Property Management Website Design Las Vegas

A Site That Reports Its Leads

Property management website design in Las Vegas, built so owner inquiries and tenant leases show up in separate reports. I design the site, write the listing pages and hand you every login.

Does a Property Management Website Pay Off

A handsome site with no lead count

A property management website is often the owner's first look at a company. Owners compare three things quickly: whether the company manages the kind of property they own, how reporting works and whether a person answers. A site that looks good but cannot say which page produced an owner's call leaves the owner guessing about the same things the site was meant to answer.

The same site also has to hold renters. A listing that shows last month's availability, an application link that breaks or a form that goes to nobody costs leases even when the design is good.

Property Management Website Design Services

Two paths on one site

I build the owner side and the rental side as two clear paths on one site. The owner path explains the management service, the reporting and the onboarding in plain terms, and it ends in a portfolio review request. The rental path shows availability, the application steps and a viewing request that feeds one dated list.

Both paths sit on the same tracking, so the readout can show which page brought an owner, which brought a renter and which pages brought in nobody.

Property Management Website Pages

Pages on the site

These are the pages I build for a property manager. Each one has a single recorded action at the end, so the readout can count it.

Owner services page

Management terms, reporting and maintenance approval, written for an owner deciding whether to hand over a unit.

Owner portal link

A page that sends an owner to the company's existing portal, with the steps to get access, so no owner lands on a dead link.

Listing pages

One page per property or floor plan, with availability, pet policy, application steps and a viewing request.

Application page

The renter's application steps and document list, written as a checklist so fewer applications stall.

Neighborhood pages

Pages for the areas the company manages, written from its own listings rather than copied place names.

Owner and renter forms

Separate forms for owners and renters, each tagged to the page it came from.

Work I built, live where you can check it

Every build below is real and every link goes to the live work. None of the five is a property manager, and I say so plainly. Two are full websites I built and still run, WebVegas among them. The other three are brand and content work, and each card says which.

Have You Built a Property Site Before

The closest work I have

No property management website is in my portfolio, and I am not claiming one.

The closest work I have is WebVegas, a Las Vegas web design brand I designed and built. It has a four-step booking form that hands each lead a free design walkthrough. That is a web design business, not a property manager, but it uses the same booking and tracking pattern this site would use for owner and renter forms.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we ended up working with Justin for some AI consulting on how to structure our operations. He laid out a clear plan, didn't overcomplicate it, and we've been running smoother since. Good fit for a service business. He knows Las Vegas and he knows this stuff.

Justin joined our team a few months before opening to replace a marketing agency that wasn’t performing. He stepped up fast. Within weeks he launched a fully redesigned website with new brand guidelines, built and delivered our marketing plan and AI strategy, and helped implement our system architecture so we could open on time. Since then, he’s made several critical enhancements to the site that helped us generate revenue in our first month. His engagement was supposed to end at opening, but he became such an integral part of our leadership team that we kept him on to help evolve our marketing and tech strategy as we grow. He’s easy to work with, pushes back when it matters, and moves easily between strategy, delivery, and operations depending on what’s needed. If you’re looking for a deeply experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated marketing, AI, or technology consultant, I highly recommend Justin Harris AI Consulting.

From what I've seen, Justin knows the AI automation space better than most people I've come across in Las Vegas. He's the kind of person who actually understands the technical side and can explain it without making you feel lost. Good guy, good reputation.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we reached out to Justin for some AI consulting advice on where our service business could actually use automation. He was straightforward about what made sense and what didn't. Ended up being a useful conversation. Las Vegas has no shortage of people claiming to be experts, and he's one of the few who could back it up.

Known Justin for a few years now. Guy knows the AI space better than most people I've come across, especially here in Las Vegas where there's no shortage of people claiming to be experts. He actually understands how AI automation works at a practical level, not just the theory. The kind of person who gives you a straight answer with kindness and patience

Knew Justin before he started building AI systems for businesses, and watching what he's put together is genuinely impressive. He built out an AI automation setup for my website in Las Vegas and it changed how we handle leads completely. The guy actually runs this stuff himself, so he knows what works.

Get a Property Management Site Plan

A plan in writing first

Send me the company's website address and the property types it manages. I reply in writing with the pages I would build first, the forms that would record each lead and the scope, whether you hire me or not.

GIOSTAR homepage, a website I built

How a Property Management Site Gets Built

What happens after I say yes

Each step ends with something you can open and look at, and the launch date is written into the scope.

  1. Step 01

    Grade the current site

I check speed on a phone, whether forms reach a person and whether listing details match, then send a written read.

  2. Step 02

    Agree the scope

Pages, forms, tracking and listing feeds on one page, with the launch date written in.

  3. Step 03

    Design and write

You review real pages in a browser. The copy names the properties and neighborhoods the company actually manages.

  4. Step 04

    Launch and hand over

You get the domain, the hosting and every login on day one, with a dated log of what changed.

What an Owner Checks on the First Screen

Five things above the fold

An owner decides quickly whether a site is worth a call. These five items sit on the first screen of the owner page.

A storefront street in the Valley
  • What the company manages, by property type and area
  • How reporting works and how often the owner sees it
  • A named person to call, with a phone number
  • A portfolio review request that takes one step
  • A link to the company's existing owner portal

Listing Pages Renters Use

What a renter needs on one screen

A renter reading a listing wants four things before the photos: the price range the company can confirm, the availability date, the pet policy and the next step. A listing that hides any of the four sends the renter to the next site on the list.

I keep availability correct as units change, and I date each update, so a stale listing is caught in the log before a renter finds it.

WebVegas homepage, a website I built

Fair Housing Rules on a Listing

Where the rules meet the listing copy

Federal fair housing law limits what a rental listing may say about who should live there, and that limit applies to a website as much as to a printed ad. I write listing copy to describe the unit, the building and the application steps, and I flag any line the broker or counsel should read. Compliance is their call.

How Much a Property Management Website Costs

What moves the scope

I quote a fixed price for a written scope after I have looked at the company's current site, its listings and its forms. A site for a manager with a few buildings and a site for a portfolio with listing feeds are different jobs, so a price list would be wrong for both.

GIOSTAR brand hub, a system I built
  • How many unique page designs the site needs, more than how many pages it has
  • Whether listing feeds connect to the company's property system
  • How many owner and renter forms need tracking

  • Accessibility work to a stated WCAG level, with a written record
  • Who writes the copy and who supplies the photography
