Screens approved on taste

A product owner pays for design, sees three beautiful screens and approves the one that feels right. Months later the product ships and users get lost. Nothing was ever tested, because the approval was based on how the screens looked in a presentation.

The owner then asks which part of the flow loses people and nobody can say, since nothing was measured before or after.

UI UX Design Services

What good UX work delivers

UX design is the work of making a product easy to use for the people who will use it. UI design is how it looks. Both matter, and neither is finished until real people have tried it.

I deliver flows, screens and a written record of what was tested and what changed, so each decision has a reason you can read.

One person researches, designs and tests

I am Justin Harris. I have worked in Las Vegas digital marketing for fourteen years and built for more than 300 Valley businesses. I do the work myself, so the person who talks to your users is the person designing the screens.

You own the design files, the research notes and every account, from day one.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we ended up working with Justin for some AI consulting on how to structure our operations. He laid out a clear plan, didn't overcomplicate it, and we've been running smoother since. Good fit for a service business. He knows Las Vegas and he knows this stuff.

Justin joined our team a few months before opening to replace a marketing agency that wasn’t performing. He stepped up fast. Within weeks he launched a fully redesigned website with new brand guidelines, built and delivered our marketing plan and AI strategy, and helped implement our system architecture so we could open on time. Since then, he’s made several critical enhancements to the site that helped us generate revenue in our first month. His engagement was supposed to end at opening, but he became such an integral part of our leadership team that we kept him on to help evolve our marketing and tech strategy as we grow. He’s easy to work with, pushes back when it matters, and moves easily between strategy, delivery, and operations depending on what’s needed. If you’re looking for a deeply experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated marketing, AI, or technology consultant, I highly recommend Justin Harris AI Consulting.

I had the pleasure of working alongside Justin and consistently saw firsthand the level of dedication and professionalism he brings to his work. He was always the first one in the office, setting the tone with his strong work ethic and commitment to excellence. What stood out most was how deeply he cared about every client. He approached each project with thoughtfulness, expertise, and a genuine drive to deliver meaningful results. From what I've seen, Justin knows the AI automation space better than most people I've come across in Las Vegas. He's the kind of person who actually understands the technical side and can explain it without making you feel lost. Good guy, good reputation.

I've Known Justin for a while now and he really knows his stuff when it comes to AI consulting. If people in Las Vegas were to ask me for recommendations in this space, he's the best guy for the job, hands down.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we reached out to Justin for some AI consulting advice on where our service business could actually use automation. He was straightforward about what made sense and what didn't. Ended up being a useful conversation. Las Vegas has no shortage of people claiming to be experts, and he's one of the few who could back it up.

Known Justin for a few years now. Guy knows the AI space better than most people I've come across, especially here in Las Vegas where there's no shortage of people claiming to be experts. He actually understands how AI automation works at a practical level, not just the theory. The kind of person who gives you a straight answer with kindness and patience

Knew Justin before he started building AI systems for businesses, and watching what he's put together is genuinely impressive. He built out an AI automation setup for my website in Las Vegas and it changed how we handle leads completely. The guy actually runs this stuff himself, so he knows what works.

UX Design Agency Services

What I do

Each item ends in something you can open.

User research

Short interviews and observation, so the design starts from how people actually behave.

Flows and structure

The paths users take, drawn out and checked for dead ends.

Screen design

Layouts for phone and desktop, with every state designed.

Prototypes

Clickable versions users try before anyone writes code.

Usability testing

Real people attempt real tasks, and I record where they stall.

Handoff

Files, notes and a walkthrough your developers can build from.

What I Test and How I Show It

Evidence for every screen

A design is a guess until somebody tries it. This is what I measure and how you see it.

Task success

Can a person finish the task without help? I record yes or no for each attempt.

Time on task

How long it takes, compared with how long it should.

Where people stall

The exact screen and element where hesitation starts.

What people say

Direct quotes from the sessions, unedited.

Before and after

The same task tested before and after a change.

What I changed

A short written list linking each change to a finding.

UX Research for Small Teams

How much research is enough

Small teams do not need a research lab. Five to eight sessions with people who match your users usually reveal the biggest problems. I plan the sessions around one decision, recruit from your own customers where possible and write up what I saw within a day.

I report the findings plainly, including the ones that contradict what you hoped.

UX Design and Accessibility

Design that more people can use

Accessible design is part of good UX, not an extra. I check contrast, text size, focus order, labels and error messages against WCAG, and I keep a written record of what was checked.

People using a screen reader or a keyboard are users too, and a flow they cannot finish is a flow that fails.

Top UX Design Agency

How to judge any UX agency

Whoever you hire, ask who does the work, what they test, what you receive and who owns it. A top agency answers these in writing. A weak one answers with a portfolio of pretty screens.

I answer them here: I do the work, I test with real users, you receive files and notes and you own all of it.

UX Design Agency Near Me

Where I work

I am based in Las Vegas and meet clients across the Valley, in Henderson, Summerlin and North Las Vegas. UX work is mostly remote, so I also work with product owners elsewhere over calls and a shared project page, a UX design agency in USA terms.

For the wider website process, see web design in Las Vegas.

UX Design Agency Hiring

Hiring me or hiring in-house

Some searches for UX design agency hiring come from people looking for a job. I am not hiring. For owners deciding between an in-house designer and an outside one, an outside designer suits a defined project, and an in-house hire suits constant product work.

If you hire in-house later, my files and notes make the handover easy.

SaaS UI UX Design

Interfaces for software products

Software products add problems a website does not have: onboarding, empty states, permissions, settings and error recovery. I design these deliberately and test them, since they are where new users give up.

I work from your users' real tasks and write down every state, so developers are never guessing.

WebVegas homepage, a website I built

Affordable UX Design Agency

Keeping UX work affordable

Affordable means doing the research that matters and skipping what does not. A few sessions with five real users often reveal most of the serious problems.

I scope work to your decision: what you need to learn, from whom and by when. If a simple change fixes the problem, I say so.

UX Design Agency Cost

What moves the price

I quote a fixed price for a written scope.

  • Rounds of user research and testing
  • Whether a clickable prototype is needed
  • Number of devices and sizes
