered our marketing plan and AI strategy, and helped implement our system architecture so we could open on time. Since then, he’s made several critical enhancements to the site that helped us generate revenue in our first month. His engagement was supposed to end at opening, but he became such an integral part of our leadership team that we kept him on to help evolve our marketing and tech strategy as we grow. He’s easy to work with, pushes back when it matters, and moves easily between strategy, delivery, and operations depending on what’s needed. If you’re looking for a deeply experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated marketing, AI, or technology consultant, I highly recommend Justin Harris AI Consulting.

He was straightforward about what made sense and what didn't. Ended up being a useful conversation. Why Bought Links Cost You

Junk Links Carry Risk

A link report full of sites you would not want a customer to see is a liability, not an asset. Directories nobody reads, networks that sell placements and sites that exist only to hold links are common, and they are the first thing a careful reviewer checks.

The cost is not only a penalty. It is the hours spent later cleaning up links you never chose, and the trust lost when a client finds one.

Link Quality Criteria

The Rules Before the List

Before any prospect is added, it has to pass the same written rules. The table shows what I keep and what I reject, so you can judge the list yourself rather than trust my word on it.
TestI keepI reject
AudienceSites a real reader in your field would visitSites with no readers and no clear topic
EditorialPages with real writing and an identifiable editorPages of auto-generated text or scraped copy
Link patternA few links to a page, placed in contextSitewide footers, sidebars or paid placement blocks
RelevanceA topic that sits close to yoursUnrelated topics, casino or pharmacy spam
DisclosureSponsored posts clearly labeled as suchHidden payments or undisclosed placements

How Link Building Works

My Process

  1. Step 01

    Audit the links you have

I list every link pointing to your site, sort the questionable ones and send you the list before anything else happens.

  2. Step 02

    Agree the quality rules

You read the criteria and can add a rule of your own, such as a competitor or a field you will not appear in.

  3. Step 03

Build and approve the prospect list

Each prospect is checked against the rules and placed on a list you approve, with a short reason for each.

  4. Step 04

    Pitch and log

Approved sites get a personal message, and every contact goes into the outreach log with its date.

  5. Step 05

    Review the month

The monthly readout lists the sites contacted, the replies and the links won, with any site worth dropping flagged.

Sample Outreach Log

What You Will Receive

The outreach log is a plain sheet. Each row holds the site, the reason it passed, the date of contact, the reply and the outcome. You can read every row without asking me what it means.

A storefront street in the Valley
  • Site and its topic, with the reason it passed
  • Date of first contact and any follow-up
  • Reply received, if any, in summary
  • Outcome: link placed, declined or no reply
  • Notes on anything you asked me to avoid

Content Worth Linking To

Give Sites a Reason

Sites link to what helps their readers. A plain service page rarely earns a link, but a guide, a local data page or a tool someone can use often does. I look at what your site already offers before I ask an editor to link anywhere.

When the site lacks something worth linking to, I say so in the audit and suggest the one piece to write first, rather than pitching a page that will not earn the placement.

Link Building Cost

How the Price Is Set

I quote a fixed price for a written scope after the link audit, so the number you approve is the number you pay. The scope turns on how many prospects you want checked each month, how much outreach is needed and whether new content must be written before it is pitched.

A site with a few strong pages to pitch and a site with nothing yet to link to are different jobs, and a single list price would misprice one of them.

Link Building Vs Agency

One Checker, Not a Network

Some link providers sell access to a network of sites and promise a count. The count is easy to hit and hard to defend. When you hire me, the person checking the sites is the person writing the pitch, so nothing enters the list unchecked.

I will not sell placements, and I will not add a site I would not want a customer to find.
