Roofing Website Design

A roofing site that tracks estimates

Roofing website design starts with the estimate form, the photo upload and the call button, and every one is tracked to a request you can count.

Roofing Website Design Strategy

Why roofing sites fail the owner

A roofing website often looks fine on a laptop and fails on a phone. A homeowner with a wet ceiling searches on the way home, lands on a slideshow, and cannot find a button to request an estimate without scrolling past three stock photos.

The bigger problem is that the owner rarely knows how many people reached the form, how many got as far as the photo upload, and how many estimates came from the site at all. The site is a handsome brochure that reports nothing.

Where the Template Breaks

Why a template site costs you estimates

Most roofing sites are built on a template with a contact page bolted on. The form sends to one inbox, nobody checks the spam folder, and a photo upload fails on some phones without an error. The site is live and the estimates quietly drop.

I test every form from a phone and a laptop, confirm the message lands in the estimate inbox and your CRM, and check the upload with a real photo before launch.

Roofing Website Design Services

What I build for roofers

Most of the roofers I would build for run several crews, a sales desk and a steady stream of estimate requests, with a mix of repair, replacement and commercial work. Each job type gets its own page, because a homeowner with a leak searches differently from a property manager planning a re-roof.

Estimate request page

A short form with a photo upload, the address, the type of work and one clear request for a visit on a named day.

Repair page

A page for leaks and storm damage, built to answer the urgent question first and send the request straight to the estimate desk.

Replacement page

A page for owners planning a new roof, with the inspection process, the materials and what the written estimate includes.

Commercial page

A page for property managers and facility owners, with a request form that routes to the commercial estimating contact.

Estimate Form Built First

The form comes before the design

I start with the estimate form, then build the page around it. The form asks only what the estimator needs, accepts the photos a homeowner already has on a phone, and tells the person exactly what happens next.

Every submission is stamped with the page it came from, so the estimate log shows which page and which ad produced the request.

  • Photo upload tested on iPhone and Android
  • Clear confirmation with a named next step

Responsive Roofing Design

Built for the phone first

Most people who search for a roofer do it on a phone, often on the roof of the house they are worried about or in a parking lot after a storm. So I design every page at phone width first and widen it from there, which keeps the call button, the address and the form in one thumb's reach.

The phone number is on every screen, and the call button shows the number so a customer knows exactly which line they are dialing.

Roofing Site Tracking

Every estimate traced to a page

Tracking is installed on the estimate form, the call button and each phone number before launch. You get a plain report of visits, form starts, completed estimates and calls, and you can see which page produced each one.

The report is built to be checked against your own estimate log, so the site numbers and your sales numbers meet on the same page.

Process proof, with no client case claimed

I have not built a roofing website for a client, and I do not claim one. What I can show you is how I build every site: the form first, the phone-first layout, the tracking and the handover of the domain and logins to you.

The live work below is the closest I have. The WebVegas site is my own web design brand, and I can walk you through its booking form step by step.

Website Launch Checklist

What I check before a roofing site goes live

  1. Step 01

    Every form delivers

I submit the estimate form from a phone and a laptop and confirm the message reaches the estimate inbox and your CRM.

  2. Step 02

    Photo upload works

I upload real photos from an iPhone and an Android and confirm they arrive attached to the request.

  3. Step 03

    Calls are tracked

Tap-to-call works on every page, and each call can be traced back to the page that produced it.

  4. Step 04

    You hold the keys

The domain, hosting and every login are in your name, and you get the list on day one.

Contractor Website Rules

Claims I keep off roofing sites

Roofing websites carry contractor license information, warranty wording and claims about insurance work. Those are the lines a reviewer checks first, so I keep each claim tied to a fact you can show.

I treat these as marketing considerations only. Whether your license number, warranty and claim language meet your state and local rules is a call for you and your counsel, and I will not tell you a site is compliant.

Roofing Website Cost

What moves the price

I quote a fixed price for a written scope after I have looked at the site you have and the job types you want to sell. A five-page site for a single crew and a multi-page site with commercial and claim pages are different jobs, so a price list would be wrong for most of the owners who ask.

Hosting, domain and any software subscriptions are separate lines, and you see each one in the scope before you agree.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we ended up working with Justin for some AI consulting on how to structure our operations. He laid out a clear plan, didn't overcomplicate it, and we've been running smoother since. Good fit for a service business. He knows Las Vegas and he knows this stuff.

Justin joined our team a few months before opening to replace a marketing agency that wasn’t performing. He stepped up fast. Within weeks he launched a fully redesigned website with new brand guidelines, built and delivered our marketing plan and AI strategy, and helped implement our system architecture so we could open on time. Since then, he’s made several critical enhancements to the site that helped us generate revenue in our first month. His engagement was supposed to end at opening, but he became such an integral part of our leadership team that we kept him on to help evolve our marketing and tech strategy as we grow. He’s easy to work with, pushes back when it matters, and moves easily between strategy, delivery, and operations depending on what’s needed. If you’re looking for a deeply experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated marketing, AI, or technology consultant, I highly recommend Justin Harris AI Consulting.
